Sabes que tienes que ponerte en forma y cambiar hábitos  a otros más saludables, pero no encuentras el tiempo. ¿Te suena de algo? Es el día a día de muchísimos empresarios y profesionales. Saben de primera mano que necesitan un cambio, pero no se produce ninguna  acción positiva para llevarlo a cabo.

Sabes que tienes que hacerlo, pero no tienes la energía de hacer nada porque te encuentras siempre cansado.

Te sientes como si tuvieras un nubarrón encima de tu cabeza que te impide estar enérgico e iniciar el cambio.

Ves que te encuentras con menos confianza, el “no puedo” se apodera de ti, además del “no soy /estoy lo suficientemente preparado para..” el cual no solo está afectando esta área de tu vida, sino otras también.

Sientes que estás perdiendo el control de esta área de tu vida y de otras si te descuidas.

Y también lo que más te congela es la idea de sacar tiempo para entrenar, te hiciste a la idea de que para empezar lo mejor es sacar de 8 a 10 horas semanales, aparte del tiempo de ir y venir a entrenar al gimnasio

Y qué si te digo que para comenzar, con tan solo de 1 a 3 horas semanales será suficiente? Más no es mejor, mejor es mejor.

Dile adiós a esas épocas de “me pongo a tope”, machacándote una o dos semanas a muerte, o incluso más, y luego ver tan poco progreso que incluso una tortuga se sentiría ofendida.

Reflexiona también por un momento...qué te estás diciendo a ti mismo respecto al ejercicio? If you think making the gym your second home is a great way to get results, think again. Overtraining is a sure-fire way to stop any muscle growth -- instead of your body rebuilding its muscle tissues, it'll continue to break it down. This means you'll actually start to lose muscle. You need to train smarter, not harder. When you are in the gym, give 110%. Push your muscles, and then give them the rest they need to grow bigger and stronger. Make sure to do cardio training. If your workouts are taking much longer than an hour, chances are you are either wasting too much time between sets, or you're not training in the most effective manner.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

While you may be tempted to push your body to the max during every single workout, this isn't the best approach since it can lead to overtraining. You need to create a proper, moderated workout -- have some hard days interspersed with some easier days that your body can use to recuperate. These "easy" days aren't wasted workouts; they can be used to focus on other aspects of your training, like muscle endurance by performing more reps with a lighter weight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The harder you work out, the more calories you'll burn within a given period and thus the more fat you stand to lose. But how much you sweat does not necessarily reflect how hard you're working. Some people tend to sweat profusely due to heavy body weight, poor conditioning, or heredity. And everyone sweats more in hot, dry weather or dense clothing than in cool, humid weather or porous clothing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you think making the gym your second home is a great way to get results, think again. Overtraining is a sure-fire way to stop any muscle growth -- instead of your body rebuilding its muscle tissues, it'll continue to break it down. This means you'll actually start to lose muscle. You need to train smarter, not harder. When you are in the gym, give 110%. Push your muscles, and then give them the rest they need to grow bigger and stronger. Make sure to do cardio training. If your workouts are taking much longer than an hour, chances are you are either wasting too much time between sets, or you're not training in the most effective manner.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

While you may be tempted to push your body to the max during every single workout, this isn't the best approach since it can lead to overtraining. You need to create a proper, moderated workout -- have some hard days interspersed with some easier days that your body can use to recuperate. These "easy" days aren't wasted workouts; they can be used to focus on other aspects of your training, like muscle endurance by performing more reps with a lighter weight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The harder you work out, the more calories you'll burn within a given period and thus the more fat you stand to lose. But how much you sweat does not necessarily reflect how hard you're working. Some people tend to sweat profusely due to heavy body weight, poor conditioning, or heredity. And everyone sweats more in hot, dry weather or dense clothing than in cool, humid weather or porous clothing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
