    I made these for my daughters birthday party to go with the cake and completely forgot about them!

This is brilliant though!  I let @halotopcreamery melt a little bit and then I scooped some out with a @pamperedchef scooper and put them on a pan with unbleached parchment paper then back in the freezer.  After they froze again I tossed them in a bag.

Perfect for parties but also if you just want an ice cream bite!! What’s your favorite halo top flavor?

    I loved this power breakfast 😍 Started my day with the most delicious combo: one fried crispy egg with runny yolk, two toasts topped with peanut butter from @biozentrale_official (believe me, that’s the best peanut butter ever 🥜😍 and it’s not an advertisement, just sharing the love), avocado chunks sprinkled with chili flakes, cherry tomatoes and lamb’s lettuce (always seasoned with olive oil and salt and pepper before eating) 🍅🌿🍞🍳 I had such a great start into the new week, I smashed my early morning CrossFit session and then I had quite a productive day at work 🤗 Also not sure if any of you remember but after coming back from my holidays at the end of May, I’ve decided to do a cut (I have gained a few kilograms and didn’t feel good or comfortable in my body anymore) and it’s already almost end of week 12 of this fat loss phase and I am more than happy with my results 👍🏼 I have learned so much during this period and I want to share with you my thoughts and experience.     Chocolate orange porridge oats with a hint of cinnamon. 
Soaked the (30g ish) oats with squeezed juice and sliced 3/4 of an orange, just over a cup of plant based mylk, 1 tbsp of mixed seeds, 1 tbsp of cacao powder, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder and a large tbsp of coconut yoghurt. Stir and left to soak - for about an hour today.
Then cooked slowly, stirring regularly, might need to add some hot water for my the kettle to thin slightly. 
Then spooned into bowl and topped with remaining orange slices, cacao nibs, blueberries, granola, seeds, choc syrup and our raw brownie bites. 
It’s a refreshing bowl of porridge.

Each of my digital cookbooks has a few snack recipes included and I’m currently working on a new resource that will have tons of freezer friendly snack recipes so you will always have something to get you through the day. Snacking is really no different than your regular meal prepping. If you don’t spend the time to prepare some snacks how can you expect to quality options available? An few extra minutes during your prep can provide you with snacks that will last the week. ⁣

The Buffalo Chicken Dip can be eaten hot or cold and with or without something to dip into it. I like to heat in the microwave and eat it plain. Dipping raw vegetables into it is an option, a gross one at that, but still an option. The Chicken Kelaguen is a dish I grew up eating that works wonderfully as a high protein snack. It’s from the Mariana Islands and is meant to be eaten cold. It’s comprised of a whole chicken, lemon juice, salt, onions, coconut and chilies. ⁣

The nutrition information is for each serving and each dish is roughly 5 servings. It’s easier to store in one container instead of 5 individual ones which is why it’s pictured the way it is. If someone tries to say “no way that is all 178 calories” I’m going to equalize you.
