Yellowfin tuna ceviche with lime juice, olive oil, onion, tomatoes, cilantro and Chile Serrano was very fresh and very good. Chile relleno stuffed with day boat scallops, shrimp and blue lump crab in a Chile de arbol crema topped with broiled Gouda was excellent. The poblano chili was not battered and did not need to be because all the elements did on their own. Mushroom and onion flautas with Chipotle cream lime salsa was also very good. Fairly casual but excellent food and excellent service, I would come back again without hesitation.

Summer cherry- berry fruit salad.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups strawberries, tops removed and quartered
• 1 cup cherries, seed removed and sliced in half
• 1 cup raspberries (6 oz)
• 1 cup blueberries (6 oz)
• 1 cup blackberries (6 oz)
• 2 - 3 tablespoons fresh mint, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
• 1 large juicy lemon or 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Method:
In a small bowl, add lemon juice and spices, mix well. Set aside. Place fruit in a mixing bowl, top with mint and lemon juice mixture, gently toss to combine. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Pairs great with non-dairy ice cream or yogurt!

1 petit suisse ou 60g de fromage blanc
1 œuf
30g de compote de pomme
15g de peanut butter ( ici crunchy )
20g de flocons d’avoine mixés
Quelques pépites de chocolat .

1/ Mélangez tous les ingrédients.
2/ Versez dans un petite poêle allant au four ( ici 17x13x1,5 )ou un ramequin.
3/ Faites cuire 15min à 180 degrés.

Waktu hujan2 mcm nie sup jadi pilihan menu cik hijau. Cik hijau suka buat sup chinese style iaitu ia direneh dalam waktu yg agak lama dgn api yg agak kecil. Kalau korang tgk gambar selepas direneh dalam masa 1jam setengah sayur masih hijau dan ikan tidak hancur. Sup ini juga boleh dijadikan seperti broth, kuah dia boleh disimpan dan dijadikan minuman collagen. Tapi dgn syarat, jgn tambah apa2 perasa ya. Menu yg cik hijau tunjukkan pun tiada apa2 perasa yg ditambah.

💧Enemies of healthy beautiful skin are white bread, alcohol, refined sugar, pasteurized dairy, drugs, cigarettes, soda, artificial sweeteners, fatty fried foods, lack of rest, stress, dehydration, pollutants, chemicals, and lack of exercise. ⁣⁣

💧Great skin starts with a great diet! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
💧Drinking herbal teas such as nettle, hibiscus, and red raspberry leaf are great for your skin.⁣⁣

💧Eat LOTS of juicy fruits🍉🍇🍍 drink lots of water, eat healthy fats like avocado and coconuts🥑🥥 and consume leafy greens on the daily because chlorophyll protects the skin🥬⁣⁣

💧Don’t pop your zits! Leave your face alone!!! ⁣⁣

💧I personally just use 3 things on my face. I use a raw facial scrub, a raw facial cleanser, and I use extra virgin Greek olive oil as my moisturizer.  I splash cold water on face every rising. I also don’t use any sunscreen.⁣⁣

💧If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t put it on your skin. ⁣⁣

Air fried chicken tenders breaded with gluten free bread crumbs over some mixed greens with: 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐢, 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐬, 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨, 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐫𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞! Recipe 👇 (Serves 4)
Vegan mac and cheese ingredients:
1 big potato peeled (200 g)
1 small carrot peeled (100 g)
1/2 cup cashews (75 g)
1/2 cup plant-based milk of choice (I used canned coconut milk)
1/3-1/2 cup vegetable broth (or use more plant-based milk instead)
1/2 small onion
2-3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour (optional)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1/2-3/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
1/3 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp onion powder
crushed pepper flakes (optional)
Serve with:
350 g Pasta of choice (I use gluten-free) or zoodles (3-4 spiralized zucchinis)
Instructions
Soak cashews in hot water for at least 15 minutes until they are soft.
Cut the potato and carrot into 1-inch cubes and cook in salted water for about 10-15 minutes or until tender (discard the water afterward).
Boil your favorite pasta as per the instructions on the packaging or use a spiralizer to spiralize your zucchinis.
Add all the vegan Mac and Cheese ingredients into a blender (or food processor) and mix well.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 1-2 minutes, stir constantly.
Add your pasta or zoodles and serve immediately.
