    Baked berry oatmeal cups.

3 cups of quick oats
2 cups water
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup stevia or sweetener 
Whatever your favorite berries are (I used frozen raspberries and blueberries)
Muffin tin liners 
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix oats with water and eggs. Add other ingredients (minus berries). Measure out muffin tins 3/4 the same at full. This recipe made 20 muffins for me.

Top with favourite berries and give a little stir to get the oat mixture sticking to it. I only did this to ensure I had an equal amount of berries in each muffin.

Bake for 20 minutes. 
Note: these are not going to be the same density as a regular muffin. They will be slightly spongier. Delicious though!

    "Magdalenas" saladas:
• 1 huevo.
• Leche/bebida vegetal (un chorrito).
• Champiñones.
• Puerro.
• Sal.
• Aceite para untar los moldes.

∆ Precalentar el horno a 180°.
Limpiar y trocear, al gusto, el puerro y los champiñones.
Batir el huevo y agregar el chorrito de leche, el puerro, los champiñones y una pizca de sal. Remover bien para que quede todo bien integrado.
Untar con un pincel los moldes con el aceite, para que sea mas sencillo desmoldar.
Meter en el horno alrededor de 10 minutos (dependiendo del horno) o hasta que al pinchar, salga el cuchillo/palillo limpio.
Sacar del horno y esperar unos minutos antes de desmoldar para no sufrir quemaduras.
