Three workouts done to make up for some of the days I have taken off recently. I have been using the Beach Body Morning Meltdown 100 program, which is working out every day for 100 days with numerous types of high intensity workouts. There are two days in the 10 different workouts that are meant for stretching and geared more towards strengthening and balance to help you with the high intensity days. I haven't completed this in the 100 days like I would like, but I am ok with that. I've never finished a program all the way through without quitting so I am very proud of myself for reaching the last phase. Working #81, phase 5, here I come.
It's not about comparing yourself to others, it's about pushing play and getting your body moving. I don't think of this as working out, it's more of my therapy. Who doesn't need a little mental health therapy?

Today is my Day 1 of my 4th Whole30 and boy am I ready! After the holidays, our family vacation to Disney World, and Valentine's Day I have been out of control, and I am looking forward to food freedom!

Mannn, life is short and NONE of us know when our time is up. I got word on Friday that a friend of mine lost his life due to heart disease. He was only in his late 30's and had a whole lot of life left in him. Just crazy. What I get out of this is, people need to WAKE THE FUCK UP(excuse my language) and start taking care of themselves. You better Quit believing that this is "hereditary" and start understanding that what's hereditary is poor eating habits, work overload(sleep deprivation) and laziness. The food and pharmaceuticals in this country is killing us and majority of people would rather turn a blind eye then to admit that food addiction(along with laziness and lack of sleep) is REAL and it's gonna take work to change....But it's either work at changing your lifestyle or death...I hate to break it to you like that but it is what it is. How many people need to lose their life to this bs, before you buckle down and start taking care of yourself(serious ?). For real, ask yourself that. And if you're raising kids, you really need to be a better example. Period!
There's 100's of food ingredients that's used in the US that's banned in other country...sit down and think that one through real quick.
Had to give it to you raw, I'm in my feelings big time on this one. #ColdWorld

Nem toda fome é fome de comida, existem vários tipos de fome e saber reconhecê-las faz toda a diferença na busca de resultados! 
Fome fisiológica: é aquela fome quando o organismo precisa de comida, ela não é específica e qualquer alimento que a pessoa goste vai matar a fome.
Fome social: é quando comemos em modo automático em uma festa ou reunião pela presença de comida em nossa frente o tempo todo. Por isso é normal comer um pouco a mais nessas situações! 
Fome específica ou hedônica: relacionada à vontade de comer algo específico, geralmente relacionando a uma lembrança boa. Ex: casa de vó.
Fome emocional: quando temos a necessidade de comer algo gostoso em grande quantidade e com urgência. Esse tipo de fome na maioria das vezes é consequência de privações a longo prazo e da mentalidade de dieta. É um comer impulsivo sem pensar no sabor do alimento! Come faccio rientrare una pizza nei macros 🍕? Iniziare la settimana con dolcezza 😛 gocciole light, ricetta trovata spulciando sui vari siti ed adattata al meglio sul profilo nutrizionale.

A parte la forma, decisamente mal riuscita, il sapore è dei migliori, provare per credere.
Vi lascio la lista ingredienti:
200 g di fecola di patate
200 g di farina di riso, farro o integrale o la vostra preferita
100 g di zucchero semolato
2 uova medie
90 ml di olio di semi
90 g di gocce di cioccolato fondente + altre per decorare
8 g di lievito per dolci
10 g di cacao amaro in polvere
1 pizzico di sale fino
1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia (o i semi di una bacca)

ed...il processo di preparazione:

Preriscaldate il forno a 180° C in modalità statica.
In una ciotola aprire le uova, aggiungere lo zucchero, l'estratto di vaniglia e il sale, mescolare energicamente fino a far sciogliere lo zucchero.

Versare l'olio, unire la farina, la fecola, il cacao amaro e il lievito.
Mescolare con una forchetta, poi aggiungete le gocce di cioccolato fredde e lavorate tutto con le mani fino a ottenere un panetto morbido.

Stendete l'impasto con il matterello tra due fogli di carta da forno fino allo spessore dato dalle gocce di cioccolato, aiutatevi con la farina.
Con uno stampo tondo o con un coltello ricavate dei tondi e con le mani modellateli a forma di goccia o in ogni caso potete prepararli anche di altre forme o più semplicemente tondi. I miei hanno una forma praticamente indescrivibile 😜

Trasferite i biscotti distanziati su una teglia con carta da forno e cuoceteli in forno caldo per 15 minuti circa.
appena la parte sotto inizia a dorarsi e si formano delle crepe in superficie toglieteli dal forno.
Fateli raffreddare completamente e conservateli in un vaso di vetro o di latta chiusi con coperchio.

C’est toujours plus agréable de débuter la semaine avec un bon petit dej ☕️
Quand je ne suis pas au porridge, pancakes, bananabread, c’est la plus part du temps ce genre de mega #bowl qui me fait sortir du lit !
Le plein de fruits frais 🥝🍌, une belle poignée d’oléagineux (amande, noix de cajou, noisette ..), des fruits secs (figues, raisins, abricots séchés), du lait 🥛 végétal (amande, noisette, cajou, coco) ou bien du fromage blanc & toujours une base de céréales !
Je les prend en sachet mais natures (sans sucre ni huile, j’en trouve souvent en rayons bio. Je prends des flakes de maïs, Sarrazin, du quinoa soufflé, des flakes d’épeautre, je me fais mes petits mélanges croustillants). Au besoin, je sucre moi même l’ensemble avec du miel 🍯 ou de l’agave !

Dire que je n’ai pas petit déjeuner pendant des années ... aujourd’hui c’est vraiment ce meal qui conditionne le reste de ma journée. En étant suffisamment copieux, (mais pas moins équilibré) aucune fringale pour tenir jusqu’à 13H !
Trouvez ce que vous aimez, ce qui vous fait plaisir! Un bon pain complet, des œufs, de l’avocat, du jambon, pourquoi pas !
Vous n’avez pas faim ? Essayez de dîner plus léger et tôt la veille ;)

Si vous vivez très bien le fait de sauter le petit dej, ma fois ce n’est pas un drame non plus, il ne faut pas se forcer ! À chacun son rythme.
Mais si par contre vous vous jetez à 10H sur n’importe quoi & que vous avez du mal à équilibrer votre poids, il est peut être temps de revoir vos habitudes ! Aucun meal n’est à lésiner ..

**NEW OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE**. seriously floored by how many of you are making and sharing your pb&j overnight oat recreations. i knew i needed to get a new version out to you guys ASAP. for anyone who fell in love with the OG recipe, brace yourself for this one. she’s good.

BLUEBERRY CASHEW CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

in a jar mix:
-1/2 cup oats
-1 tbsp ground flax
-1 tbsp sunflower seeds -1 tbsp chia seeds -2 tbsp dried blueberries (found in bulk section of whole foods)
-2 tbsp chopped cashews -1 tsp maca powder
-cinnamon
-sea salt
-1 single serve (5.3 oz) dairy free yogurt
-1/2 cup dairy free milk
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tbsp cashew butter
mix thoroughly and let sit overnight!

I’ve been working out seriously since sophomore year in high school. I ate whatever I wanted and however much because I was losing so many calories playing two sports and doing CrossFit. Diet never really played a big part until I got into college. I’ve spent 5 years trying to figure out how to balance it. Two years I was still playing softball, so I was still losing a lot of calories, but I noticed I started holding more weight. The year after that I focused on being 12% body fat and being as lean as possible and I was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. The next year I spent over-eating. Finally, I’m at the point where I’ve found a balance where I’m enjoying my life and seeing results at the same time! Keep in mind that your fitness journey is a process. It consists of so many trials and errors until you find what works best for you in your lifestyle and with how your body works. Stay patient, the results will come! ✨

Mi plan de domingo por la noche! 🤩🚴🏼‍♀️

Llevo días sin poder salir a la ruta por un dolor de garganta que persiste, por eso he sustituido con el simulador.. pero se nos atraviesa otro problema: Carnavales!!

Y si, estoy cuidándome con la bici, pero salí viernes y sábado a rumbear, y esto aunque no parezca estar bien, tiene dos razones de peso:
1. La visita de amigos de afuera @frankblanco @natydeltoro @alejandroguevara89, hay que compartir con quienes también nos nutren el ❤️
2. El trámite de los permisos pa entrenar el resto del año pa los eventos con mi amor @angellogv_ , estamos en la búsqueda del equilibrio y quien tiene pareja que no hace ciclismo, sabe que no es fácil!! -

Así que ahí vamos haciendo cómo se puede, y en cuanto a la ardición... bueno en el buen sentido, me da envidia de mis amigos y las rutas cheveres que me encanta hacer! Hoy me dieron la motivación que necesitaba, no los etiquetó porque básicamente fue media ciudad 😂
