Tipos de Alongamentos.

👉Primeiro o alongamento são exercícios físicos que agem em preservar e aumentar o grau de flexibilidade muscular, isso favorece o estiramento das fibras musculares assim contribuindo para aumentar seu comprimento, ocorrendo também o aumento do fluxo da articulação controlada por ele (o músculo sendo alongado) e melhor será a sua flexibilidade. .
📌Então vamos lá..
👉6 tipos de alongamentos.

👉Alongamento Estático: como um relaxamento, ao final de uma atividade, um dia cansativo, objetivo de só alongar ao ponto de gerar esse relaxamento muscular.

👉Alongamento Passivo: você vai alongar com ajuda de uma outra pessoa, ou algum objeto (corda por exemplo), vai sustentar essa posição por uns segundos, esse pode ser feito até seu limite só com o auxílio, ou a pessoa pode empurrar um pouquinho a mais do que vc iria sozinho. .
👉 Alongamento Dinâmico: Esse vc executa o movimento (de forma lenta) para o alongamento e volta a posição, alongando com movimentos suaves, alonga e volta...

👉Alongamento Balístico: parecido com dinâmico , mas aqui vai fazer movimentos mais rápidos para alongar, alonga e volta, movimento Explosivo.

👉Alongamento Isométrico: Onde vc com ajuda de uma pessoa ou objeto vai alongar, e enquanto alonga irá realizar contração do músculo alongado para tentar voltar, fazendo força de resistência (mantendo a posição alongada).

👉Primeiro o alongamento são exercícios físicos que agem em  preservar e aumentar o grau de flexibilidade muscular, isso favorece o estiramento das fibras musculares assim contribuindo para aumentar seu comprimento, ocorrendo também o aumento do fluxo da articulação controlada por ele (o músculo sendo alongado) e melhor será a sua flexibilidade. .

👉6 tipos de alongamentos.

👉Alongamento Estático: como um relaxamento, ao final de uma atividade, um dia cansativo, objetivo de só alongar ao ponto de gerar esse relaxamento muscular.

👉Alongamento Passivo: você vai alongar com ajuda de uma outra pessoa, ou algum objeto (corda por exemplo), vai sustentar essa posição por uns segundos, esse pode ser feito até seu limite só com o auxílio, ou a pessoa pode empurrar um pouquinho a mais do que vc iria sozinho. .
👉 Alongamento Dinâmico: Esse vc executa o movimento (de forma lenta) para o alongamento e volta a posição, alongando com movimentos suaves, alonga e volta...

👉Alongamento Balístico: parecido com dinâmico , mas aqui vai fazer movimentos mais rápidos para alongar, alonga e volta, movimento Explosivo.

Have you got a fixed mindset or growth mindset?⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣One problem we sometimes see with goal setting and therefore long-term success with health and fitness comes down to mindset and how you approach your goal. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

With a fixed mindset, people believe their qualities are fixed traits and therefore cannot change. They also believe that talent alone leads to success, and effort is not required.⁣

Alternatively, in a growth mindset, people have an underlying belief that their learning can grow with time and experience. When people believe they can become better at something, they realise that their effort has an effect on their success, so they put in extra time, leading to higher achievement.⁣

But how can mindset help me achieve my health and fitness goals?⁣

With a fixed mindset, you’re usually only focused on an outcome or achievement. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣It might seem like it’s OK to concentrate on a single endpoint, like running a marathon, having a six-pack or shedding ‘x’ amount of weight, but the chances of completely losing motivation when you hit a bump in the road are way higher with this kind of goal-orientated thinking. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣With a growth mindset you focus on the process rather than the end result. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣Where someone with a fixed mindset might give up after failing, the person with the growth mindset sees failure as a chance to reflect and learn. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣It might seem like a subtle contrast, but this process-orientated thinking can be the difference between long term success and failure. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

So a lot of us will get the idea the you want to lose weight because you have come to a point where you don’t feel healthy any more, you don’t like the way your body looks and feels in the clothes you wear.🙄⁣

So you feel like you should start exercising and maybe going to the gym.⁣

But what is the first thing you start doing❓⁣

Probably some kind of cardio, right❓⁣

👉🏻You probably go for a run, turn up to the gym and jump on a X-trainer, bike or do 10mins on all the cv machines.⁣

But is this really the best way to lose body fat and spend your time productively❓⁣

🙅‍♂️Then the answer is No...⁣

...It can help sure if you utilise it as a tool when needed to help bring you into a calorie deficit but that is the key right there – A calorie deficit, burning more calories than you are taking in.👌🏻⁣

✔️However when most of us use the term lose weight what you actually mean is you want to look better and the best way to do this is by weight training.⁣

This will improve the way your body looks giving your muscles a better shape by building muscle.🔥⁣

🤔Now some of you think "but I don’t want to get too big." ⁣

Don’t worry, you won’t, if you really knew how hard it was too build muscle then you would never worry about that again.💯⁣

Now in order to build muscle you will need testosterone and a calorie surplus, not to mention progressive overload and even with those things it is still super difficult.⁣

Your aim should be to try and build muscle, as the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest making it easier to burn fat 🔥😁⁣

...and the more muscle you have the better shape your body will have. Giving you that toned body you have always wanted.⁣

👉🏻So stop wasting so much time with cardio to lose weight and be more productive and reach your goals quicker by lifting some weights.⁣

Это был прекрасный период в моей жизни, я искренне благодарна всем, кто меня поддерживал, получила максимум удовольствия от всех соревнований и от самого тренировочного процесса, для меня этот спорт навсегда поселился в моём сердце. Но здоровье не вечно, тем более женское!😌

Было принято решение что все мои последующие тренировки будут за приоритетами:

👉🏼Здоровье (прислушиваться к своему организму, раз в год сдавать на гормоны, коррекция осанки)

👉🏼Питание (очистить полностью рацион от мусора, сформировать правильные пищевые привычки, пить больше чистой воды)

👉🏼Телостроительство (здесь я сама себе хозяйка, какую хочу форму такую и делаю!😉)

Кто знает, может меня занесет в ещё какой-нибудь вид спорта🤪

Coming in hot on this Monday morning🔥 took my first @doyourumble class yesterday and got my ass kicked thanks to @alimccallj🥊 -I constantly tell people to get outside their comfort zones and never get complacent-I remind myself of this too. It’s easy to just stay steady and comfortable but we have to remember the real growth happens when we get uncomfortable. Monday, I’m ready for you! ✨

WHY GIRLS SHOULD BE STRENGTH TRAINING 💪

Every time I go into the gym I see the same thing: guys lifting weights and girls on the cardio machines. Sure, it's not completely divided by gender, but for the most part this is the case. Why are girls afraid of lifting weights?

❌MYTH: Weightlifting makes women “bulky"
✅REALITY: It's pretty difficult for women to appear 'bulky'. Instead, resistance training will increase your strength and lean body mass. Yes, you will probably gain weight, but muscle is more dense than fat, so you may appear even slimmer, leaner, and more toned than before.

❌MYTH: You have to lift SUPER heavy weights
✅REALITY: Don't be intimidated by the bodybuilders who lift crazy heavy weights for low reps--that's just one style of strength training. Strength training to whatever level YOU feel comfortable will yield results. I started with 5 pound dumbbells for everything!

❌MYTH: Cardio is better for losing weight
✅REALITY: Cardio is great for improving cardiovascular health! You can definitely lose weight! BUT, you won't achieve a "toned" look without resistance training.

I've been weightlifting for just under a year now, and I can't even begin to explain how drastically my life has improved because of it. I'm stronger, more confident, and SO much happier. But you know the craziest thing? I'm the exact same weight as I was a year ago. The difference? My body fat percentage is down 10%. “Healthy” is not the number on the scale.
