Difficile ces derniers jours d'accepter l'échec d'une reprise en main efficace depuis les fêtes.
J'ai du mal à retrouver la motivation et l'entrain, mais surtout du mal a faire face a mes demons. Il m'en faut toujours, et toujours plus.
Plus de gras, plus de Sucre, plus de malbouffe.
Pas juste un gâteau. Le paquet. Pas juste un repas. Le repas + le goûter et puisqu'on y est faisons nous plaisir jusqu'à la fin du week-end!

Je suis dans un sale engrenage ce mois-ci, mais certaines prises de conscience m'ont sauvé la mise et limité les dégâts. Jai repris un peu de poids, plus ou moins 3,5 kg sur les 30 perdus.
Il faut l'accepter, se pardonner de ne pas avoir respecté les engagements et surtout, surtout!!!! Ne rentrer dans la dynamique du Foutu pour foutu.... On y croit, on s'y remet.
2020 est pleine de promesses, 2020 c'est mon année, celle où je me dépasse, celle ou je me libère de ma seconde peau. 🐛 Chrysalide deviendra Papillon... 🦋

Maple Mustard Spatchcock Chicken & Roasted Veggies 🤤

I picked up this gorgeous whole chicken at the farmers market this past weekend and wanted to try something different than our usual roasting method. I had never spatchcocked a chicken before (and apparently I need to invest in a much sharper kitchen scissors in the future) but it was totally worth the extra few minutes and cut my usual roasting time in half!
The mustard maple glaze is just dreamy and I wish I could attach the smell for you all...still waiting on that Android update though.

MANTEQUILLA DE COCO🥥🤍Hace mucho tiempo que no les subía una receta y creo que esta me va a reivindicar… Ya ustedes saben que me encanta comer mantequilla de nueces con todo, pero esta de coco creo que es insuperable.

INGREDIENTES
- 400gr de coco rallado
- 2 cdas de aceite de coco derretido
- Stevia al gusto (o tu endulzante de preferencia)
.
PREPARACION
- Precalienta el horno a 180C
- Esparce el coco rallado en una bandeja (ponle papel para hornear) y dejalo tostar por unos 10 min.
- Coloca el coco en un procesador de alimentos o licuadora de alta potencia.
- Licua con paciencia hasta que empiece a tomar consistencia de mantequilla. Agrega el aceite de coco derretido si sientes que la mezcla necesita un poco de ayuda.
- Una vez tengas la consistencia que quieres, endulza al gusto.
- Colócala en un envase de vidrio y listo. ¡A mi me encanta con las panquecas!

👉🏽 65g copos de avena sin gluten o harina de avena (podéis poner la harina que queráis)
👉🏽 2 huevos .
👉🏽 Canela Ceylán al gusto .
👉🏽 1cdita de aceite de coco 🥥 opcional
👉🏽 2-4 onzas choco 85% (hacendado) o 92% (Valor)
👉🏽 1 cdita de levadura (a mi esta vez se me ha olvidado ponerle Y me gusta !!)

1️⃣ Solo hay que mezclar todos los ingredientes juntos (excepto lo que vayáis a poner para decorar por encima) en una batidora de mano y listo. (Lo único la manaza la he asado antes al microondas 2min)

2️⃣ Después, añadir al molde y poner por dentro un trocito de chocolate y por fuera también (o el toppin elegido) y meter al horno a 200 grados, 10-20min (previamente calentado) siempre vigilando!!

🙋🏽‍♀️Yo solo preparé la salsa express: una cebolla chiquita, reahogada con 1/2 taza de acelga picadita, sal, pimienta y una cda de queso crema.
‼Los vegetales entre otras cosas, aportan volumen (parece muchooo) y fibra, esenciales para lograr la saciedad.
Si en vez de esta salsita con vegetales solo acompañaria con crema o queso, en vez de comerme 6 sorrentinos, comeria mínimo 8.🙋🏽‍♀️ Por eso es tan importante combinar los alimentos. + Volumen + saciedad.

KENAPA BIOGLASS HARUS DIPUTAR BERLAWANAN ARAH JARUM JAM?

Sejak mencari tahu tentang cara kerja BIOGLASS banyak sekali hal baru yang membuat kami sendiri kagum dan seringkali membuat air mata ini menetes salah satunya karena mineral-mineral alam yang terkandung di dalamnya memiliki manfaat yang banyak bagi kehidupan mahluk hidup.
Berawal dari pertanyaan : "Kenapa sih BIOGLASS ini harus diputar-putar, bahkan pake aturan berlawanan arah jarum jam pula?" Kenapa harus putar, kenapa harus berlawanan? Simak ini baik baik hanya butuh waktu 3 menit untuk membacanya. Sesungguhnya ketika kita melakukan putaran ke arah yang berlawanan dengan jarum jam, kita sebenarnya sedang "seirama" dengan perilaku alam.

Buktinya?

Thai Carrot + Peanut Bisque

It’s soup weather, and I love a good creamy bisque. Especially when it has peanut butter in it. (peanuts) So there’s a version of this soup at the hospital where I work called “Szechuan Carrot”, and I really wanted to find a version to make at home instead of waiting for them to serve it every 6 weeks. So I did!

The funny thing about carrots is that I don’t really eat them that much, except for a garnish on bowls or ramen. I find them a little tough to incorporate into everyday meals. But I want more of them in my life, because they have amazing health benefits! Beta-carotene in carrots (and other orange veggies) is a precursor for vitamin A, which is formed in our bodies from a carotene backbone. Vitamin A protects against night-blindness, preserves vision and is great for overall eye health [1].

This delightful creation from @pinchofyum is SO easy to make if you have an instant pot (like me!), or there’s a stovetop version available for those who don’t. I served this with some @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel bread all nice and toasty. It’s creamy, warming, and perfectly spiced with a bit of Thai red curry paste.

HOW I DEAL WITH ANXIETY:
I’ve opened up to you guys about starting therapy last year. It’s actually been almost a year since I started— time flies! Anyways, I only go once a week so I’ve had to find other ways to cope with anxiety and stress.
1️⃣ GET OUTSIDE: I try to plan a sunset walk with Leo a few times a week. It gives me something to look forward after a long day inside. If I’m feeling super stressed or overwhelmed during the day, I’ll stop what I’m doing and head outside for a quick walk to clear my thoughts and to get some vitamin D ☀️.
2️⃣ FOCUS ON MY BREATHING: I drop what I’m doing at the moment and focus on breathing deeply and fully. It usually helps with acute stress.
3️⃣ WRITE IT DOWN: I’ve been taking notes of what’s been bothering me lately to get it off my chest 📒. I don’t use my phone for this. Instead, I take out my notepad and physically write it down.
4️⃣ TALK TO A FRIEND/FAMILY: I’m so lucky to have a wonderful support system. I always feel like I have someone to reach out to who will listen and be there for me during times or anxiety and stress.
