    I rarely purchase dressings anymore, mainly because I can’t commit to a full bottle, but also because they’re simple to prepare.

I recently used this olive oil vinaigrette, one of my favorites, tossed in a cucumber tomato salad and it was every bit as delicious as it sounds.

RECIPE
1/2 cup Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 Garlic Cloves minced
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt

كوب و نصف دقيق
ملعقة كبيرة باكينج بودر 
٣ حبات بيض
ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا
كوب حليب سايل 
نصف كوب زيت مازولا
نصف كوب سكر 
رشة ملح 
الطريقة 📌 
نسخن الفرن على درجة 160-180 درجة اذا كهرباء من فوق وتحت نخلط البيض و فانيلا ثم الحليب و السكر و الزيت ثم نضيف الطحين و باكينج بودر و رشة ملح ندهن القالب بالزيت و نضع ورقة الزبدة و نسكب الخليط ونضعه بالفرن .

تحضير الصوص 💡
نصف علبة حليب مبخر 
علبة نسلة صغيرة 
كأس حليب 📌 نخلطهم و نضعه في البراد لحين ان يبرد الكيك جيداً ثم نشرب الكيك من الصو و نترك جزء منه للتقديم .

تحضير الكريمة :
نصف علبة قشطة 
علبة صغير كريمة خفق 
ربع كوب سكر بودة 
ظرف دريم ويب 📌نخلطهم جيداً ونسكبه فوق القالب و نزينة بالفراولة و بالعافية ❤️❤️

لنجاح الكيك ✅
💡 لا تبالغون في خلط المكونات كثيراً عشان لا يطلع الهواء منه 💡 اول ربع ساعة لا تفتحون الفرن 💡 لازم الكريمة تكون كثير بارردة عشان يكون قوام اوك .

    White Fish Baked with Cherry Tomatoes, Lemon Zest, Garlic and Capers. My absolute all time favourite fish dish. In fact we don’t eat much fish in my family aside from salmon, but whenever I prepare this dish we all fight over who gets to eat the leftovers next day! What I love about this too is that it is SO easy to make. Simply add two baskets of cherry tomatoes, peeled garlic from 2-3 heads of garlic (I love garlic!), the zest of 3 lemons, and a jar of capers (drained first). Add in 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and stir around so all ingredients are well covered with the oil. Bake 20 mins at 180 C (350 F). Add in 6-8 white fish fillets (enough to serve 6 persons) and drizzle over another 1/4 cup olive oil. Bake 15 mins. Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the juice of one lemon and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve with white rice. Be sure to spoon the pan juices over the rice for extra flavour. .
