That meme is 100% me on leg days cause you wouldn’t believe the amount of times I say f*ck during my workout.......it’s always a struggle! 🥴 The spike in my heart rate was during lunges and probably the reason I don’t do them regularly, but IF IT DOESN’T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON’T CHANGE YOU and I’m on a mission to make changes! 👊🏼🔥🍑

Shape those legs and firm that booty 🍑 to rock those jeans 😜

Leg exercises target some of the body’s biggest muscle hamstrings, quads and glutes. Your legs are what keep you moving all day so its crucial to build lower body strength!
Include 4 or 5 of these exercises in your workout routine and you will soon start to see and feel a difference! You can modify the exercises to your ability and dumbbells can be used instead.
I do 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise with 1 minute rest between sets.

Welllllll there is no one simple answer to that question. The simplest answer I give has 2 parts. The first is to aim for 100g of protein every day, especially after workouts. And second is to lift weights. Do whatever exercises work for you, watch form, and lift as heavy as possible. That’s what I did and it can absolutely work for anyone!!!

When it comes to building the perfect derrière, there is definite hard work involved. But just how often do you need to work those glutes... we’re glad you asked!! Generally, two to three times a week is enough! The reason for that is because those in-between recovery days are just as important for your glute strength.

Physique goal for this year, BIGGER LEGS. Strength has never been the issue but being able to put size on my legs has always been hard for me. Just have to stay focused! Always remember your goals!

Day 15: It’s everyone’s (least) favorite day - legs! While the hack squats you can see in the video were not my best, I had a pretty good day in the gym overall. My legs are definitely on fire after today and yesterday’s fasted cardio. Probably going to keep it light tomorrow before my rest day.

This week hasn’t been my fittest, only managed to get 3 workouts in and not feeling the greatest because of it BUT I’m excited to start fight training this week and work on preparing for a specific goal.

Sometimes you plan to have 5/6 really good sessions and it doesn’t work that way, I wasn’t feeling too well and am glad I let myself rest because I hate being sick (especially when I work so much.) My head wasn’t 100% in the game and it’s sometimes better to step back instead of pushing to force a motivation that isn’t there - ready to push myself these next couple months though, time to get fight ready 🥊

If there’s anything people watching has taught me (🧢) it’s that we all have different body shapes. the way we carry ourselves, the width of our shoulders, the length of our femurs, the way some people have long bodies and short legs, I could go on. There are certain things that going to the gym and eating all the vegetables in the world are never going to be able to alter. “The real tragedy would be not appreciating what you have”- joe Goldberg 🧢 . Relevant because of my people watching habits & because what you must realise is that the little things you pick out about yourself that you do not like- other people do not fixate on how you think they do!!! Honestly- if you think getting rid of a little bit of cellulite will take away all your problems- it wont- I can’t tell you how many times in the past I’ve said “I would just be happy if I were... 5... 10... 15 pounds lighter”... so I became anorexic and I was still unhappy. Self acceptance can start right here right now
even through the process of physical change (which as a side note- it’s absolutely fine to want to change your appearance for aesthetics &/or health reasons); loosing, gaining, floppin, poppin, you are just as worthy now as you will ever be🕺🏼💓 your weight does NOT equal your worth.
