    Those cheeks have gone down, roundness on my face ain’t the same & that double chin is slowly saying bye bye. The confidence & happiness I’ve gained back is HUGE. This is my #mondaymotivation 🙌🏻 Small progress is still progress.

    #momtruthmonday I feel like a lot that I post on social is the end result  and I never really share the in between...so here are my mom truths on this lovely Monday:
🎈I haven’t slept more than 5 hours straight in over two and a half years cuz my daughter wakes up. Every. Single. Night.
🎈my kid ate a piece of raw pasta while she was pretend cooking...while I was real cooking 🤷🏻‍♀️🍳 (i made her spit it out 😲)
🎈I planned the entire eid party we just had in less than a week
🎈hubby was traveling so I hauled the kids with me to run a billion errands and they were great....until they started asking for snacks which if you’re a mom you know is ALL the time.
🎈I lost eight pounds since July 🎉
🎈I probably gained back a couple from the snacks I stress ate last night 😂😆
🎈I’m so over The Wiggles and Paw Patrol 😅😅
🎈I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day.
🎈I sometimes take on too much than I can handle and should learn to slow down a bit and live in the moment.
🎈I never did finish that novel “A Place for Us” cuz it was just too heavy of a read and I’m more of a confessions of a shopaholic kinda gal.
🎈I know I can and need to get help with cooking/cleaning/household stuff like laundry folding etc...but I like things a certain way 😂😂😂
🎈I just stepped on a piece of LEGO 😡😩😂😂😂😂

Where’s my fitness clothes😹 I had the pleasure of attending the @vocalstarworld annual gala that provides amazing resources for upcoming musicians, singers and performers and gives them an opportunity to work in-person with industry leaders and experience first-hand what it takes to break into this crazy entertainment industry. All the performances last night were amazing! Make sure to catch some of them on my insta stories! 😻👏🏼

    Unhealthiest vs Healthiest (-30kgs/-66lbs) 💪🏻 This by far has to be my most confronting image I’ve shared (after already starting my journey). I don’t think people understand how hard it is to post these photos to the world but with doing it I feel myself growing, accepting and motivating others 🌷 My next fat freezing session at @bodycontourstudio will be targeting my inner thighs, as you can see I still tend to hold fat within this area (as a lot of females do). Stay tuned for progress shots over the coming weeks.
