    Been quiet around here because I’ve been living life, mannnn. The beginning of a new school year, new endeavors, and a visit with my boys 🥰 this weekend has had me super busy. Made this yummy lunch for Chad, Xander, and I & we are all huge fans! Here’s how I made it 👇🏻

💎 Toss chicken thighs in olive oil, coarse kosher salt, pepper, and @themeltingpotrestaurants garlic wine seasoning — bake @ 400F for 30 min (top rack for 15 and bottom rack for 15)
💎 Toss broccoli in olive oil, garlic wine seasoning, salt & pepper — bake @ 400F for 15 min on top rack (#protip when you move chicken thighs to the bottom rack, throw in the broccoli, too, and roast both simultaneously for efficiency)
💎 Prepare bagged tortellini to package instructions (don’t forget to salt your water generously) the top with marinara sauce — I used #victoriasauces because of the minimal ingredients.
💎 Optional: top with some parm for flavor & enjoy!

Super crazy week ahead, getting ready for BTS 📚🍎(shhhh.... we’re still not saying the WORDS!) but I know I’ll have to be strategic sneaking in the movement in there with travel this week too.

    Za kosilo se bo prilegla okusna fižolova solata. 😉

Sestavine za 4 osebe:
2 pločevinki rdečega fižola,
2 pločevinki belega fižola,
1 pločevinka rjavega fižola,
6 jušnih žlic olivnega olja,
4 južne žlice kisa,
6 strokov česna,
nekaj sušenih paradižnikov,
drobnjak, peteršilj,
sol in poper po okusu.

Fižol odcedimo in ga v večji posodi zmešamo skupaj z oljem, kisom, nasekljanimi paradižniki, nasekljanim česnom, nasekljanim drobnjakom in peteršiljem ter soljo in porom.     Sunday lunchtime in the sun🌞🌞 it’s absolutely roasting here at the moment in the U.K. so I went for an easy and refreshing lunch of white rice, tuna, sautéed tomatoes with wilted spinach, diced cucumber and red cabbage. Bit of a random mix but didn’t want to spend too long in the kitchen seeing as it’s such gorgeous weather outside so just quickly piled a load of random things on my plate and it turned out to be quite yummy! Filled with plenty of colourful veggies too🌈🌈 #lactosefree #dairyfree #mealideas #foodinspo #eattherainbow #lunchideas

All you need to do is thaw in a bucket of water or bring it out 2 hours before drinking time. ❌Do not microwave your Zobo in order to defrost it 😂. :

    Rice bowls make for a satisfying and healthy lunch or dinner. With rice bowls you can be as creative and unique as you want to be. For lunch today I fixed jasmine rice in the Quick Cooker in just 4 minutes plus 10 minutes of natural release time. Toppings included kidney beans, whole kernel corn, peas, pineapple chunks, dried cranberries, and dried cilantro. You can always add a meat. It’s been too long since I made these syn free fellas 😍 I had cheesy ham & onion today but you could stuff with whatever you fancy!

To make 👉🏼 I baked a jacket potato in the oven so the skin went crispy 👌🏼 then sliced in half, scooped out the potato and mashed with mozzarella (hexA) 🧀 mixed in diced ham and red onions and seasoned with black pepper. Finally I added a little more cheese to the top and put under the grill until melted and golden 🤤 then served warm with speedy salad 🥗 what a gorgeous lunch!

    ¡Quítale lo aburrido al sándwich para el LUNCH con esta receta de SANDWICHÓN! 🥪
👤 PORCIONES: 12
📝 INGREDIENTES:
Para el dip:
-	3 paquetes de queso crema (190 g c/u)
-	1/4 de taza de mayonesa
-	1/4 de taza de crema ácida
-	1 cdita de mostaza
-	2 cdas de salsa cátsup
-	al gusto de sal y pimienta
Para el sandwichón:
-	15 rebanadas de pan blanco de caja sin orillas
-	2 huevos cocidos, cortados en láminas
-	1 paquete de Queso Tipo Manchego Rebanado FUD®️
-	1 taza de pepino en rodajas finas
-	7 piezas de Tocino FUD®️ Ahumado doradito y crujiente
-	1 taza de jitomate picado
-	3 Salchichas de Pavo para Hot Dog FUD®️ en mitadea
-	1 paquete de Pechuga de Pavo Virginia FUD®️ empaque resellable
Para decorar:
-	1 jitomate picado
PREPARACIÓN:
1.	En un bowl, acrema el queso crema y mezcla con la mayonesa, la crema ácida, la mostaza y la salsa cátsup. Sazona con sal y pimienta. 
2.	En un molde para panqué cubierto con plástico antihaderente, acomoda las rebanadas de pan presionando las orillas para pegarlas entre sí.
3.	Unta un poco del dip sobre el pan en la primera capa. Al centro, agrega una capa de huevo cocido. 
4.	Cubre con más pan, unta un poco más del dip y sigue con una capa de Queso Manchego Fud®️ en rebanadas.
5.	Añade otra capa de pan, unta nuevamente dip y ahora coloca pepino y jitomate. 
6.	Repite el proceso rellenando con el tocino y las salchichas hasta completar el molde. Refrigera por 30 minutos y reserva.
7.	Sobre un plato, desmolda y unta el sandwichón con el resto del dip. Cubre con las rebanadas de Pechuga de Pavo Virginia FUD®️ y decora con jitomate.
8.	Refrigera 10 minutos más. Corta y sirve.
