    Currently 195lbs when I weighed in today. Hit legs this morning and running at the end for the first time in months. Tried squatting 405lbs for my last set, since being over 200lbs. I will work back to reps of this even though I’m a lot lighter now and incorporating running/stairmaster with every workout to speed up conditioning for the stage.
