    🚀Squats 505lbs 3x2 followed by Bench 350lbs 3x2🚀 Finally working in the 500s🥺. To think that my competition squat max is 518 and bench is 347 just motivates me so much to destroy those number next time I decide to compete again🤫 & for Bench the road to 405 continues, we are right on track to hopefully accomplish that this year😤// @aguynamedmaxx #letswork #83kg

We have some serious healing fun in store for this week! When we came across this and all the other fascinating information about kiwis in the Life Changing Foods book we were inspired to create the Homegrown Healers Medical Medium Kiwi Challenge! We are going to be eating kiwis three times a day for seven days straight at the specific recommended times of; 9am, 12pm and 3pm, in order to truly experience the benefits of what kiwis offer us spiritually and emotionally. 
@MedicalMedium says that eating kiwis can help disconnect us from the annoyances that get us caught up in day to day life. (⬅️No shortage of those! 😂🙄 Can we get a witness?🙏) They can open us up to our true depth and purpose allowing us to see beyond what is shallow. 
We would LOVE for you to join us! If you would like to start right away or start your spiritual kiwi adventure later in the week, do what is convenient for you! Together, let's journal the changes that occur, the differences we feel, the epiphanies and all other revelations we experience, as Anthony suggests. 
Another Medical Medium recommendation is to place the kiwis in a bowl next to our nightstand to enhance the emotional aspects that the kiwi can impart. “Sleeping beside the ripening fruit, intimately connects them to our being, deepening their effects so that they can have the most life-changing results.” -AW
We don't know about you, but we are so excited for this challenge! There are so many challenges that go on within the MM community on social media, but we haven't seen anyone touch on this one yet! We hope you are as excited to be a part of something new and as spiritually enriching as this!

    This was super hard for me to share. .
I actually felt great about myself in the pink, my husband and I had just spent a week in the Caribbean on a cruise then we got to witness a wonderful couple tie the knot in Destin. .
This past weekend we went to another fun wedding and when I put these two pictures side by side it just made my cry. .
The scale may not be moving a lot but DAMN there sure is a big difference in photos.

    This was super hard for me to share. .

    The road to 500lb deadlift in my 50th yr is on the way. 
New cycle:
Week 1, 5/3/1 cycle
285/5, 330/5, 375/6

Felt pretty decent. Core felt a bit suspect today after a weekend of celebrating people and parties. So I stop 1-2 reps short to be safe. Intelligent and deliberate training.
