    We will be heading to this event.🇺🇸 8 months ago I made a goal to get to this event with my whole family!  To celebrate winning against a terrible disease. 🎯  This goal was very unrealistic 8 months ago,  because of health, income, the distance, our traditional business , the list was endless, but I made a goal, had know idea how it would happen, but somehow the tickets are booked, flights, accommodation sorted etc.✔ This company who is putting this event on for ANYONE in the world has so many resources we can utilize to help us know more about this incredible breakthrough in medical science and this PARTICULAR event is the pinnacle of all EVENTS. I had to get to this considering what its done for our family.✈ Its only a few weeks away, But I can get anyone reading this tickets to this event, you may be already in the USA, Europe, Asia, Down Under, but if you truly are serious about your Health or possibly after a new career,  then its not to late to get organised and get your seat sorted. 🌏

    If you are a mountain biker and don’t currently lift weights or do bodyweight workouts every week, then you are missing a HUGE opportunity to get fitter and stronger on the bike.

It excites me, because you probably don’t realise the dramatic changes you can feel on the bike if you just start lifting weights, or doing bodyweight workouts at home, two-three times per week. 
Training off the bike : 
1. Improves your posture

2. Balances out any muscle imbalances you have (and if you only ride, you almost definitely have them)

3. Can cure arm pump

4. Can help with any bad pains you have like back, neck, shoulder or knee pain

5. Improves your endurance

6. Improves your power so you can sprint harder and jump higher

7. Helps you easily clean short but very steep climbs 
And that’s just a handful of the benefits. Honestly - every mountain biker should lift weights or do bodyweight workouts. Every rider. Bar none. That includes you. Get on it.
