Ich persönlich liebe es an meine "Grenzen" zu gehen. Obwohl diese "Grenzen" noch nicht meine eigentlichen Grenzen sind. Es geht immer mehr!! 😉

Are u #bulking or #cutting? You don’t know if you should eat 1-2-3 or 7+ times? Clean or dirty? I tell you my opinion on this. I am #ectomorph and #hardgainer. Not in the way, that i can not gain weight, I am just gaining #MUSCLES very hard and also I can burn muscles very fast. In the bulk or diet I gain or loose very fast but ... yeah.. qualitty goes down. What I want to tell you is my experience. I was trying #intermittentfasting, #keto and many variations of diet. Eating 2 times per day and eating 8+. What is the result. When I was doing #if with 16 hours of fasting I had so good discipline. I did not feel any hunger. In that time I was eating up to 4k calories in about 3 meals. I really enjoyed big meals, but I didn’t gain any muscles. I was training hard, following the diet, but without any results. Also my digest was not that good and what is worst - my stomach was bigger. Not in the way of “fat”, but I was able to eat massive ammount of food. So when I change my style of eating I was starving all the time. Every change needs a time to adapt. What really matters is if it fits your plans, feelings and other stuff. It doesn’t make sense to eat 7 times per day, when you just simply doesn’t have time for that. It doesnt’t make sense eat 2 times per day, when you are doing all day nothing but thinking about food and starving. You must find the way, which works for you and your daily schedule and digest the best. This pic was taken last week, when I was simply not prepared and I didn’t eat almost whole day. At the end of the day after my training I ate my remaining calories. Find the ballance and you will see the results. Digest is very important in the way of results.
If anyone needs a help with diet, you can always ask me to help. It is always better to follow some tips and tricks about digest and diet and then , when you know your body really well prepare diet by your own. But trying some shitty diets can destroy your digestion tract so be careful please. Don’t hazard with your health. It is the only thing that you have.

Today is thanksgiving in 🇨🇦 !

Taking the time out of your day to reflect on the good that is present in your life is something that we should all practice more often! Part of my mental healing journey is recognizing the things in my life that cause me stress and anxiety, and conversely, recognizing things that I’m grateful for -mostly things that I take for granted each day 🤓 and also allowing myself to feel pride and joy for the things I’ve worked hard to accomplish!
I’m working on finding joy in small day-to day things instead of only allowing myself to feel “happy” or proud when I reach an achievement. Most of the time these “achievements” can be superficial anyways, so it’s super important to put things into perspective and that way I can use my gratitude to appreciate life more fully!! .
So today on thanksgiving- instead of just giving your “thanks for this food”- take a second to truly think about the things in your life you’re appreciative of, and also what the implications could be if they weren’t a part of your life.
I’m grateful for this little Instagram support system and connections I’ve made because of it, and I want to thank you for being a part of it!
Hope u eat lots of yummy food and pie today (or leftovers if u already had your meal)!!! (Not a fan of pumpkin pie, is that weird?😂 I think it’s the Brit in me)

Powolny powrót na siłownię. Tak zaczynam dziś dzień. I nie było lekko. Wszystko jakieś takie ciężkie! ☺️😁 Na razie skupię się na wzmacnianiu mojego tułowia i reszty ciała poprzez dużą porcję ćwiczeń stabilizacyjnych. Jest nad czym pracować! 🙌 Dobrego dnia! 🙏☀️ .
