Today I did 420 for 4 then 2. And then I didn’t do a set. Fitness is about consistency. Show up and do your job. Day in and day out. Learn the movements. Do the movements until they feel natural. And if they don’t feel natural, then you’re probably not doing them right. So get a trainer in that case or spend more time researching online how to do something and keep practicing it until it feels normal.
