Las mejores galletas del mundo💫❤️ Están buenísimas y súper sencillas de preparar!!

⚡️sin harinas refinadas
⚡️sin azúcar
⚡️sin gluten (opcional)

BOWL 1:
🌺4 cucharadas de aceite de coco derretido
🌺4 cucharadas de tahini
🌺1 huevo

BOWL 2:
🌺150g de harina de avena (yo he utilizado avena de @kolln.es sin gluten y la he molido con un molinillo de café)
🌺1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
🌺Una pizca de sal

Mezcla bien cada bowl por separado, ve añadiendo poco a poco la mezcla del bowl 1 al bowl 2👉🏼sin parar de remover.
Cuando esté todo bien integrado (tienes que estar un ratito removiendo), la masa estará lista para ir haciendo bolitas e ir aplastándolas sobre una bandeja de horno.
⏰Horno (previamente precalentado) a 170 grados, durante 15 minutos o hasta que estén doradas y listas!❤️

Recuerda dejarlas enfriar completamente (se irán endureciendo) y👉🏼conservarlas en la nevera🙃

PAD THAI! Who doesnt love this dish right! And this recipe is the bomb! 💥💣 It was so so good! I'd go as far as saying this would be the best made at home pad thai I've had yet!

Still carrying on with more Devine recipes from @karlijnskitchen

FOR TWO PEOPLE - just double for 4!

150 g large shrimp or Chicken or tofu
125 g rice noodles (I used Konjac zero noodles)
200 g bean sprouts
2 stalks spring onion
2 eggs
A handful unsalted peanuts
Wok oil or sunflower oil

FOR THE SAUCE

2 tbsp tamarind paste
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp fish sauce

Put the noodles in a bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let them sit for 5 minutes and drain them

Heat the fish sauce together with the tamarind paste in a pan and dissolve the sugar in it. Taste it and at some more fish sauce, tamarind paste or sugar to taste. If you want the sauce to be more salty add fish sauce, if you want it to be more sour add tamarind paste and if you want it to be more sweet add sugar. Set this aside

Heat some of the oil in the wok. Beat the eggs and make them into scrambled eggs. Remove them from the pan when they are just done. Set them aside too

Clean the wok, add the rest of the oil to it and bake the bean sprouts for a few minutes. Add the spring onion, in rings. Add the shrimps and bake them for a few minutes too. Finally, add the noodles and the pad thai sauce and stir everything through. Leave it to heat for a few minutes

Serve the pad thai with a few rings of spring onion and the peanuts

MOBILITY

Still got them hot or cold

A few years ago I used to be very immobile (I know hard to believe) 😂 always getting injured and not being able to lift my arms overhead

Splits? I didn’t even think that was possible unless you were a gymnast or a Shaolin monk

Then I decided to devote a big chunk of my training time on strength mobility not really knowing what would become of it, I just enjoyed the pain 😂 and now I feel like I have more then enough range in all areas without ever really needing to stretch

It feels Damme good 😎

Non sono il tipo da postare queste foto... E pensare che mia madre vorrebbe che facessi il modello... ma a me non è mai piaciuto, non sono questo tipo di persona. Ma questo è per me un punto di svolta: mi trovo nella miglior condizione fisica mai raggiunta, e anche se non mi fermerò, è un bel traguardo contando i miei diversi infortuni... E ne sono molto soddisfatto.

Une partie de ma bibliothèque et des livres que je dévore et redevore! Passionnants,instructifs,avec une approche novatrice pour certains..il y a un peu de tout: alimentation bien sur mais aussi Ayurveda,sans gluten sans lactose,les incroyables bienfaits du vinaigre,herboristerie,huiles essentielles,phytothérapie,remèdes maison et naturels,bienfaits du chlorure de magnésium..jai adoré le livre de David Servan Schreiber(décédé à ce jour hélas,paix à son âme) intitulé sobrement GUÉRIR :Je vous le recommande.Vous y découvrirez des choses passionnantes et des pistes incroyables pour diminuer anxiété,déprime (avec des produits naturels,je précise).Cest ça qui est fabuleux :ce médecin,psychiatre s etait tourné vers la recherche fondamentale en neurosciences cognitives (notamment l EMDR).si vous ne connaissez pas cet être fascinant,et que je devais vous conseiller un ouvrage de ma bibliothèque à découvrir,ce serait celui-là. Ce livre m a aidé quand jai eu des soucis de santé..cela me donne envie de vous conseiller un de mes livres "chouchous "de temps en temps. A perfect example of how easy it is to over eat on “junk” food and smash a load of calories in a day.

My big plate of Chicken 🐔 Coucous & veggies with a banana 🍌 to the side has LESS overall calories than ONE Big Mac burger❗️

Switching over to whole foods that you prepare yourself will keep you fuller for longer because they aren’t as dense with calories so you get to have more of them...
.
& not to mention they are packed with vitamins/minerals that will make you feel better over all with more energy💪🏼 So let me ask you.....

Which would you rather put in your body? (Asking without judgement.) 🤗

The left side is an ultra-processed attempt to recreate meat, loaded with questionable ingredients like canola oil. It also contains very little nutritional value other than protein which comes from the pea protein isolate.

The right side is organic, 100% grass fed beef. It contains protein but is also loaded with vitamin B12, vitamin E, heme iron, creatine, zinc, omega-3 and 6 fats, and others.
.
Personally I would pick the right side any day, and I’d completely avoid the left side, but I understand that people have different views on this topic. From the standpoint of nutrition, however, it seems pretty clear, which is the winner.

😁Dimagrire non è solo una questione di cibo, lo ripeto e ripeterò sempre. Quando s'inizia una dieta ci si imbatte in tanti di quelli errori, a causa dei quali non si riescono ad ottenere i risultati. Ne ho riportati solo alcuni, ma ce ne sono davvero tanti, magari ne posterò altri nei prossimi giorni.👍👍
🍞🍝Uno degli errori più comuni è ridurre o addirittura eliminare i carboidrati. Così facendo c’è il rischio di accumulare un senso di stanchezza e di debolezza. Inoltre si può rischiare di diventare nervosi e irascibili, e l’umore è una parte integrante dell’equilibrio psico-fisico. 💧🚰Un'altra questione è l'acqua, ne abbiamo bisogno in una quantità importante: da 1,5 a 2 litri al giorno. Tenendo conto che anche la frutta contiene acqua. Rinunciare all’acqua, per esempio, porta alla stitichezza, e da qui al peso che aumenta.
🍕🍔Nessun cibo deve essere proibito. Rinunciare ai cibi preferiti porta solo a mangiarne in gran quantità. Probabilmente per dimagrire non dovrai esagerare nelle quantità, ma mai rinunciare a esso.
🥕🥗"Mangio poco, ma non dimagrisco","mangio solo frutta e verdura, ma sono sempre la stessa". Queste sono le frasi che sento spesso e il problema è proprio il mangiare poco, a volte poco e male. La dieta deve essere equilibrata e prevedere i tre pasti principali (colazione, pranzo e cena) e gli spuntini tra un pasto e l'altro.
♎⚖️Pesarsi troppo spesso è un altro errore molto frequente. Se vi affidate a un professionista, concordate con lui il giorno giusto per il controllo del peso, altrimenti rischiate di scoraggiarvi poiché per avere risultati bisogna saper aspettare.

This was my first ever review and one that certainly changed my life as well as this lovely couples 😍
I have grown so much and furthered my skills since this review. 💗I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kerry for all her help and kindness over the last few months.

I suffer from Endometriosis and my husband had a low sperm count due to a reversed vasectomy.
We decided to try for the 4th and last time to do an IVF(ICSI) treatment and found that Kerry provided fertility treatments, so thought we would give it a go, we both had 2 treatments before egg collection, we got 16 eggs in all and 11 of them fertilized. From them i had 2 eggs returned and 4 eggs frozen which we have never had before.
I am now 17 weeks pregnant, at my 8 week scan the doctor commented that in the 5 years he had been seeing me my ovaries had never looked so good, 13 weeks before that there had been 2 cysts on my ovaries and now there was only 1 which was a lot smaller then before

We also found that my husbands sperm was of a better quality then before.

So again Kerry thank you so much for everything and thank you for checking up on us to see how we’re doing.💗 If you are going through IVF it is not too late to make positive changes for your cycle. I can assist you in clinic, but also remotely if you like too far from my clinic.

Pequeno-almoço de ontem... e de hoje! 😋

Fiz este bolo mármore de banana sem açúcar e comi ontem durante o dia todo e ainda sobrou para hoje. 🤗

Já publiquei a receita há algum tempo. Por isso cá vai outra vez:

Se dividir o bolo em 12 fatias, cada fatia tem 100kcal (aproximadamente o mesmo que meio pão com manteiga ou com meia fatia de queijo), 13g de hidratos de carbono e 3,6g de proteína.

INGREDIENTES:
•4 ovos
•150g farinha de arroz
•200g de banana Madura
•25g de coco ralado
•10g cacau crú em pó
•1 colher de sopa de fermento

CONFECÇÃO:
Misturar os ovos, a farinha, a banana e o coco na liquidificadora. Adicionar o fermento e mexer ligeiramente.
Dividir a massa em 2 partes. Numa das partes misturar bem o cacau.
Numa forma de silicone ou forrada com papel vegetal, colocar as duas massas ao mesmo tempo, de forma a fazer efeito mármore.

Roast Veggie Power Bowl 💪⁣⁣

If you haven’t realised already I love big bowls of veggies with homemade hummus and guac. This was last weeks dinner following a big roast veggie roast up! 🥦🥕🍆🍠 ⁣

Here are the basics of my power bowl 💪⁣⁣

⁣⁣
Ingredients: ⁣⁣
- all the roasted veggies you can think of (sweet potato, pumpkin, broccoli, kale, zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, Brussel sprouts etc)⁣⁣
- mix of grains (brown rice, quinoa, couscous etc)⁣⁣
- hummus (I make my own with chickpeas, hummus, lemon, olive oil, salt and water)⁣⁣
- avocado smash ⁣
- seeds and nuts (pumpkin, hemp sunflower seeds, slivered almonds)⁣⁣
- lemon juice and balsamic dressing ⁣⁣

Method:⁣⁣
- add roast veggies to a bed of grain⁣⁣
- top with hummus and avo, roasted nuts and seeds and drizzle with lemon and balsamic vinegar⁣⁣
- ENJOY 😍⁣⁣

Get in your rhythm.

This is one of the best training weeks I’ve had to date. This is probably due to the deload week prior. Every session has been 10/10 with intensity, connection and performance. _
_
This isn’t by chance. Everything I do is robotic; eating, sleeping, training etc. Sounds boring right? Well believe me, if you can get into a routine that gives you every opportunity to perform, and recover well, it’s going to be pretty damn hard NOT to progress.
_
With 2020 in sight I can’t waste any missed opportunities to move closer to my goal. I’m going to ride this rhythm for as long as possible.

🍌 kicking off my first foodie post with my go to breakfast I have almost every day🍌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Creamy banana porridge // ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▪️1/2 cup oats
▪️2 cups of water or milk of your choice (I personally prefer water) ▪️1 tbsp LSA ▪️1 tsp chia seeds
▪️1/4 banana cut small and tossed through ▪️ drizzle of honey ▪️top with your favourite fruits ▪️ I have also added coconut and crushed almonds

Some of my other favourite mix in’s are hemp seeds, cocoa and psyllium husk for an extra fibre boost ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Creamy banana porridge // ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▪️1/2 cup oats
▪️2 cups of water or milk of your choice (I personally prefer water) ▪️1 tbsp LSA ▪️1 tsp chia seeds
▪️1/4 banana cut small and tossed through ▪️ drizzle of honey ▪️top with your favourite fruits ▪️ I have also added coconut and crushed almonds

Some of my other favourite mix in’s are hemp seeds, cocoa and  psyllium husk for an extra fibre boost ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’m just starting to feel like myself again after taking a very long break from consistently working out. My energy was low, my self esteem was going downhill and I just felt like I wasn’t as productive as I could be. It’s so funny to me that adding 3 practices a week, 9 hours of extra driving time, and the commitment of being on an elite team has me feeling more organized than before. Luckily I also had @dropboxing_to to make me sweat, but I’m so happy to be back on a rigid workout schedule. World’s Becca will be back before she knows it! 🙊

👩🏻‍🍳 made a bowl of creamy spaghetti with ground beef + veggies! i love making pastas at home because i can throw in whatever veggies i have left in my fridge with a source of protein and bam, a meal is created 🙌🏼
i used @hearst_ranch_beef ground beef which is 100% grass-fed and is raised with no antibiotic
and added hormones. this company has two ranches, both in california! their cattle are raised on pasture, exist entirely on pasture and are removed when weather conditions put them at
risk. they truly focus on protecting their cattle and ranches!

pasta ingredients:
4 oz spaghetti noodles
2 tsp olive oil
8 oz @hearst_ranch_beef grass-feed ground beef
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 small zucchini, halved
salt and pepper, to taste
sauce:
2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

directions:
sauce: add oil to pot on medium heat. whisk in flour. add almond milk and lemon juice, then stir with a spoon until thick, ~3-4 minutes. add in garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. the sauce will thicken as it cools!
pasta:
1. cook spaghetti according to package instructions. when done, drain, toss in a drizzle of olive oil and leave to side.
2. in a large skillet, add avocado oil and cook @hearst_ranch_beef until no longer pink. add in veggies and cook for another 1-2 minutes. add salt and pepper to taste.
3. add spaghetti noodles and sauce. toss together, top with red pepper flakes and serve!

I love plantains so much. It took me awhile to use them but I like that they’re a little heartier than a regular banana 👌🏻 But you could use a banana here too. Made a little almond milk yogurt + maple syrup mixture to go on top 😍 But a little ice cream would be so tasty too 🍦 Taking a break from the pumpkin desserts for a day because it’s 90F here still 😂 Hope you guys had a good one! -

This journey is actually with a lot of ups and downs, criticism, mockery, emotional breakdowns, health issues.

The journey isnt easy specially if you have PCOD & eating disorder, thyroid, cravings. There has been a lot of Question & and answer people ask me like..
How you managed to do it?
How did you find the motivation?
What's the key to lose weight?

Here's a secret... Who doesn't want to stay fit and look good??? Everyone. We all have that desire. Then where we going wrong??? "I'l start eating healthy tomorrow"
"I wont eat rice for a week"
"Il be regular at gym from tomorrow"
"Il avoid all the outside food"
"Il start having fruits"
"Il get up early for walk" etc etc

SOUNDS SIMILAR??? This is the problem. How can you expect to change everything overnight? Change takes time. Habit takes time.

I understand hard work is required in everything you do no matter what is it, but I feel the first and foremost thing which is required is CONSISTENCY... If you're not consistent you can't even stay motivated. It's fine if you are taking single step everyday. Just keep going. EVERYDAY. One change at a time.

You can start with the easy things-
- Drink 1 glass of water everyday before meals
- Chew your food slowly
- Avoid fried things
- Start walking (start with 15min)
- Include 1 fruit in your day preferably banana (easy to carry, tasty & my favourite 😉)
- Be grateful for at least one good thing happened in your day

Again...ONE AT A TIME.

If you start with at least one little step you will feel motivated to do more. But for that also you need to START. Wishing you all the best for this journey. Know Im always with you❤️

The ingredients and method are very easy which makes this excellent for a #breakfast #snack or #dessert option.

Add all of your ingredients to the blender, bake while you're showering...you'll then be beckoned back into your kitchen by a heavenly aroma, and your family will think you're a professional Baker with superhuman capabilities!

makes 12 servings
⁣⠀
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
2 large #eggs
cinnamon, vanilla, nuts, optional
2 Tbsps melted ghee, butter, or oil
1/4 cup #chocolate chips
⁣⠀
Instructions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
⁣⠀
Place the oats and baking soda in a blender, and add in the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and pulse. Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour the mixture into your loaf pan.
⁣⠀
If you want to, sprinkle chocolate chips and set 1/2 of a sliced #banana on top of the #bread as shown to make it look pretty.

Bake for 35-45 minutes

Allow bread to cool on a rack, then slice and serve!

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breasts in small pieces
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
8 oz pasta uncooked, such as penne, shells, rigatoni, etc.
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups milk
2 cup broccoli cut into small florets
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded


Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and season them with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and starts to lightly brown.
Add the onions, garlic and cook for another 2 minutes until the onions softens.
Add the pasta, chicken broth, milk and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low, stir, cover the pot/skillet and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta cooks through.
Uncover the pot and stir in the broccoli. Continue cooking until all the liquid evaporates. Stir in cheese. Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper if needed. Serve while warm.

good earth kale cobb: kale, crispy brussels sprouts, avocado, tomato, watermelon radish, garbanzo beans, dried sweet corn & cashew poblano ranch!
cauliflower polenta w/ shrimp in the back which was a super comforting dish with lots of flavor 👌🏼
