👑GALETTE DES ROIS HEALTHY👑

Ingrédients : 1 Œuf🥚, 160g de purée d'amandes🌰, 1 pâte feuilletée, 160g de compote de pommes🍏, 200g de poudre d'amandes🌰, 1c.c d’extrait d'amande🌰 amère, 3c.s de miel🍯, 1 fève🧜‍♀️, 240 g Tofu soyeux. .
RECETTE :
.
1️⃣Etaler une pâte feuilletée sur une plaque de four (en gardant le papier cuisson en dessous).
.
2️⃣Dans un blender, mélanger tous les ingrédients : 240g de tofu soyeux, 160g de compote de pommes🍏, 160g de purée d'amandes🌰, 200g de poudre d'amandes🌰, 1 càc d'extrait d'amande 🌰amère et 3 càs de miel🍯.
.
3️⃣Après avoir obtenu une pâte homogène, placer la préparation sur la pâte feuilletée étalée et la répartir uniformément. Veiller à bien garder 2 à 3 cm de pâte libre afin de pouvoir ensuite souder les bords. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez placer une fève🧜‍♀️ ou une amande dans votre pâte.
.
4️⃣Ouvrir la deuxième pâte feuilletée, enlevez le papier cuisson et recouvrir la première pâte en veillant bien à ce que les bords soient en contact.
.
5️⃣Pincer les bords des deux pâtes ensemble afin de bien souder tous les extérieurs de la galette.
.
6️⃣A l'aide d'un couteau, tracez des lignes sur le dessus de la galette pour la décoration et badigeonner avec un jaune d'œuf🥚.
.
7️⃣Enfournez pour 45min⏱️ environ à 180°🌡️ (vérifier bien la coloration de votre pâte et sortir la galette du four lorsqu'elle est bien dorée).

8️⃣Laisser légèrement refroidir la galette et la déguster tiède !

Makes 1 serving (about 12 ounces)


Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons whey powder
- 1 cup green tea
- 1/2cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 4 tablespoons pomegranate juice (or 1⁄2 cup fresh seeds)
- 1/2 cup watermelon
- 1/2 small beet, cubed (or 2-3 ounces beet juice, or 1 tablespoon beet nutritional powder)
- 1-2 collard green leaves
- Water, for taste and texture
- Optional additions: kale, onion, cranberry, unsweetened cocoa powder, or grape seed powder (1 tablespoon)


Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Pulse blender a few times, then blend until desired consistency is reached.

The definition of macronutrient: a chemical element (potassium, magnesium, calcium) required in large amounts for adequate growth and development. Most American’s do not consume enough potassium, magnesium or calcium and society has them convinced all carbs are the devil even when biochemistry proves otherwise. The load -stability spectrum is designed to help coaches better select exercises based on needs of the athlete .

The spectrum is quite simple, as stability decreased the ability to load increases and visa versa. Based on the athlete you are working with and their goals you might want certain movements that challenge certain aspects of stability and you might want certain movements that solely focus on load. .

Moving up and down the spectrum is not a means of regressing or progressing. Some very advanced movements and loads can be done on the higher end of the stability spectrum. The same can be said that beginner exercises can be performed closer to the instability side. .

Using the spectrum helps you evaluate whether or not there is a better option for the task you are trying to accomplish? It helps coaches identify and select more effective exercises

Posting lunch once again 🤷
Freshly baked sourdough bread, jackfruit from @aldiuk seasoned with chili powder, eggs, ricotta, jalapenos and salsa. •
I have missed sourdough bread so much. Having it today felt so liberating! It was definitely a recovery win. •
It feels good to challenge the ED, I know it won't always be plain sailing but today it feels so good to just eat exactly what I want and listen to my hunger. I'm so done being hungry all the time. •
What's changed? I've realised that I've lost so much as this eating disorder has developed. My relationships have changed, my self worth has decreased, my hair isn't as thick and healthy, I struggle to find joy in the little things. •
There's so much we can gain by just finding the courage to let ourselves eat, it's scary - don't get me wrong! I'm scared about how this is going to change my body. But there's so much more to live for. I cannot wait to find joy in the little things again, to have plenty of energy and develop my relationships rather than always focusing on restriction. •

I hear talk of how “bad” someone feels they were and that they “blew it” with their diet and so need to eat salads all week as punishment. 😣 Sound familiar? This used to be me too!

But let me tell you something- enjoying yourself with family and friends over some “not your everyday” eats is OKAY! 🤗 I certainly ate plenty of snack foods and ice cream this weekend, but my MINDSET 🧠 for eating vegetables and packing a salad for lunch has shifted over the years from one of negative self-talk to intuitive self-care. 💆‍♀️
.
I didn’t fail any diets this weekend because I try to make space for all foods, over holidays and normal work weeks. 💁‍♀️ I’m not eating more veggies because they are “better” foods, but rather because I notice my body is more energized and alert when I dive into big bowls of them. 💃
.
The mindset behind our food choices is SO important and helps keep all foods on an even playing field. 🥬🧁⚖️ If you make room for all foods in your diet, then you’re never going to fall off a plan and feel as though you’ve failed. If you start to connect how foods make you physically feel, you can become empowered to choose foods like vegetables based on how you FEEL and not because you think you SHOULD. 🙋‍♀️

You know what, Christmas actually got me down in the dumps ngl. I felt so crap about myself. I put on so much weight and work was really quiet! It really started to effect my mental health. But this week has been one of the biggest turn arounds of my life. I’ve been back on it 100% work is going crazzzy atm and ngl I feel amazing I’ve lost 11lbs in 10days and picked up 8 clients in the past 2 weeks. Everyone goes through rough patches where you feel shit but dig deep and you will get yourself out with good people around you! _____________________________________________________

20 minute dinner 🍴 Made these easy, one skillet steak fajitas tonight! Made an at home chipotle bowl with mine 😌 Surprisingly really easy to make! I know nothing about steak or cooking it, Eli normally does that if we grill or something. But for this it is pretty much no fail. You cut a steak into strips, cook for a few minutes, add in veggies, and then let it all cook! You can remove the steak if you want it less done at any point. Make sure to add all your favorite toppings 🤗 -

#recipe 👉🏻 1 steak (I used a sirloin from @butcher_box)
1 pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp Chipotle spice (optional)
Lime
1) heat a skillet over medium heat
2) slice steak into strips and sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning of choice
3) once the pan is hot, add oil and steak.
4) cook for 2-3 minutes
5) cup up for veggies, add the veggies, sprinkle 1 tbsp taco seasoning + 1 tsp Chipotle powder, and move them around so they’re all mixed in
6) cook 8-10 minutes, until the veggies are soft. Squeeze a little lime on for taste.
Enjoy! Served with @sietefoods chips, mashed avo, and salsa. #eeeeeats #eatwell #healthydinner

I love including some kind of sauce or salsa on the side of my meals because it adds a layer of freshness that meal prep dishes sometimes desperately need. Keeping a fresh element in your meals that changes up temperatures and textures from the actual food can help make it seem fresher than it is. The pico de gallo here plays that role. The other awesome part about sides like this is that they add flavor for minimal calories. ⁣
The weight loss side here has a smaller portion of chicken and obviously lacks any rice. If you enjoy rice in your meals by all means leave it in. Weight loss and weight gain are functions of calorie balance. As long as you consistently stay on the correct side of calorie balance you will meet your goals. If the rice has to stay, cut back on something else in the meal or throughout your day. It’s not omitted because white rice makes you gain weight or because it’s bad, it’s not included on the weight loss side simply because it is an easy adjustment to make in order to meet your goals. Keeping your protein to roughly 1g/lb of lean body mass or your goal weight per day is generally a good idea when you are trying to lose weight. Higher protein intakes tend to be more favorable for weight loss. ⁣

⭐️CROQUETAS DE ESPINACA & QUINOA⭐️

.......... Necesitas: • 1 atado de espinaca • 1/2 taza de quinoa cocida • 1/2 morron rojo • 1 cebolla • 1/2 taza de salvado de avena • 1 huevo • ajo seco • sal y pimienta
Preparación: ✔Para cocinar@la espinaca podemos hacer 2 opciones: al vapor o salteada. Dejala que se enfríe y escurrir bien bien ✔ Para la cocción de la quinoa recorda lavarla muy bien antes de hervirla, son 7 enjuagues hasta que el agua salga transparente ✔ Picar el morron rojo, la cebolla y saltear con unas gotitas de aceite de oliva ✔ En un bowl mezclar la espinaca, la quinoa, la cebolla y el morron y el huevo ✔ Condimentar la preparación a gusto con lo que prefieras. Nosotros usamos ajo seco, sal, pimienta y algunas semillas
Para el rebozado:
✔ En un plato esparcir el salvado de avena ✔ Humedecete un poco los dedos para armar las croquetas más fácilmente, por último rebozar con el salvado de avena ✔ Acomodalas en una placa para horno, pero antes de cocinarlas llévalas un ratito a la heladera.
✔️Por último cocinar al horno por 30 minutos hasta que se doren

Zeytinyağlı karnabahar,yoğurt ve tuz ve limonla ovup beklettiğim kırmızı lahana salatası ile günü bitirdim...
Evdekilere ise kadınbudu köfte ve fırın patates yapmıştım..
Siz kadınbudu köfteden yicekmisiniz diyenler vardı Dm’den😅
Tabi ki yemiyecem..
Hatta kendimi tutamama ihtimaline karşı mutfağa bile girmiyorum😂
