Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
 Carom Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
 Salt - 1/2 Tsp

Onion - 1 No. Chopped
 Green Chili - 2 Nos

To Make Curd Dip 
Curd - 200 Ml 
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
 Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp

    Onions don't get much attention in the nutrition world, but they should. Just like ALL fruits and vegetables, they have unique properties that make them special. That's why I have a problem with the term "superfood". No one food is superior to another.  Onions are antioxidant powerhouses! That means they fight inflammation🥊They contain compounds that inhibit bacteria growth and decrease heart diseaese and certain cancers, such as stomach and colorectal. They may also help regulate blood sugar control due to the compound, quercetin. They are also a good source of prebiotics, improving digestive health. So, red, yellow or white doesn't matter, they are all beneficial!! .

    Wibbly, wobbly onion tart. (And a few mini tarts made with leftover pastry and mix.) Onions cooked gently for aeons with loads of butter and some thyme, then mixed with double cream, cheese and egg (lots of yolks). Indecently rich.

The 'spring sown' batch set to dry; the over winter seedlings emerge. Before you say it, I know, sets can be sown from September onwards, but I much prefer to start Onion from seeds, or rather my soil prefers seedlings.
Another, (and this is a big advantage) is that you get such a wide variety of onion to choose from when starting from seed and and a very very reasonable price for the amount of seeds per packet.
Sown 'sparsely' in pots and multi sown in module trays These pots and trays are left outdoors and will later, as the weather cools down for autumn, get moved into the coldframe or greenhouse, whichever is empty first. And stay there over the winter months, protected from the worst of the weather. 
Come springtime, prep the area  plant the pencil thick seedlings out early March or so, as the soil warm ups.

    Savory Mushroom & Spinach Parmesan Oats with a half boiled egg and avocado. I’ve recently started suffering from GERD and have to make some changes in my diet. One of the foods that are known to help with acid reflux are oats and since I’m not really a fan of sweet breakfasts I made my oats savory. To make these tasty oats combine bring one cup of vegetable broth and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Mix in a 1/2 cup of oats (I used @woodstockfoods Irish oats) and 1/2 cup sliced cremini mushrooms. Reduce heat to simmer and let cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed and mushrooms are tender. Stir in a couple handfuls of organic baby spinach, 2 tablespoons grated Romano Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Wait for the spinach to wilt then transfer to a bowl. Top with whatever you like. You can also sub the spinach for any other wilting green such as kale. So incredibly good and nourishing! It almost tastes like a mushroom risotto.
