الطريقه 😋😋😋 بالمضرب الكهربي هنضرب البيض وبعدين نضيف عليه القشطه والسكر ونضرب تاني وبعدين نضيف عليهم دقيق اللوز وجوز الهند وآخر حاجه نحط عين الجمل المجروش والقرفه ونقلب كويس جدا
هنغلف القالب بورق الذبده او ندهنه
تدخل فرن مسخن علي درجه ٢٠٠ لمده ربع ساعه بعد كده ننزل الحراره ل ١٨٠ لمده ساعه الا ربع او حسب فرنك
وتطلع نسيبها تبرد تماما ونفرد عليها التوبنج وبالهنا عليكم 😋😋😋😋 لذيذه جدا جدا جدا فوق ما كنت متخيله انها تطلع

Σοκολατάκι κανείς;;; Μια φίλη τα έφτιαξε πρόσφατα και μου έστειλε φωτό, οπότε σκέφτηκα να σας γράψω και εδώ τη συνταγή να την έχετε!!
Θυμίζουν πολύ τα γνωστά reese’s και μπορείτε να βάλετε οποιοδήποτε nut butter στη γέμιση! Το δικό μου αγαπημένο είναι το φουντουκοβούτυρο!
Υλικά:
1 φλιτζ. κακάο
1 φλιτζ. λάδι καρύδας λιωμένο
2/3 φλιτζ. μέλι
2/3 φλιτζ. Φουντουκοβούτυρο/ αμυγδαλοβουτυρο/ φυστικοβουτυρο
Εκτέλεση:
Λιώνουμε το λάδι καρύδας είτε σε μπεν μαρί, είτε στον φούρνο μικροκυμάτων.
Σε ένα μπολ ανακατεύουμε το λάδι καρύδας, το κακάο και προσθέτουμε το μέλι και την βανίλια, μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθεί το μείγμα.
Σε ένα ταψί για μάφιν τοποθετούμε χάρτινες θήκες μάφιν (ή σιλικόνης αν έχουμε).
Σε κάθε θήκη για μάφιν βάζουμε μία κουταλιά της σούπας από την σοκολάτα. Προσθέτουμε μία κουταλιά του γλυκού πάστα φουντουκιού και άλλη μία κουταλιά της σούπας σοκολάτα.
Το βάζουμε στο ψυγείο να κρυώσει.
Θα έχουμε 12 γεμιστά σοκολατάκια.

My daily ingrediets that keeps the flu away🌱🥥

Exept for reducing stress (less cardio) & taking zink& probiotics I have a few healthy hacks I do every day to boost my immunsystem & they WORKS! 🥥 If you don’t spend time & money to feel well- you have to spend them on beeing sick 💰 💁🏼‍♀️

🥥 Eat tons of coconut- contain vitamins, minerals & fiber (happy gut- happy you)+ it’s a good snack to kill sugar cravings (sugar not good for immunsystem🍭)
🍳 Eat 1-2 eggs (WITH YOLK)- contain vitamin D,E& omega 3- all important for the immunsystem 🍋 A green drink to start the day- with spirulina, maca, kale, ginger& lemon - easy way to add more greens! 👃 Flush my nose- 5dl warm water+ 1 ts salt, to get rid of bacterias from sneezing people before going to bed! 💦 Use #coldzyme - when I’m in crowds with people sneezing & coughing .

POR QUE EVITAR TRIGO?
Enquanto algumas pessoas armazenam a gordura no traseiro e nas coxas, a maioria acumula uma gordura deselegante em torno da cintura. Essa gordura “central” ou “visceral” tem características exclusivas.
Diferentemente da gordura acumulada em outras áreas do corpo, ela provoca processos inflamatórios, altera as respostas insulínicas e emite sinais metabólicos anormais para o resto do corpo.
No homem que tem “barriga de trigo” e não se dá conta disso, a gordura visceral também produz estrogênio, que provoca o desenvolvimento de “seios”. As consequências do consumo de trigo, porém, não se manifestam apenas na superfície do corpo. O trigo também pode atingir profundamente quase todos os órgãos do corpo, como os intestinos, o fígado, o coração, a glândula tireoide e até mesmo órgãos do sistema nervoso.

RECEPT
INGREDIENSER

Lager I
1 dl naturella cashewnötter
0,5 dl jordnötssmör
2 msk honung
En nypa havssalt

LAGER II
10 färska dadlar, urkärnade
1 msk kokosolja
0,5 tsk vaniljstång eller pulver
En nypa havssalt
1 dl jordnötter
TOPPING
100 g choklad, minst 70% kakaohalt

TILLAGNING
Mixa cashewnötterna fint och häll sedan i övriga ingredienser till Lager I och mixa till en smet.
Rulla ihop smeten och dela upp i 15-20 bitar.
Platta ut till rundlar ca 0.5 cm tjocka och lägg på ett bakplåtsklädd bricka.
Ställ in i frysen medan du förbereder lager II.

För lager II mixar du alla ingredienser till en fin smet och klickar över rundlarna från lager I. Placera ut jordnötterna enligt bild och ställ i frysen tills de stelnat ordentligt.

I was REALLY concerned ‘cauliflower hummus’ would taste SUPER STINKY and GROSS- but after looking up a few recipes of those who had tried before, I think the combination roasting the cauliflower, the nut base of the tahini, and the acid from the lemon juice mellowed this dip out!

Lighter on carbs and calories than traditional hummus, it wasn’t short taste or texture!

baked sooo many new recipes today including this : chocolate chip loaf 🤤🙌🏻🍫 such simple & healthy ingredients and tastes sooo good 💯 the texture is unreall!!! add to your weekend baking list for sure !!! recipe - 2 flax eggs, 1/4c maple syrup, 1/4c coconut sugar, 1/3c applesauce, 1/2c nut butter (i used almond), 1/3c milk of choice, 2tsp baking powder, 2/3c all purpose flour, 1/3-1/2c chocolate chips. mix everything and pour into baking dish. bake 350 for 27-30 mins💗 •

RECIPE! Cookie Dough Cake Pops 🍪 Vegan | Paleo | Gluten-Free | Peanut Free

This vegan cookie dough hits your palate with maple syrup at first bite...with some chocolate chunks flecked in between for good measure. They’re so addictive, you just can’t have one of these dark chocolate-covered cake pops!

INGREDIENTS▪️▫️
Cake Ingredients:
½ cup creamy nut butter we like cashew butter but any would work here!
3 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut flour plus 2 tablespoons extra
2 tablespoons finely chopped dark chocolate
Extra ingredients:
½ cup Cashew Milk Chocolate melted
Cake pop sticks
2 tablespoons Cashew Milk Chocolate chopped

INSTRUCTIONS▪️▫️
For the Cake:
1️⃣ In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cashew butter and maple syrup. You will see this thicken up a bit.
2️⃣ Add salt, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix again thoroughly, then add chopped chocolate.
3️⃣ Roll into small meatball shapes and place on a tray.
Once all of the pops have been rolled, place the tray in the freezer to set up for 15 minutes.

Assemble:
1️⃣ Remove the tray from the fridge. Dip a pop stick into the chocolate about a 1/4″ and then place it back into the cookie dough ball halfway.
2️⃣ Once all of the cookie dough balls have been sticked place into the freezer for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Once five minutes has passed, take the whole pop and dip it into the cashew milk chocolate.
4️⃣ Shake off the excess and top with some finely chopped up chocolate.
5️⃣ Let them dry and enjoy.

We’re not monkeying around when we say this yeasty, sticky, cinnamon bread you can pull apart and share with your besties is paleo-friendly and gluten-free!

INGREDIENTS ▪️▫️
For the Bread:
¾ cup cassava also some extra for dusting
2 teaspoons xanthan gum you may also use arrowroot but you might have to add more flour
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

For the Syrup:
½ stick unsalted vegan butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon cinnamon optional

INSTRUCTIONS▪️▫️
For the Bread:
1️⃣ Whisk together the cassava flour, xanthan gum, coconut sugar and baking powder.
2️⃣ Add the melted coconut oil to 2 of the eggs.
3️⃣ Add the remaining egg plus oil mixture to the flour mixture and stir for approximately 1 minute or until the dough comes together.
4️⃣ Begin to shape dough into 1”-1 ½” sized rounds. Set aside.

For the Syrup:
1️⃣ Melt the unsalted vegan butter then add the maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir until combined and use immediately.

Assembly:
1️⃣ Dip each of the dough rounds into the syrup mixture before placing into a coconut oil greased 4”-6” loaf pan. After all rounds are in the pan drizzle the remaining syrup mixture over the entire pan.
2️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. Immediately after removing from the oven you can flip pan onto a plate to allow syrup to flow down the sides. Enjoy!

I heard that big sports game thing is coming up! If you need a healthy (and Whole30) app that is insanely delicious, these simple salt and pepper wings are it and need to be put on your list!
One of my favorite wing recipes on my site, and that’s saying something because I have a ton 💁🏻‍♀️ there’s only a few easy ingredients, they’re perfectly crispy, and no one even has to know they’re actually good for them 😂
Just search wings on the blog!
