To my people dem who want to just tone and not lose weight/only lose a little, to get results it needs to come from the fat instead of the muscle. 
Endless cardio will create a calorie deficit but you’re stripping muscle not body fat. For body fat results you want to retain and build muscle. To do that you need a small bit of cardio but you need to grab up some weights. 
80% is achieved in the kitchen. Create a small calorie deficit and hit your daily protein target in line with your goals. Weight gainers we have something slightly different for you. We don’t eat less we eat nutrient dense. .

    I have considered time and time again about posting these photos. But today I looked in the mirror and didn’t hate my skin for the first time in over a decade 🙌🏻 I have PCOS. Which means I have a whole heap of annoying symptoms I put up with but the one I’ve always hated the most has been the cystic acne. A few months ago I decided I was going to invest time and money into my skin. Best decision I’ve ever made 😇 although my skin will never be perfect, it now feels manageable!  Enjoy my make up free and kinda acne free before and afters! #pcos

    I have considered time and time again about posting these photos. But today I looked in the mirror and didn’t hate my skin for the first time in over a decade 🙌🏻 I have PCOS. 3. Gonore
Gonore, penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Neisseria gonorrhea, merupakan infeksi yang ditularkan melalui hubungan seksual. Pada wanita, gonore menyebabkan peradangan pada mulut rahim (serviks), disebut dengan keputihan. .

    Got my #pcos diet plan in play now! Hospital gave me some basic info but I sought extra help from an expert. For those who dont know, pcos makes your body insulin resistant, meaning you store fat constantly. GPs were convinced it was my liver or kidneys doing it, it wasnt. I had tests and my testosterone and oestrogen levels are way too high, I've had a phantom pregnancy, my periods stopped and when they did come they were sporadic, excruciating etc. My hair falls out in clumps. I am still under investigation with specialists following other issues with my womb. I'm getting my results in a couple of weeks so I'll get a treatment plan and know what's going on. Its good to be getting somewhere and someone telling you you're not crazy. I gained 3 stone in less than 6 months. Its ruined my life. I'm glad that I'm gonna get regulated and back to normal!! Dont assume that people are just lazy, fat, and not trying hard enough. When you're pissing in the wind its soul destroying! 月曜に卵胞チェックでクリニックに行ってきました。
D18で13mm、内膜は7mm。
「この感じだとあと5日〜1週間はかかるかな?土曜〜月曜あたりに排卵するかもしれないからとれたら金土位にタイミングとってみてね👨‍⚕️」とのこと。
ちなみに2回前の周期はD24で排卵、1回前の周期はD20で排卵でした。

今周期はとりあえず自然に様子を見て、今後薬を飲むか
注射を打つかなど検討していきましょう!とのことでした。
「何でこんな育たないんですか?」って心配そうに聞く私に
「大丈夫大丈夫。ちゃんと妊娠出来るからね。」って言ってくれるのがありがたい。お医者さんの「大丈夫」ほど安心出来るものはありません☺️☺️その言葉を信じて検索魔になるのはやめました☺️検索して期待するのも不安になるのも時間の無駄でしかない。直面した結果に向き合うのみ!!!

気持ちがズドーンとなってる時に、無駄に明るくて笑わせてくる旦那が神様のように見えました..🥺🍖旦那が出来ないとき、私は責め立ててしまったのに、旦那は私が出来にくい身体と知ってもあたたかい言葉で包んでくれる。
こういう時に、あぁ〜まだまだ私は未熟で日々旦那のおおきな愛情に包まれてるなぁ、、と強く感じて、反省&感謝の気持ちでいっぱいになります🙇‍♂️すぐこの気持ち忘れて暴走機関車になっちゃうんですけどw 忘れずにいたいなぁ〜すぐ忘れるんだろうな〜w

    Saw a post that inspired me and made me not beat myself up about a bad day. 
Who knows i may or may not do the same to 1 person but today im feeling blahhh in myself. 
Being really hard on myself, 
Feeling seriously hormonal,
Feeling bloated & watery, 
No motivation and just a shitty day... .
BUT .
THATS OK, i am very lucky that i Rarely have these days but yes they are shit. I am tuned in with my mind and body and i know my hormones are a bit all over the place this week. . Any1 relate !??? .
What im going to do is ride the wave of today, i know tomorrow will be better, get accupuncture in a week or 2 and reset myself and will be flying it again...i often think not to post things like this as looks like a moan to people but i know when people read  relatable stuff it can help 🤗. #gooddays #baddays #hormones #pcos #pcoshonesty #checkinwithyourself #positivevibes #keepitup #cardio #bekindtoyourself #selflove #happiness #itsoktohaveabadday

    HOW TO USE PATCHOULI OIL⁣

It's funny because even before I knew what the bogos were today I planned on talking about Patchouli. Because it is such a fascinating oil that I’ve been researching and experimenting with for weeks now. ⁣
⁣
Patchouli has become one of my top 5 oils that I'm using daily. And the smell is actually incredible. It's herby and woody and sweet - everything I love. And not only that it's the oil of physicality. It balances those that feel deprived of strength and grounds you. And it’s so versatile. ⁣
⁣
My most favourite ways to use patchouli oil are:⁣
1. Face - I love adding it to my face serum. Not only does it blend well with other oils it creates a smooth and glowing complexion. In fact, it can regenerate, disinfect, moisten, and cool tissues! ⁣
2. Deodorant - my hardest swap has been deodorant. Until I put patchouli in it and now I’m so happy. Its also great as a perfume. Use it as your base and add other oils you love to it. ⁣
3. Feet - I rub it into my heels with fractioned coconut oil or almond oil for soft feet and no cracks. ⁣
4. Anxious feelings - I love diffusing when I have an anxious or overwhelming feeling. This brings me back to myself. And stops the butterflies in my tummy. ⁣
5. Sleep - I have been putting a drop in my hands and rubbing on my pillow before bed. It’s been so relaxing and comforting when my head hits the pillow. It’s such a great calming oil and also great with kids. Its sedative properties will help you get a better night’s sleep and chase away all of those negative feelings you experience when you’re tired. ⁣

Seriously if you don’t have Epsom salts baths to help manage you pain you are crazy! Has so many benefits, from muscle cramping to relaxation.

    "Just relax and it will happen"

Ok, I relaxed. It still didn't happen. What do you suggest now? This is literally one of the absolute least favourite words of (unsolicited) advice. Oh, relax? That's all I have to do? Why didn't I think of that during the last 5 years of heartache.

The truth is relaxing may actually work for some people... But for many of us in the infertile community, that statement only makes us irritated. We have way more problems than "relaxing" can fix. It doesn't matter how many massages, how many vacations or how many days we take off from work, relaxing will never help us. Our bodies need some expensive assistance to create a baby. And relaxing isn't our treatment plan.

The phrase "Just relax" has a 0% pregnancy success rate, yet a 100% rate of annoying someone... So next time before you handover a piece of advice to people suffering from infertility, remember infertility is a disease or condition of the reproductive system. While relaxing may help with overall quality of life, the stress and deep emotions they feel are the result of infertility, not the cause of it. 
They might not share their worries, problems and concerns because talking about it still a taboo in our society... People are hesitant to talk about their journey in the fear of being judged, blamed and being the topic of the town... Also they fear of the constant questioning of what's next? yes of course I agree most of them ask in good concern but when they themselves are trying to figure out their next step, it gets difficult to explain others. Instead praise them for the strength they show and tell them that you'll do great when you become a parent!!! Spread love. Spread hope. Spread happiness ♥️

It has taught me to trust in God’s provision and plan, and to have patience in the waiting. But the path of infertility is hard. It is isolating and so terribly devastating. ✨

    Adrenal issues! 🚨 Tired all day. Then your head hits the pillow and your feel "wired and tired." That is, your mind is going a million miles an hour, but your body is like, "yo, we are done for the day!" This is a cortisol imbalance and means those adrenals and your brain aren't in sync.

Cortisol is an adrenal hormone and while it gets blamed for belly fat (truth), it is also important for inflammation control.

If you’ve been following my journey for a while, you might recall the conversation I overheard in the work kitchen early last year where Susan* and Carol* openly discussed how unnatural IVF is and that people like me should just accept the hand they’re dealt....⁣

I remember feeling all kinds of feels as the countdown was already on for my very first round of IVF. ⁣

Then when I was recently scrolling through the ‘gram, I came across this comment (swipe 👉🏻). It made me sad, not for myself but for my sisters fighting for their dream of having a family, who may have read this comment and felt how I felt last year overhearing Susan and Carol. ⁣

1001 emotions come with the infertility and IVF territory but shame or guilt should never be one of them. One day when we feel she’s ready, we’ll proudly tell our daughter what we went through to bring her into our lives 🥰
