1.Dari titik yg masih bentuk gumpalan darah,baru 3w dr hpht, kita udh ga sabar bgt pengen USG 🤣 yah mo jadi ortu baru critanya yakan

2. Dua minggu stelah usg pertama, baru kliatan kantong kehamilannya aja (masih dalam edisi ngebet banget wqwq maklum lagi ) yah seenggaknya emng positif hamil, yg bkin was2 adalah, tiap ada kantong hamil, belum tentu ada janinnya, ya msh ttep pulang dg keraguan
3. Dan w diem2 usg di uk 10w😂 penasaran bgt, ada dedenya gak ya, daaaan alhamdulillah ada jedug2nya.. uu pen nangiss

4. Dua mnggu kemudian ketemu dd lagi dong yg udh lincah bgt gerak2nya dlm perut, bapaknya senyum2 dewek🤣

5. Dua minggu lagi ke dokter yg brbeda😂 usg lagi, dia dadah2 dong, kan ngeselin.. bkin pgn usg mulu dah

6.wkwk yajelas dua minggunya lagi d usg (17w) udah dkasih liat bentukan kelaminnya, w tebak aja bilang ama dokter klo itu cowok, lho katanya tau dr mana, w jwab aja ada biji sama monasnya🤣🤣 7. Yg ini cm dkasih gambar paha dia doang, dpt dokter pengganti dokternya cewe , nyebelin juga, ah hri itu kya kurang puas liatin anak

8.akhirnya usg lg d tempat keduaa, daaan kita di punggungin dong. (smpe skrg suka bobo miring lucu)

9. 26week udh 975 gr, w berharap ni anak jgn gede2 dlm perut biar ngedennya ga berat2 amat yakan

10. 31w tbj 1911 gram, udh masuk panggul dikit, makin semangat, alhmdulillah belum begah2 amat, semangat power walking biar makin turun kepalanya, semangat duduk d gymbal,
Tp w bukan tipe bumil yg suka jalan2 pagi, mon maap di tempat kerja aja udh capek🤣 naik turun tangga aja lebih ekstrim, yg penting yakin, aku pasti bisa bersalin dengan nyaman, entah hasil akhirnya.. yg penting usaha yakan

Maap panjang, sekalian nyimpen memori🤣
Aku emang usg di 2 tempat, second opinion itu perlu, barangkali aku gabisa bersalin disana, setidaknya dokter keduaku tau riwayatku, kedua dokter ini asik bet buat konsul.

I remember when I got diagnosed with PCOS, I filled my pantry with ALL the teas, adaptogens and supplements I could find.

I felt like every blog, book and doctor visit, gave me a new “solution” that promised results. ⁣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
After a year of not getting my period back - I felt like a TOTAL failure. I felt broken. I was taking ALL the supplements, exercising, losing weight - all I was “told” to do, yet I wasn’t getting better. ⁣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
I wish that at the time someone explained to me that PCOS is often something we CANNOT control and sometimes letting go of trying to control is the BEST thing we can do. Trying to constantly “control” our PCOS can push us toward an unhealthy mindset, making us miserable. ⁣

If you feel like you’re trying so hard but still can’t manage your PCOS, I want you to know that you aren’t broken girl!!! You aren’t doing anything WRONG. Just take a step back and give yourself the compassion you deserve ❤️ Try ONE thing at a time. Don’t let others opinions get to you. PCOS is a lifelong journey, the best way to approach it is with patience and unconditional self love. ⁣

• SEPTEMBER - PCOS AWARENESS MONTH •
Soo most people will know I had to have fertility treatment to conceive Nancy but many may not know that’s down to having PCOS.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is an endocrine disorder in the brain not the ovaries unlike popular belief. This means it has a wide range of symptoms and every woman can ve different.
PCOS is the main cause of infertility in women and that was the main way I was affected - I worked hard and followed a pcos friendly diet and lost some weight and started my Clomid treatment and I was very lucky to catch pregnant the first month!!! I couldn’t believe how lucky I was. •
Pcos symptoms include weight gain more quickly, harder to lose weight, thinning head hair, facial hair, irregular menstrual cycles, depression and much more. •
1 in 10 women are currently diagnosed with PCOS but it is believed if affects 1 in 5 these numbers are so different due to the lack of research behind pcos and how hard it is to get a diagnosis took me over 7 years of going back and fourth to eventually get a diagnosis!!

Soo most people will know I had to have fertility treatment to conceive Nancy but many may not know that’s down to having PCOS.
•
Polycystic ovarian syndrome is an endocrine disorder in the brain not the ovaries unlike popular belief. This means it has a wide range of symptoms and every woman can ve different.
PCOS is the main cause of infertility in women and that was the main way I was affected - I worked hard and followed a pcos friendly diet and lost some weight and started my Clomid treatment and I was very lucky to catch pregnant the first month!!! I couldn’t believe how lucky I was. •
Pcos symptoms include weight gain more quickly, harder to lose weight, thinning head hair, facial hair, irregular menstrual cycles, depression and much more. • 
1 in 10 women are currently diagnosed with PCOS but it is believed if affects 1 in 5 these numbers are so different due to the lack of research behind pcos and how hard it is to get a diagnosis took me over 7 years of going back and fourth to eventually get a diagnosis!!

Setup Nanas Pepaya

Bahan :
1 buah nanas madu, potong
1/4 buah pepaya, potong
2 sdm chia seed
1 batang kayu manis
6 buah cengkeh
500 ml air
Gula/madu secukupnya
1 sdt rum (optional)

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air, masukkan kayu manis, cengkeh, gula/madu secukupnya
2. Setelah wangi, masukkan buah nanas. Masak hingga nanas agak empuk, matikan api.
3. Masukkan rum (optional) dan chia seed

We are always our worst critic, especially when it comes to PCOS. We compare ourselves to other women and think "why can't my face be as clear as hers?", "why can't I lose weight and look like her?", "What's wrong with me? Why can't I have children?". All these negative thoughts are only harming us even more. Our brain is programmed in a way that it believes what you tell it to believe. Although it's hard for us, we need to work on changing our mindset. We need to work on accepting what is and working towards what could be. It's not always easy to look in that mirror and find something that you like about yourself when you're living with a disorder that affects you physically, mentally and emotionally, but it is possible. So, today, I encourage you to look in that mirror and focus on that one good thing that you like about yourself and repeat that again tomorrow, and then the next day and see how much better you will feel at the end of the week. Take it one day at a time, one step at a time. Paklea itu susah disuruh makan sayur, tapi kalo sayurnya diselipin kayak di tahu isi, bakwan sayur mau makan 😂 Kalo lihat tumisan yang isinya sayur doang dimakan sesendok aja, kadang pun ga disentuh 😅

Tahu Kukus Isi Sayur

Bahan :
3 buah tahu putih/tahu kuning
1 buah wortel, potong dadu kecil
10 buncis, potong kecil
Kaldu jamur dan merica secukupnya
1 buah telur, kocok lepas

Cara membuat :
1. Hancurkan tahu, masukkan wortel, buncis, bumbui dengan kaldu jamur dan merica.
2. Tambahkan kocokan telur, aduk rata
3. Tuang adonan tahu di loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak dan dialasi kertas roti, kukus hingga matang
4. Tahu bisa langsung disajikan atau dipanggang lagi untuk tekstur yang lebih garing

Inositol supplements may improve PCOS symptoms, particularly when combined with folic acid.

For instance, clinical studies suggest that daily doses of inositol and folic acid may help reduce levels of triglycerides in the blood. They may also improve insulin function and slightly lower blood pressure in those with PCOS.

What’s more, preliminary research found that the combination of inositol and folic acid may promote ovulation in women with fertility issues from PCOS.

In one study, 4 grams of inositol and 400 mcg of folic acid taken daily for 3 months induced ovulation in 62% of treated women.

A 2016 review of 12 of these randomized, controlled trials found that this supplement “is capable of restoring spontaneous ovulation and improving fertility in women with PCOS,” both when using myo-inositol on its own (the most common method) or in combination with D-chiro-inositol.

Study authors pointed out that no relevant side effects occurred, even when the two forms were combined.

On its own, D-chiro-inositol increases insulin activity in polycystic ovarian syndrome patients, which also may be one way this compound improves ovulation. This form is also associated with decreases in cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure and may be the form of this supplement most capable of reducing hyperandrogenism.

Typically, the dosage of myo-inositol for PCOS ranges from 1,500 milligrams per day to 4,000 milligrams per day.

P.S.: Inositol when combined with follic acid, is much better and safe than metfomin for insulin-regulation and ovulation.

Inositol supplements may improve PCOS symptoms, particularly when combined with folic acid.

For instance, clinical studies suggest that daily doses of inositol and folic acid may help reduce levels of triglycerides in the blood. They may also improve insulin function and slightly lower blood pressure in those with PCOS.

What’s more, preliminary research found that the combination of inositol and folic acid may promote ovulation in women with fertility issues from PCOS.

In one study, 4 grams of inositol and 400 mcg of folic acid taken daily for 3 months induced ovulation in 62% of treated women.

A 2016 review of 12 of these randomized, controlled trials found that this supplement “is capable of restoring spontaneous ovulation and improving fertility in women with PCOS,” both when using myo-inositol on its own (the most common method) or in combination with D-chiro-inositol.

Study authors pointed out that no relevant side effects occurred, even when the two forms were combined.

On its own, D-chiro-inositol increases insulin activity in polycystic ovarian syndrome patients, which also may be one way this compound improves ovulation. This form is also associated with decreases in cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure and may be the form of this supplement most capable of reducing hyperandrogenism.

Typically, the dosage of myo-inositol for PCOS ranges from 1,500 milligrams per day to 4,000 milligrams per day.

P.S.: Inositol when combined with follic acid, is much better and safe than metfomin for insulin-regulation and ovulation.

What was once a very uncommon disorder, affecting only a handful of women, is mainstream now. I’m struck by how many of my clients, friends and acquaintances suffer from PCOS. And even more astounded by the severe mental health impact it has on them.
September is PCOS Awareness Month. In the coming days, I’ll look at the lifestyle and societal factors compounding this disease, prevention and holistic ways to cure it.

On the left I was almost 3 months into keto and 18 lbs. down. And as I type this caption, we are 18 days out from our wedding!

I know what it feels like to be stuck, miserable, and struggling. PCOS turned my life upside down. But I mean it when I say that every passing moment is a chance to turn it all around. And I am so glad I took that chance! Find what works for you - YOU deserve to feel better!

Who here uses fresh herbs on a regular basis? 🌿

Did you know that herbs & spices are super-potent little packages of not only flavor but also anti-inflammatory compounds? That makes them an easy way to add a boost to any meal for PCOS!
*
Toss basil or thyme into a packaged tomato sauce or on a tomato salad or into eggs. Sprinkle parsley on meats & fish. Add cilantro to tacos or guacamole. Drink spearmint as a tea or add a few leaves to a smoothie. Cinnamon & cloves can be added to coffee or baked goods or energy balls. Turmeric is great in a stew or in eggs. Rosemary & potatoes pair perfectly in the oven. And ginger is great in tea, smoothies, and desserts.

I try to always add at least 1 fresh herb to my weekly shopping list and keep a big selection of powdered herbs & spices on hand! I can't wait to someday be able to grow fresh herbs in my yard. (If I try to grow them inside, my 🐱 🐱 🐱 🐱 eat them!)

Is it me, or does it seem like EVERY WOMAN YOU KNOW is under stress at all times these days?

Believe me... I feel it!
*
Some sources of stress are common to all women... work stress, family stress, not enough time to exercise, meal prep, or get a good night's sleep.
*
But those stresses are compounded when you have PCOS. There's the added stress of symptoms that make you feel like 💩 and affect your appearance. There may be genetic factors & nutrient deficiencies at play. And infertility (and infertility treatments!) are one of the biggest sources of stress in women's with PCOS's lives. Not to mention long-term risks of PCOS, such as diabetes, heart disease, and uterine cancers.

I ask my clients to rank their sources of stress, and their health concerns come up at the top for nearly all of them.
*
This image looks like a PCOS stress hot mess express if you ask me... I kept wanting to add things to it. But it's true! Women with PCOS are facing unique stresses on top of all the normal stresses.
*
Personally, I try to combat stress by doing my best to get 8 hours of sleep, feeding myself 3 meals a day, taking brain breaks & deep breathing, getting in a walk outside when I can, and vegging with Mr. 🥑 to mindless TV at night. And, oh, singing loudly in my car when I'm driving... but I don't drive much these days, with my office being 2 miles from my house.
