A protein filled breakfast Can make a huge difference in your energy throughout the day 🍳
HERE IT IS!
Calories 162, Total fat 12g, Saturated Fat 2g, Cholesterol 211mg, Sodium 513mg, Carbohydrate 7g, Fiber 7g, Protein 8g
👌Ingredientes👌
3 large pasture raised eggs
.5 tablespoons avocado oil
1 organic scallion , finely chopped (reserve some chopped greens for garnish)
1 medium tomate cut into 6 wedges
1/8 teaspoon stevia
Accompaniment: toast
Beat eggs with 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth but not frothy.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add eggs and cook, undisturbed, just until a thin film of cooked egg forms on bottom of skillet but most of eggs are still runny, 5 to 10 seconds. Immediately scrape eggs into a bowl. Wipe out skillet.
Heat remaining tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add scallions and stir-fry until just softened, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring and turning occasionally, until juices are released and tomatoes are slightly wilted but still intact, 4 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt over tomatoes and stir to combine. Return eggs to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are just cooked through. Serve sprinkled with reserved scallion greens.

La science de la nutrition est différente par rapport à la science de l’alimentation , ce premier n’est qu’une partie de ce second,
à ce propos, je veux vous parler de différents types de viande :
- la viande rouge et la viande de poulet ,la plupart des gens pensent que la viande de poulet est plus saine que la viande rouge est cette idée n’est pas correcte du tout ,car ils ont la même composition au niveau des cellules delta et alpha , et ils sont les deux riches en cholestérol LDL et en gras saturé, sans oublier la modification génétique donc c’est déconseillé => à consommer une fois par semaine dans ce cas on peut changer par du poulet (beldi bio) mais pas beaucoup,
- le poisson et les légumineuses Pour compenser nos apports en protéines.

Officially completed one month of PT school! 👏🏻👏🏻🎉🎊 (I know it seems weird to be celebrating such a short time but trust me any amount of time surviving this is worth celebrating 😂). This past month has been quite the experience to say the least. From very long study days to 4 exam hours to feeling so nervous for Practicals, it’s honestly been very overwhelming. But as stressful as it has been the past 4 weeks I’ve also been able to meet such awesome and inspiring people. I’ve been able to spend every day learning about things that actually interest me! (Sorry but physics and General chem in undergrad was never my cup of tea). #1: That I am a serious person and not approachable. Not at all! I am a clown (hence the look on my face in exhibit A☝🏾lol), super sweet (can be a sour patch kid, working on that), passionate (some may refer to this as highly/hypersensitive...hmmph! Working on that too!).💆🏾‍♀️ Misconception

#2: That I am always positive 100% of the time. Please! I wish! I struggle with this. It’s actually a large part of my work! Working on the girl, the little girl I once was, who still hurts just like that same little girl! 💁🏾‍♀️Healing is a process, sometimes best done alone. Work, forgive and remember to be gentle with you along the way. Misconception

#3: That I don’t struggle with any area of health and fitness. 🙅🏽‍♀️ Wrong again! While I continue to excel in the area of fitness I have consistently struggled when it comes to my nutrition. 🎯 Alongamentos que podem SALVAR a sua cervical

Passamos muitas horas mexendo no celular e por consequência, uma posição nada anatômica para a sua cervical (mais conhecido como pescoço rs)
.
Esse incômodo também é comum pra quem trabalha em escritório, dirige, ou qualquer outra atividade que exija muito tempo em uma mesma posição.
Às vezes até dormir em uma posição diferente pode causar dores.
.
Trago uma sequência muito SIMPLES que você pode fazer em QUALQUER LUGAR.
.
✅ Inclinar a cabeça em direção ao ombro ✅ Girar passando por todas as posições, na maior amplitude possível
👉🏼 Faça cada exercício por pelo menos 15 seg para cada lado
👉🏼 Repita isso sempre que sentir um incômodo nessa região, vai aliviar bastante...

Focusing hard- remaining positive - believing in the journey -
... sometimes it feels like 3 steps back and only one forwards, but as long as you keep moving forwards after a tough period then that’s what matters .
This year has had its fair share of unhappy, negative times, but I believe that success comes with hard work , and I’m determined to come back stronger than ever 💪🏼.
I will have an update for all of my PT and Bootcamp clients on Monday after I’ve seen my surgeon. I’m hoping to be back with you within the next few weeks 🤞🏼🥳 Sometimes it felt like I’m juggling too many things, and putting unnecessary pressure on myself , worrying about things I can’t control but I’ve never lost track or focus on that end goal. I know where I want to get too , and I know where I’m going to be. Nothing is going to stop me!

I needed to get a workout in today after fighting jet lag and some bad nights of sleeping.
.
Sooooo Koroush and Jack got to workout with today.
.
These guys have been working hard so I wanted to help them step up to another level.
.
An important note is that they earned the right to push it and try these tougher techniques by not only working hard but also working just as hard to try and perfect their form.
.
Once form is good it's good to see these guys push it and fight through some pain!
.
On our last set of chest supported rows they hit a drop set of 10 reps on the rows followed by as many reps as possible on the rows!
.
Notice I am telling them to stay flat and keep the best posture they can while pushing through the reps.
.
This is great for muscle building and mental toughness!
.
DO NOT try this until you are good with your technique. .
If you are a beginner working on perfecting form with moderate to heavy weight is more than enough.
.
We did the same with DB bench into push ups for AMAP!
.
Give that a try to spice up your training a little bit next time
.

Ever have a fun event that you want to feel your best for? I do!! Tonight, but really every date night, am I right? .

If you want your little (or big) muscle bellies to pop at your shindig, the key is to pump them up! *arnold voice* .
.
Try these three circuits for a fast full body pump:
.
.
15 single leg bridges (elevate your foot for extra booty emphasis)
15 abductor (use a machine, cable OR band, just make sure to SQUEEZE)
15 cable kick backs
3 times through with little to no rest between exercises .
.
15 sumo squat pulses
15 chest supported high rows
15 underhand dumbbell front raise
3 times through with little to no rest between exercises .
.
15 frog thrusters
15 dumbbell rear delt flye (I like to turn my thumbs to the ceiling)
15 dumbbell lateral raise pulses
3 times through with little to no rest between exercises

➡️People often associate biceps with creating big arms, yet triceps make up 2/3 of your arm! So if your really looking to get that large arm look then really try to develop the triceps, particularly the long head!🙌🏽
➡️Train the frequently, I train them twice per week (Bi’s x 2, Tri’s x 2) after my two Push and Pull sessions! This is what’s been most optimal in terms of training and frequency for growing my arms!✅
➡️Focus on form and contraction rather than using a heavier weight. Really try to focus on engaging and squeezing the muscle in order to get as much blood in the muscle as possible to create that pump!🔥 Tags Ignore:

Houve um tempo em que eu não estava satisfeito com minha imagem corporal. Por um momento, pensei que eu pudesse estar me deixando influenciar pelo que a mídia impõe, mas ao refletir, percebi que eu estava buscando motivos que justificassem minha situação, em terceiros. Encontrei o problema em mim mesmo. Eu estava sendo hipócrita e autosabotador, pois eu dizia coisas sobre emagrecimento e hipertrofia, sendo que não fazia metade delas.
Ainda estou num processo de mudança de hábitos, mas já vi resultados após um curto tempo (6 kg a menos).
