For all exercises, keep abs drawn in, shoulders pulled back and down, neck long and lifting leg strong, straight and engaged. .

For #3 - balance is the challenge. Make sure you achieve it before you attempt to lift your leg. I was shaking a lot!

As aulas de Pilates na Terceira Idade e para grupos especiais tem, como objetivo, modelar o corpo e ganhar massa magra a longo prazo. De forma gradual e sem lesão muscular significante, mantendo uma vida saudável no processo de envelhecimento.
É importante salientar que os exercícios realizados durante as aulas de Pilates na Terceira Idade devem ser feitos de forma adaptada, para que sejam executados de forma correta e sem a intenção de provocar lesões.
Pelo contrário, visamos o bem estar e a melhora da qualidade de vida. Visto que, segundo o IBGE, a estimativa de vida hoje é de 75 anos. Eles querem estar ativos, para não precisar de auxilio nos pequenos afazeres do dia-a-dia.

I O U this workout! It's been a long week, but Friday is here 🌟 I squeezed in this mini ball series for you - the half bicycles were a major brain teaser for me! One side was definitely harder than the other 🤔

1️⃣ Bridge with ball roll.
2️⃣ Mini hundreds.
3️⃣ Switch sides for bridge.
4️⃣ Single leg circles - both directions.
5️⃣ Switch sides for leg circles.
6️⃣ Half bicycle and reverse.
7️⃣ Side to side crunch with clams.
8️⃣ Switch sides half bicycle/reverse.
9️⃣ Seated circle ball under and behind with knee lifts or teaser legs.

I am using a #smallball from @trideertrideer 🔵 Try 8-10 of each exercise, two sets. Should take 15-20 minutes.

I am using a 65m ball but I would assume the 55m ball would work better for shorter people for this move. I definitely felt the burn after about 5 of these!🔥

If you're taking it easy for Labor Day then this stability ball warm up series is just what you need 😎.

I love doing a whole body warm up with the ball ⚪ this can be done at the beginning of you workout and should take 5-10 minutes ⏱ try it circuit style with 20 repetitions on the first set , 15 on the second and 10 on the third!
