死ぬほど簡単🤣🤣


●オートミール 70g
●チョコフレーバープロテイン 50g
●卵全卵  1つ
●砂糖 20g
●塩 ひとつまみ
●グレープシードオイル 40g
●チアシード 適量
●飾り付けのアーモンド

①ぜーんぶボウルで混ぜるのみ🥣
②好きな形へ形成する
③170°くらいのオーブンで焼く

トータル30分もかからないので、
小腹が減ったらこのクッキーを💖
たんぱく質たっくさんのクッキー⤴️

Strawberry Cupcakes 🍓

Ingredients:
1 cup 0% strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup LIQUID MUSCLE @liquidmuscle strawberry flavoured egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup stevia
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Optional: 1/2 tbsp vanilla frosting per cupcake (6 tbsp total) —————————————————
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk the LIQUID MUSCLE. Add the applesauce, stevia and yogurt, whisk for 1 minute until smooth.
3. Add flour and baking powder and whisk until well combined. Pour batter evenly into the cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting.
Enjoy!

(No one that has a life you want anyway.) Annnddd you aren’t getting any younger. Stop wasting time. “Must be nice”, “if I had ____”, “if I looked like her”, if I ____”.... all of it is complete bullshit. These people WORKED, PRAYED, WORKED MORE + are still working their booties off. Daily. In ways we can’t see. People don’t trip and *poof* their life magically falls together. Nor, for that matter, is anyone’s life 100% together.
Find mentors for your life. ✨Who has the self love that you want? ✨Who has the marriage or relationship you want? ✨Who has a relationship with their kids that you want? ✨Who’s kids are thriving mentally, physically and spiritually like you pray for your kids?
Seek these people out. Even if they are in books or on the internet. Find their recipe. Follow it. Fall down. Get up.
Follow people on socials that inspire you to do better, give more and dream bigger.
Something I realized this year in my Arbonne business is that I stopped measuring my success solely by numbers and started using metrics that aren’t really quantifiable.

THIS PIC #vegan #deliciousness From @justgilliehere Was very tasty and my first experience with #tofu was pretty damn good tyvm ♥ (as usual I may have eaten a bit before I realised insta needed to see it) .
Weds I realised I had not had enough protein or cals and was not that hungry.. Maybe because I smashed food the day before? But I had had a PB squat and leg day so figured I should try and get it in 😬

Brekky:
Quick fruit smoothie approx 200 cals
.
Lunch:
Pre workout was chickpea coconut curry
Post workout was turkey mince and rice with avo
Approx 900 cals
.
Dinner was.. Hmm.. Things and stuff
Prawns
Mango
Salad
Potato
Chilli
Bacon
Bit of salad dressing
Approx 700 cals but I fell asleep halfway through eating it 💪 #legday

SNACKS:
So.. Weds is a semi cheat allowed day and if I am honest I woke on the wrong side of the bed so.. It was everyones safety I was concerned about 😂😂
Snickers bar 246 cals
Chobani as I have upped my cals this challenge I have gone the normal chobanis more often as they taste better.. Only 50ish cals extra so... 4 plums
Finished day around 2200 but maybe less as I didnt finish my dinner .
Thursday brekky:

Not an intermittent but an accidental fast... Crap I was hungry
.
LUNCH:
Chicken plate from kebab shop aprox 650 cals .
DINNER:
#youfoodz lasagne 425 cals
#tofu green curry approx 300 cals

SNACKS:
Some fruit approx 200 cals
#Smooshed protein balls 275cals

Youfoodz #protein brownie (was this a cheat day? ) for me... Brekky is a must unless planned

Loving this riff tonite🤗🤗 WW pasta with tofu broccoli in an arugula and basil pesto(ish) Nut free baby!!🍝 Sauce
2 cup fresh basil

The 1st 500m went per usual but by the end of 1000m I was starting to fall apart. Form was great, movement efficient, but every muscle burned!

Gather any salad veggies you have in your fridge, and coarsely chop them
Prepare quinoa (cooked)

🍗 lightly season your chicken breast with salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika and garlic powder. .
Drizzle your pan with a-little bit of oil, cook your chicken until golden on both sides. .
Cut up the chicken into pieces. .
In a plate or bowl, add your quinoa, veggies, and top it up with your chicken.

* 4 cups broccoli florets
* kernels from 2 ears sweet corn (or 1-1/2 cups frozen-than-thawed sweet corn kernels)
* extra virgin olive oil
* red chili pepper flakes
* salt
* 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
* 6oz white cheddar cheese, cubed
* 10oz mixed greens
* For the Smokey Candied Walnuts: * 1 Tablespoon honey * 1/2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil * 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 3/4 cup Fisher Walnut Halves and Pieces
* For the Basil Vinaigrette: * 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh basil * 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice * 1 Tablespoon honey * salt and pepper * 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
For the Smokey Candied Walnuts: Preheat oven to 350 degrees then line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper and set aside. Add all ingredients except walnuts to a small bowl then stir to combine. Add walnuts then stir to coat. Spread walnuts out on prepared baking sheet then bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven then stir and let cool (walnuts will crisp as they cool.) Turn oven up to 400 degrees then spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray and set aside. Add broccoli to one baking sheet and corn to the other then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, red chili pepper flakes, and salt, then toss with hands to coat. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly.
For the Basil Vinaigrette: add all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil to a food processor or blender then pulse to roughly chop the basil. Turn processor on then slowly stream in olive oil.

Divide lettuce between bowls then top with roasted broccoli and sweet corn, smokey candied walnuts, white cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and basil dressing.

Heute habe ich mir seit langem mal wieder chickpea Cookie Dough 🍪 gemacht 😍
Das schmeckt sooo lecker 🤤 Perfekt zum so Löffeln oder als Topping für Eis o.ä.👌
100g von meinem cookie dough haben nur 132 kcal, 11g Eiweiß, 15,45g KH und 3,9g Fett 📊
Rezept (für 400g): Ich habe eine Dose (240g Abtropfgewicht) Kichererbsen gründlich abgewaschen und dann mit 25g Rocka Milk Vanilla Cream von @rockanutrition, 100ml Sojamilch Light, 5g PB2, ein paar Flavdrops Cookie Dough/Butterkeks und etwas flüssigem Süßstoff püriert und anschließend unter die Masse noch 30g zuckerfreie Schokolade von @schokofrankonia gehoben👌
🇬🇧 chickpea cookie dough
Recipe: You need one can of chickpeas (240g), 25g vanilla casein powder, 100ml soy milk light, 5g PB2 peanut butter powder, some flavdrops cookie, some sweetener and 30g sugarfree chocolate. First rinse the chickpeas well and purée them with the other ingredients (without the chocolate) until it has a creamy mixture without clumps. Then cut the chocolate in small pieces and add them to the dough
