Buenas tardes familia!!⁣

Os muestro la merienda!!..⁣

Mugcake de manzana, como siempre muy fácil de hacer y en 10min al micro⁣

Ingredientes para el bizcocho:⁣ ⁣ -200gr de claras⁣ -90gr de harina de avena⁣ -Una manzana⁣ -3/4gr de levadura.⁣

Triturar todo (menos un trozo de manzana) y en un molde de cristal 10 minutos al micro a temperatura media-alta.⁣

Para la crema: 30gr de anacardos, un trozo de manzana y unos 130gr de queso fresco batido. Triturar y listo!!⁣

Me canso de comer siempre lo mismo... ¿Te suena?

Nosotros lo leemos en email cada semana a pesar de que nuestros planes son muy variados ya que en la mayoría de ocasiones, no se pone un alimento concreto, sino un grupo de alimentos:
🔸verdura/ ensalada: no te obliga a comer espárragos cada día, sino que te abre la puerta a miles de combinaciones diferentes entre hojas de distintas lechugas o brotes y tooooodas las verduras.
🔸Arroz, pasta, patata, boniato: hay muchos tipos de arroz, diferentes formas de pastas, patata o boniato...
🔸Legumbres: garbanzos, alubias (en todas sus variedades), lentejas. Se pueden preparar en casa, en ensalada, en hummus, en guiso... Y esto además permite muchas y muy diversas formas de cocinar, muchas posibles recetas saludables... sólo hay que ponerle ganas.

No ponemos pedir a quién nos hace un plan de alimentación, que nos cambie cada semana la dieta si como en nuestro caso, son planes que dan tanta libertad, porque el hecho de variar o no depende únicamente de nosotros.

Aquí en la imagen vemos, arroz, con verduras.
Una combinación que puede ser arroz blanco cocido con brócoli cocido o que puede ser una rica paella como la foto que poco cuesta de hacer, no hay más que saltear la verdura que tengas por casa, añadir agua y arroz y dejar que se haga, ¿sencillo verdad?

Pues pongamosle ganas a la dieta y no excusas 💪🏼.
Tu alimentación será todo lo variada, sabrosa y divertida que tu te lo curres, no tu entrenador 😉.

Long time no see foodstagram🤪 during finals and break I didn’t cook a ton because I was way too occupied with school and then over break my mom did most of the cooking! Finally feeling settled back into a schedule and ready to try out some new recipes. Today I was super excited to whip up these Asian chicken thighs with brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes 😍 I really wanna up my brussels game so I tried out these maple glazed ones and DANG they’re good. The chicken and brussel sprouts both had a good bit of ingredients for their marinades so if you’re interested just DM me and I’ll send ya the recipe link. 11/10 would totally eat this again though💃🏼

Taková zdravá gejda 😁 každopádně naprosto luxusní 🤤 a vykompenzuji tím ty sladké recepty 😅
Budeme potřebovat 🍜: • polentu
• červené zelí
• kapustu
• kukuřici
• červené fazole (měla jsem konzervu s mírně slaným nálevem)
• 2 plátky kvalitního čedáru
• tamari, adžiku, oregáno
• 3 PL kečupu bez cukru
.
Můj postup jak na polentu (přišlo mi na ní moc dotazů): Polentu uvaříme v ochucené vodě (poměr 1:2) - vaří se dokud není opravdu hustá. V mezičase si přichystám něco do čeho následně polentu budu dávat a dám tam ledovou vodu. Jak je polenta hotová, tak vodu vyliju a rovnoměrně polentu rozetřu a nechám co nejdéle (nejlépe přes noc) v lednici.

Červené zelí i kapustu basekáme na prouzky a dáme na rozehřátou pánev s trochou vody pod pokličku dusit. Když už je zelí měkčí přidáme kukuřici, tamari omáčku (podle chuti, já dala 3 lžíce), adžiku a oregáno. Pořádně zamícháme a ještě chvíli dusíme pod pokličkou. Mezitím z fazolí vylijeme část vody a celé to vyklopíme na pánev, zamícháme a opět dusíme. Aspoň 10 minut. Odstavíme, vmícháme kečup, nakousky natrhaný čedár, zakryjeme pokličkou a necháme ještě chvíli odpočívat, pak vše promícháme a podáváme. Před podáváním vezmeme polentu, nakrájíme ji na požadovaný tvar a dáme si jí ještě na 5-10 a 200 °C minutek opéct do horkovzdušné fritézy @delimano.cz = je to dokonalé 🤤😍

Cachopo de 🥩con 🐷 y 🧀 , sin rebozar.
Elaboración:
Salpimentamos los filetes sin exceso pues el jamón ya es salado. Estiramos el filete y lo rellenamos con jamón y queso. Tapamos con el otro filete y pasamos un rodillo por encima para extender. Finalmente calentamos aceite en una sartén y lo hacemos a fuego medio. Podemos acompañar con pimientos/champiñones/ guisantes y unas patatas fritas por debajo.

This post is more about the idea than this fully loaded Gordita. Chalk full with 100% grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef and heritage, pastured carnitas. Yes, I made the gorditas from masa, soured my own raw cream, and whipped up the avocado salsa Verde 🤭⁣

So this weekend my sister was visiting us from New York. Per usual, I made some very decadent foods including things like gorditas, chalupas, lamb Birria, and of course my Healthy AF breads - I did pumpkin and banana. Also had fermented waffles one morning.⁣

My sister was in food heaven.⁣

She sends me a text upon getting back home after a weekend of indulging (so she thought), saying she lost a pound and was v surprised.⁣

🍴 Ingredientes (2p): ⠀

- 180 gr de tiras o bocados originales de Heura @foodsfortomorrow
- 1/2 cebolla dulce⠀
- 1/2 calabacín⠀
- 100 gr champiñones⠀
- 300 gr calabaza⠀
- Una lata de leche de #coco
- 1 cda curry en polvo⠀
- Una pizca de sal⠀
- Cacahuetes⠀
- Coco deshidratado @prozisespana

👩‍🍳 Preparación: ⠀

1. Salteamos las tiras o bocados de Heura en una sartén. Retiramos y reservamos.⠀
2. En la misma sartén cocinamos la cebolla hasta que quede bien pochada. A continuación añadimos la calabaza, el calabacín y los champiñones cortado bien pequeño hasta que se cocinen.⠀
3. Añadimos la Heura, una pizca de sal y el curry, y lo mezclamos todo hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes.⠀
4. Añadimos la leche de coco, llevamos a ebullición y lo cocinamos unos minutos más todo junto.⠀
5. A la hora de emplatar decoramos con coco deshidratado y unos cacahuetes ligeramente tostados para darle un toque crujiente. ❗

So far this week I have made her bone broth (in the Instant Pot), fermented carrots and homemade refried beans for my kids. It's cheaper for Tropicana to sell this inferior, super-processed sugary version in America, while they sell much healthier juices overseas in countries that have stronger standards.

One thing I always notice when I travel to other countries is how much cleaner and healthier their food is. These juices by Tropicana are a good example. Like many packaged juices in America, this one is made with "concentrates", sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, and spiked with added flavors. Concentrates are NOT the same as fresh-pressed juice - they are made by boiling down fruit into a super sugary syrup, which is then mixed with water.

We are SO excited to finally move forward and get our first round of seedlings growing!! 🌱🙌🏻🙌🏻 We are praying that God blesses our working hands this year, so that we can feed health and hope into our community! 🙏

We are just getting started, so here is a little info about Natural Freedom Farm:
Mission Statement:
To provide real, healthy, chemical free food to the children and youth of our community, while educating on health and inspiring the love and respect of God’s earth. Our hope is that through educating, equipping and inspiring the youth in our community, we can help transform lives in this generation and future generations.

To bring hope and health into the community of youths, by providing real food, health education and God’s word. •Community Farm. Non-profit
•Teach school aged children how to garden and to love food from nature
•Start school gardens
•School field trips to the farm for education and hands on learning

✨TAMALITOS DE FRIJOL, SALUDABLES✨

Hola mamitas! Hoy les compartimos mi muñequita y yo, una receta típica de nuestra tierra.. nos encanta compartirles un poquito de nuestra cultura, costumbres y gastronomía Tabasqueña...

Agua de Tabasco vengo, agua de Tabasco voy. De agua hermosa es mi abolengo; y es por eso que aquí estoy dichoso con lo que tengo.
..
Necesitas:
1 kilo de masa Nixtamal (la consigues en cualquier mercadito).
500 gramos de harina de maíz (en el supermercado, yo uso el puritano).
500 gramos de granos de frijol cocido
Hojas de chipilin al gusto
180 ml de aceite de Oliva
200ml de caldito de frijol
Sal al gusto
Hojas de plátano para envolverlos, yo compré 40 pesos en el mercadito.
...
Paso a pasito:
..
Verter y amasar en un recipiente la masa nixtamal , harina, aceite, caldo, chipilin y sal.
Verter los granos de frijol y rectificamos la sal si es necesario.. amasamos muy bien.
Envolvemos los Tamalitos en las hojas de plátano. Colocar en una vaporera como se ve en el video(la mía es de las viejitas y al nivel de la canastilla agregó el agua).. tiempo de cocción 1 hora con 20 minutos a fuego medio! Cada estufa es diferente, así que revísalos pasado la hora!. ..
Yo hice bastantes para compartir con familia y amigos!! Me salieron 20 tamales grandes de adulto y 10 pequeñitos..

Si vives en otro país y no consigues la masa Nixtamal, puedes hacerlos solo con la harina de maíz, incluso la harina pan venezolano, perooo lleva la mitad de aceite y caldo. La masa Nixtamal es dura por esa razón se usa esa cantidad de aceite, y originalmente se hacen con manteca de cerdo; Mi versión es saludable por eso cambié porciones y el tipo de aceite a uno muy saludable como el de oliva.. ....

what ya need: 3 hardboiled eggs + 1 tbsp dijon mustard + 2 tbsp mayo made with avocado oil + sea salt/pepper/ garlic powder all to taste. mixed together & topped off with red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, & fresh dill. so good🙌🏻

these oats are so simple to make, and the addition of the protein + fats from the protein powder, chia seeds and nut butter keeps me satisfied all morning ❤️

•cook up 1/3 cup of @bobsredmill #glutenfree rolled oats in the microwave in about 3/4 cup liquid (water or milk)
•note: if I’m not adding protein powder, 2/3 cup liquid will do, but the protein really thickens them up so more water/milk is required!
•once the oats are cooked, I stirred in 2 scoops of @nuzest_usa chocolate protein powder (the code “leanneliveshealthy” will save you money at checkout), about a tsp of chia seeds, and a sprinkle of @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon
•topped with banana slices, warmed up frozen raspberries, @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen, and a spoonful of @maranathanutbutters almond butter!

LASAÑA DE VEGETALES

📝 Ingredientes:
.
🔸1 berenjena
🔸1/2 calabacín
🔸1/2 cebolla
🔸2 champiñones grandes
🔸Tomate natural triturado
🔸Queso
🔸Albahaca
🔸Sal
.
👉 Preparación:
.
- Añadimos sal y albahaca al tomate triturado y mezclamos bien.
- Cortamos la berenjena, el calabacín, la cebolla y los champiñones fino, a rodajas del mismo grosor.
- En una bandeja o recipiente apto para horno, colocamos los vegetales a capas: berenjena, salsa de tomate, calabacín, tomate, cebolla, tomate y champiñones.
- Lo horneamos durante 20’ a 200ºC.
- Añadimos el queso y lo gratinamos 5’ más.

kicking off #toasttuesday the best way I know how - an awesome lower body workout led by the queen @haylesbeth 🏋🏻‍♀️, followed by some sweet + savory sourdough slices!
the real question is... which one would you eat first?

Happy Wednesday beautiful people!💛✨ I had a special start to my day this morning because 1. Got to have breakfast with my momma! And 2. @myfavoriteindulgence granola!🤩 this is seriously the BEST granola in the world. I mean it...it’s so flavorful and crunchy and they have the most creative flavors😍 I’ve got a busy day of homework and classes today but we’re halfway through the week!👏🏻 .

Mini Sweet Potato Toasts 👌🏻 A toast party over here this morning 😎 Instead of slicing my sweet potato long ways, I sliced it into rounds because then you have more room for toppings 😌 Sweet and savory as always- that’s the best way to do it! Happy Wednesday everyone ❤️ -

#breakfast details 👉🏻 1 Japanese sweet potato sliced into rounds and broiled at 500F for 10-12 minutes. Cook on the bottom shelf so they don’t burn on top. Topped with @georgiagrinders cashew butter, bananas, honey, and 1/2 avocado 🥑 #paleofood #healthybreakfast #foodies
