Bangun pagi bingung cari sarapan apa?
Tengah hari perut lapar , jangankan mau masak, mau gerak juga sudah malas, pernah rasain?
Sedang ga enak badan pengen-nya yang hangat hangat?
.
Bikin oatmeal aja.
Yang bilang oameal itu makanan orangtua siapa?
Ops cobain dulu resep sederhana kami.
.
Didihkan air.
Masukkan 5 sdm rolled oat.
Kecilkan api , aduk sebentar.
Masukan cinnamon powder , gula kelapa/maple syrup , potongan pisang.
Aduk sebentar.
Matikan kompor.
Tutup sebentar.
5 menit kemudian angkat dan siap makan!
Tinggal tambah buah kering / kacang panggang.
Yum, kental tapi kenyal , perpaduan buah kering , pisang dan kayu manis bikin ketagihan.

Perut kenyang karena kalori dan serat yang ada pada oat.
Reseh hilang , marah pergi menjauh , rezeki dataang bagai angin semilir.
Bab lancar tubuh pun nyaman sepanjang hari.

Kolejny dzień, kolejna miska owsianki 😁
Typowo jesienna.
Figi, śliwki, gorzka czekolada, cynamon i orzechy włoskie.
Za jesienią nie przepadam, ale smaki jesieni to coś, za czym się jednak trochę tęskni 😊
Może w dobie IF i śniadań bialkowo-tluszczowych, moje owsianki o poranku są 'przestarzałe' i niemodne. Ale chcę pokazać, że żywienie to coś, co powinno być dopasowane do Was, powinno Wam służyć i Wam pasować (i smakować!). Nie podazajcie ślepo za modą, ona minie, za jakiś czas pojawi się nowa. Korzystajcie z dobrodziejstw sezonowych smaków, komponujcie posiłki z tym, co podpowiada Wam ciało. Czujesz się lepiej po śniadaniu BT? Śmiało jedz. 8. Biji kurma tahu kan manfaatnya.?

Dannn semuanya bisa kita dapatkan dalam sebuah fermentasi sederhana tapi bermakna seperti ini,
Paling baik 6 jam setelah direndam baru diminum.

Oh ya, pake air apa? Air biasa aja, perlu di rendam di kulkas..? Klo bisa, ga juga gpp, habis di isi air apakah boleh disi ulang.? Boleh aja tp khasiatnya jelas beda, buahnya boleh dimakan? Why you should be saying NO to gluten ❌

Gluten is a protein found in grains like wheat, rye, spelt and barley, it is the glue-like texture that makes bread fluffy and cakes spongy, but it's gluten's adhesive properties that interfere with our digestion, preventing the breakdown and absorption of valuable nutrients.

The very word itself 'Gluten' is Latin for 'Glue' and a sensitivity to gluten triggers inflammatory symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog and joint pain.

Saying NO to gluten though doesn't mean not being able to enjoy warm toast with squishy avo on for breakfast, instead substitute traditional unhealthy bread for a gluten-free low-carb alternative such as sunflower seed or macadamia bread.

Buongiorno buongiorno😊 Mai come quest’anno sento le persone lamentarsi del caldo e desiderare l’arrivo dell’autunno🍂 Io desideravo il caldo fino a ieri: ho così potuto fare cenare le partecipanti del workshop ancora in giardino😁 Da oggi però daiiiiiii🍂🍁🍂🤞🏻! Con la speranza che arrivino presto giornate più cozy, ho sfornato un 🍌 bread. Ebbene sì, anche io ho ceduto al fascino del banana bread🙈 L’idea però un po’ diversa dal solito è quella di presentarlo in formato ciambellone e di ricoprirlo con un caramello cremoso da 🤤.

🔸Tostada de pan proteico con queso untable y toque de crema de avellanas y algarroba.
🔸 Bowll de queso batido con proteína sabor chocolate, chía, lino marrón, plátano, fresas , arándanos y maracuyá.
🔸Taza de gachas de avena con cacao puro desgrasado y estevia.

Need a quick, delicious and easy healthy breakfast idea? Then this chia seed pudding recipes is right you your alley! It’s the perfect no-cook, grab’n’go breakfast —
This awesome recipe is by my fit foodie friend, @livevitae. More info below:

The night before takes 5 minutes to prepare. Add all ingredients (except berries and kiwis) into a jar, shake and mix well leave to set in the fridge. Prepare the seasonal fruit either in evening or morning and presto!

Serves 1
458 calories
P 30 C 44 fibre 20 F 18

Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp chia seeds
• 1.5 cups dairy free milk (I use canned full coconut milk diluted with water so much cheaper then diluted store bought alternatives with pathetic coconut %s and extra non essential ingredients)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 scoop vanilla protein (I used a quality plant based pea protein)
• a few drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp raw honey
• mix selection of berries
• kiwi with skin on 😉

Recipe:
1. In a glass jar with secure lid. Add all ingredients except fruit.
2. Mix well by shaking or with a fork.
3. Leave to set in a fridge for a few hours or overnight.
4. Remove to a bowl. Add the berries to the base then layer the chia seed pudding then add another layer of fruit then more chia seed pudding on top.

Optional to add coconut milk yogurt or nut butter or nuts or more seasonal fruit etc. There’s no rules.

This is one of my go to ways to prep breakfast. It can last 2-3 days in the fridge. It costs approx £1.50 per serving if that.

Need a quick, delicious and easy healthy breakfast idea? Then this chia seed pudding recipes is right you your alley! It’s the perfect no-cook, grab’n’go breakfast —
This awesome recipe is by my fit foodie friend, @livevitae. More info below:

The night before takes 5 minutes to prepare. Add all ingredients (except berries and kiwis) into a jar, shake and mix well leave to set in the fridge. Prepare the seasonal fruit either in evening or morning and presto!

Serves 1
458 calories
P 30 C 44 fibre 20 F 18
—
Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp chia seeds
• 1.5 cups dairy free milk (I use canned full coconut milk diluted with water so much cheaper then diluted store bought alternatives with pathetic coconut %s and extra non essential ingredients)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 scoop vanilla protein (I used a quality plant based pea protein)
• a few drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp raw honey
• mix selection of berries
• kiwi with skin on 😉

Recipe:
1. In a glass jar with secure lid. Add all ingredients except fruit.
2. Mix well by shaking or with a fork.
3. Leave to set in a fridge for a few hours or overnight.
4. Remove to a bowl. Add the berries to the base then layer the chia seed pudding then add another layer of fruit then more chia seed pudding on top.

Optional to add coconut milk yogurt or nut butter or nuts or more seasonal fruit etc. There’s no rules.

This is one of my go to ways to prep breakfast. It can last 2-3 days in the fridge. It costs approx £1.50 per serving if that.

Dinner tonight 👍 it’s all about leftovers today. My Mum is here and has been doing some cooking for our freezer - beef and veg pasta bake and sausage rolls are two of her recipes that the boys LOVE. Ayer, mientras volvía del trabajo en el autobús, me dijo mi dietista que elimine la fruta de mi dieta, parece ser que me fermenta y por eso no me encuentro bien. 😔

Sentí tristeza, se me caían las lágrimas de pensar en eliminar otro alimento más y tan variado... También sentí miedo, miedo a lo que me espera, a el por qué me fermenta la fruta...pero creo que realmente me daba miedo estar tan cerca de mi solución y poder curarme, parece una locura ¿verdad? Pero es así, a veces nos asustamos cuando llegamos al punto que quieremos llegar desde hace mucho tiempo, y tienes dos opciones, asustarte y dar un paso atrás o ser valiente y dar un paso adelante 💪🏻💚 Las mejores cosas están detrás del miedo 💫

Rosemary and cannellini bean dip| I made this delicious dip for lunch at the weekend and it was loved by all. Somehow it ended up right next to my mums plate and she devoured most of it 🙌Packed full of fibre, folate, iron, magnesium and protein.

To make simply blend together:

1 400g can of drained cannellini beans
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Good squeeze of lemon juice
Season to taste
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (just the ends not the stem)

So simple and delicious 🌿

Starting off the week with this new PALEO/WHOLE-30 TERIYAKI SAUCE recipe. Made this SHRIMP TERIYAKI plate over the weekend and it was BOMB! Sub cauliflower rice or potatoes and make it paleo/whole30. Sub shrimp with chicken/tofu/pork/beef...it’s all good! Happy Monday loves. Seared salmon with a flavorful chickpea salad--a satisfying dish that provides you with a healthy dose of good fats and lean proteins. Everything comes together in minimal time so make this asap! The recipe serves 2-ish. (The photo only shows one serving!)

Chickpea salad: Drain and rinse a 15 oz. can of chickpeas. Drain again and place into a large bowl. Add in juice from about ½ a lemon (more or less to taste), salt + pepper, chili pepper flakes and a healthy pour of olive oil. Toss to combine, taste, and adjust seasoning. Add in a few pitted and roughly chopped kalamata olives, thinly sliced super small red onion or shallot (optional), a handful of sliced grape tomatoes, some minced parsley and lemon zest. Toss again and set aside.

Cut 1 lb. of salmon into ½ inch slices. You should have about 6-8 pieces. In a hot cast iron pan (or nonstick pan), add some neutral oil and sear the salmon slices (in batches if necessary as you don’t want to crowd the pan), about 2-3 min on one side, flip and cook for about 30 sec-1 min on the other side. Spoon some chickpea salad on a serving plate, place the salmon on top. Top everything with more lemon juice and/or olive oil if you’d like!

Among all the dishes I’ve made recently, this easy fried udon with beef and cabbage is my favorite. Just to be clear, this recipe is not the traditional Japanese style fried udon that uses mentsuyu and has a refreshingly mild taste. It is quite the opposite. I used very minimal seasonings that you probably already have if you cook Chinese food. The ingredients are very common, too. But the result is magical. The sauce is fragrant and savory with a sweet note. And the noodles are infused with a strong beefy taste that somehow reminds me of a cheese burger.

CROQUETAS SALUDABLES DE BONIATO!!!

Son fáciles, saludables y están muuuuy brutales!! Alguien quiere un par❓❓❓
Quedan cremosas y a la vez consistentes, sin necesidad de freír!

Para 10 medianas:
-325g Boniato cocido
-50g Garbanzos remojados (sin cocer)
-30g Mozzarella -1 Puñado de cebollino
-Pimienta negra
-Ajo en polvo -Sal
1. Tritura todo junto.
2. Mete unos 20’ en el congelador.
Rebozado:
-100g Almendras picadas
-Orégano seco
-Sal
-Pimienta
-Huevo
1. Mezcla los ingredientes secos y coloca en un plato.
2. Bate el huevo en un bol.
3. Forma las bolas , pásalas por el huevo, escurre bien, pasa por la mezcla seca y coloca en la bandeja del horno.
4. Hornea hasta que estén doradas(unos 20’ a 200C).
Salsa:
-Yogur griego -Comino
-Cilantro
-Cebollino
Y a disfrutar!!!! En casa cada vez que las hacemos, vuelan!!! •
