    My Sunday afternoon was delightful👌

MY FULL GLUTE WORKOUT TODAY - SAVE IT FOR LATER!
1.) Glute machine without shoes (I love my adidas, but they aren’t great for my Muscle mind connection here) 
HEAVY WEIGHT FOR 8 reps, 5 sets .

2.) Low back extension focusing on Glutes (Turn your toes out slightly & bend your knees at the top so you can squeeze your ham-Glute tie in) 
HEAVY WEIGHT FOR 8 reps, 5 sets .

3.) Single-leg on leg press machine (2 second negatives & Push through the heel) 
HEAVY WEIGHT FOR 8 reps, 5 sets .

4.) Weighted Froggie Pumps not pictured 
HEAVY WEIGHT FOR 50 reps, 5 sets .

I took 45-60 second breaks between each set and supplemented with the following
. • Creatine • BCAA • Intra-Workout @nutrishopusa @nutrishoplaceywa

    Did you know you are strongest when your muscle is lengthening and weakest when your muscle is shortening? For variety and heavier load try holding a slightly heavier weight at stabilization (think wall sit) or a negative rep for the eccentric load (think letting down a bicep curl). Also keep in mind time under tension is very important. Increased reps are meant to induce a longer amount of time under tension. All of these can induce greater adaption and help you see better results. Ask some questions in the comments👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

    Running ⏩: Havde faktisk glemt hvor tunge ben jeg får af at løbe i varmen men det blev alligevel til 13 rolige km. Så denne uge er det blevet til 60 km løb og 3 x golf. En ret aktiv uge så nu skal jeg ha stængerne oppe resten af dagen 🏌️‍♂️🏃‍♂️🔥😊

    Running ⏩: Havde faktisk glemt hvor tunge ben jeg får af at løbe i varmen men det blev alligevel til 13 rolige km. Så denne uge er det blevet til 60 km løb og 3 x golf. En ret aktiv uge så nu skal jeg ha stængerne oppe resten af dagen 🏌️‍♂️🏃‍♂️🔥😊

カーボローティングはしなかったがアルコールは生まれて初めて3日も飲まなかった😱

スタート整列は雨のため遅め。真ん中くらいかな~🐥

温存!温存!と暗示をかけながら無の心で走る。
あっと言う間に折り返し地点だった。

中間地点からゴール
.
30~35キロが最速ラップ😱温存効果かな。しかしかなり脚にきてたので~35キロ以降は私設エイドにおせわになりっぱなし。
.
今回の勝因はしっかりと5キロごとにエナジージェルを飲んだことかな🤔
.
後半のハーフの方が速いことには自分でも驚き。

本日のラン距離:42.195キロ
