Pişen kinoaya salçalı sostan ilave ediyoruz. Diğer tüm malzemeleri de ekleyip iyice karıştırıyor. Nar ekşisi veya limon suyu da ekleyebilirsiniz çok yakışıyor.

Chicken Avocado Corn Salad
This is the answer to your sick-of-ordinary-salads prayers. Chock full of tasty chicken, sweet corn, creamy avocado, lime, and chili powder, this is a great dish to share — though you might just want to keep it all for yourself! By @cremedelacrumb1

4 ears of corn, husked
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken rotisserie chicken works great!
2-3 medium-large avocados, diced
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup diced red onion, optional
dressing
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice t
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon chili powder optional
Instructions
Brush corn with olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Grill over high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning throughout, until kernels begin to char a bit. Use a sharp knife to cut corn off the cob.
In a medium bowl combine corn, chicken, avocado, cilantro, and onions (if using).
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately, or cover tightly and store chilled up to 8 hours. (If serving after chilling, take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving - it tastes best closer to room temperature)

Guess what’s in this jar? Happiness 😊 A jar full of my favourite Sundried Tomatoes 🍅 These aren’t actually sun-dried because its winters! I cut 3 tomatoes, sprinkled some salt on them, put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 2hours. Then soak these gorgeous tomatoes in a glass jar with some olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano and peppercorns. They will be good for a week, but I’m pretty sure I will finish all these in 1 day only 😄 Try it and let me know how it turned out to be 🧡

One of my fav ways to dress up👗 the greens! In a small dish add about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and mix in 1 tablespoon of mustard. Pour mixture over greens in a large bowl. Add mashed avocado, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast and a few dashes of coconut aminos. Mix well. Enjoy! 👉🏼 we found this mustard - @mustardandco - at a local farmers market. It’s amazing and adds just the right zip for this recipe!

Move over mashed potatoes....your services are no longer needed here.😉 There is literally NO REASON to ever make mashed potatoes again now that CAULIFLOWER SMASH is in town!
The smashed garlic adds such phenomenal flavor that it’s hard to stop eating it. This creamy, delightful dish will certainly be part of my holiday repertoire this year! Yum!😋
Prep time 10 min
Cook time 15 min
Total time 25 min
SERVES 4 ● 1 head cauliflower florets
● 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil OR Butter
● 6 garlic cloves, smashed
● 3 tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
● ¼ cup parmesan cheese (or 2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast)
● sea salt and black pepper
● 1 Tbsp fresh chives, minced *optional garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the cauliflower florets in a pot of water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes, until tender. Drain the pot and transfer the cauliflower to a food processor.
2. Return the pot to medium heat. Add the oil (or butter) and the smashed garlic cloves. Sauté until fragrant, for about a minute.
3. Transfer the garlic to the food processor along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Garnish with minced chives. Enjoy!

Introducing @beccas_battle : How did I get started? I started out keeping it very simple- cut out sugar, sodas (even diet), breads, chips, rice and pastas. I stuck to simple recipes and made sure I had food prepped and ready to go so I didn’t go scavenging for food. I took baby steps guys. I didn’t dive right into Keto because quite honestly I didn’t understand everything behind it so I needed to research more on it. I didn’t start out fasting🤷🏻♀️ I let my body go into it naturally. My point: how do you start losing weight?- you just start taking baby steps to your goal. Don’t wait until you have all the answers on what you’re suppose to do for this journey, you can figure all that out along the way. Non of us knew everything we know now before we started. Every person you follow for inspiration started at square one and were just as lost as you. The thing we all have in common is we just started one day and didn’t quit. We didn’t know everything about Keto or whatever way of eating or exercise program got us to our goals. We learned it along the way. Don’t think you need to know it all to get to the goal. Just start. Take it one day at a time and figure out the small stuff along the way. Fuel yourself with research and try to understand what’s going on in your body🖤🖤you don’t need to know it all, all you need to know is that you want this and you aren’t going to quit this time! There is literally NO REASON to ever make mashed potatoes again now that CAULIFLOWER SMASH is in town!
The smashed garlic adds such phenomenal flavor that it’s hard to stop eating it. This creamy, delightful dish will certainly be part of my holiday repertoire this year! Yum!😋
Prep time 10 min
Cook time 15 min
Total time 25 min
SERVES 4 ● 1 head cauliflower florets
● 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil OR Butter
● 6 garlic cloves, smashed
● 3 tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
● ¼ cup parmesan cheese (or 2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast)
● sea salt and black pepper
● 1 Tbsp fresh chives, minced *optional garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the cauliflower florets in a pot of water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes, until tender. Drain the pot and transfer the cauliflower to a food processor.
2. Return the pot to medium heat. Add the oil (or butter) and the smashed garlic cloves. Sauté until fragrant, for about a minute.
3. Transfer the garlic to the food processor along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Garnish with minced chives. Enjoy!

So much more than just leaves, and bulked up with quinoa, almonds, succulent strawberries with a delish sweet dressing, this quick and easy recipe will also get you eating your greens all your round too! 🙌🏻 Winter produce = totally new salad ingredients! .
🛒YOU'LL NEED
.
✔ 4 large strawberries, sliced
✔ 1 handful of spinach
✔ 90g quinoa
✔ 2 tbsp almonds
✔ ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
✔ ½ avocado, sliced (making that rose is easier than you think!)
.
For the dressing:
✔6 large strawberries
✔1 tbsp olive oil
✔2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
.
👩🏼‍🍳RECIPE
.
1⃣Cook some microwavable quinoa or raw quinoa according to instructions.
2⃣Meanwhile, blend the dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3⃣Once the quinoa is cooked, add to a bowl with the spinach, almonds, strawberries, red onion and avocado.
4⃣Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!

Shelled pasta stuffed with spinach and cauliflower cream by @beferox 🍝 A delicious recipe to try out!⁣

Ingredients⁣
-400 g pasta shells 60-70 shells⁣
-3 tbsp olive oil⁣
-1 handful fresh basil leaves⁣

Filling⁣
-650 g frozen cauliflower florets defrosted⁣
-3 handful fresh spinach⁣
-1 medium onion chopped⁣
-3 cloves of garlic chopped⁣
-1 tsp miso paste⁣
-ca. 1 1/3 cups oat milk⁣
-1 tsp salt⁣
-pinch of pepper⁣
-2 1/2 tbsp starch I like to use potato starch⁣
-1 tsp dried basil⁣
-Tomato Sauce⁣
-600 ml sieved tomatoes⁣
-200 ml soya cuisine (vegan single cream)⁣
-1 tsp dried basil⁣
-1 tsp dried oregano⁣
-2 tsp. paprika⁣
-salt and pepper to taste⁣
-1 medium Onion chopped⁣

Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (add some olive oil so the shells won't stick together) .⁣

Meanwhile, heat a few tbsp of water in a pan over medium heat⁣
Add onion and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes⁣
Add miso paste and stir well. Remove pan from heat⁣
Chop cauliflower florets into small pieces⁣
Add Cauliflower, onion and garlic from the pan and spinach to a food processor or high speed blender along with oat milk and blend until smooth and creamy⁣
If your blender or food processor is not that big, split everything in 3 to 4 loads and blend seperately or simply combine ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand held blender⁣
Transfer filling to a big bowl and add starch, salt, pepper and dried basil. Mix well .⁣

For tomato sauce:⁣

Heat a few tbsp. of water in a pan over medium heat⁣
Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes⁣
Add garlic and cook for another minute⁣
Mix in all the remaining ingredients and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until sauce is hot .⁣

Assembling:⁣

Preheat your oven to 200°C⁣
Divide tomato sauce into two big baking dishes⁣
Stuff each shell with a small tbsp. of filling and place them side by side in the baking dishes⁣
Drizzle 1-2 tbsp. olive oil over each baking dish with shells⁣
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes⁣
Let everything cool down for 5 mins before serving then add basil leaves.⁣
