1. Had her water shut off.. COULDN’T PAY the BILLS
2. BLOCKED a Plexus friend’s posts on Facebook
3. Was overweight and MISERABLE

5. Finally tried and 😱LOST NOTHING 😱the first month but kept going anyway🤗

It’s nice to see the weight go up each week in both of these lifts. Doing weight I’ve never been able to do before and it feels good to know that the hard work is paying off💪🏼🙌🏼 Still have a ways to go though!

I also included a photo of my FAVORITE protein. This protein is packed with 38g of carbs, 230 calories, and 25 vitamins and minerals🔥 Add the protein and amazing flavor, and this is a great protein that gives your body what it needs to recover and build muscle after a hard workout!🙌🏼💪🏼
