Both are Important to build muscle but Most People mess up Dieting.🥦 I have heard people say Diet is 80% and Gym is 20% and others say both are 50-50% important.😵🤔💭 So, I'll explain the importance of diet without giving out confusing percentages.

Training/Lifting weights 🏋‍♀ is giving your body a reason to grow. It is to give your body a training stimulus.

Your Body Receives this signal like this 🤔 "Oh Jack is lifting some heavy ass weight and doing some work so, lets grow". On the other Hand Diet is giving your body necessary items/Goods to grow.

Think about this illustration.... Govt. passes a tender/Order 📝 to construct a building. After that the Construction materials (Bricks, Cement etc.) 🧱 has to be delivered to the construction site.

Without the Tender/Order the construction of the building won't start but without the Construction Material also the Construction won't start.

Now, That Tender/Order is you Lifting Weights in the Gym and The Construction Material is your Food.

No matter how Prefect your Training is, YOU won't grow if you fail to give the right Food/Nutrition to your Body. 💪💪 Now, I hope you understand the importance of DIET 🥣🍜🥗 You must be Thinking Okay, Now tell us how to Eat Properly....... Q: Is Barbell flat bench press your first exercise on chest day? If so, check this out⤵️

Here is a twist to your bench press. Select a weight load that you normally can bench press 8 - 10 reps when fresh then do this chest workout in the following order. This is a great way to test how well your body can perform under fatigue.

• Dumbbells incline bench press superset with flyes 10 - 12 x 4
• Dumbbells single incline press 8 x 3

Let’s get this work💪🏻💪🏻 so I had a grown ass man ask me how much I could max bench press and I told him honestly I haven’t maxed out in years but recently I carried in 14 bags of groceries in one trip if that means anything! I don’t feel happy every day.
I don’t always feel good about the way I look.
I don’t like my tendency to procrastinate.
I don’t like how I am soo unwilling to step out of my comfort zone most of the time. .

But you know what?
I don’t need to feel happy every second of every day to feel content and secure. Feeling less than ok is natural and to be expected.
I may not like the way I look all the time, but I do feel GOOD in my body every day. I’m healthy, strong, and I am lucky enough to have a body that wakes me up and keeps me alive every day.
I may be notorious for procrastinating, but I am passionate, and I work incredibly hard when it matters the most.
Stepping out of my comfort zone is probably my biggest weakness, but I’ve made the promise to myself to always do my best 💜

Every day is a new journey and I can’t guarantee that they will all be “good”, but that seems to be the beauty of life. Learning from my mistakes, making good memories, and doing my best to treat myself with love and respect are my only promises to myself 🥰
