Esta sesión de solo 4 ejercicios combina ejercicios isometricos , ejercicios isometricos dinámicos , y ejercicios puramente dinámicos en todos los planos .

Yesterdays trap bar deadlifts took a turn for the better!
Originally programed to hit a top set of 305lbs for 7 RPE 5.5 but @mp_deadlifts came to the conclusion that all my lifts are programmed lighter than they really should be.
-
Worked up to a top set of 385lbs for 7 actually meeting the RPE of 5.5 to the tea. This was after hitting 335lbs and 365lbs for 7 trying to actually reach the correct RPE...
And get this... There's talk of me doing this with 400lbs next week... Definitely wasn't expecting myself to be able to handle that kind of weight already, but I'm excited! -
After talking for a while I've come to find that everyone and they're great grandfather's cousin has told me that I am so much stronger than I think I am and I need to train my mind to be as strong as my body... I AM WEAK MINDED.

Working with Mike yesterday has shown me how important RPE is in a program and how important it is that I ACTUALLY HIT THE RPE PROGRAMED. This is something I have to teach myself to do so I am able to adjust weights on my own while training without having someone look at me and be like DUDE TOO LIGHT ADD WEIGHT.

I still have alot to learn about everything involved in the sport of powerlifting and slowly but surely I am starting to get the hang of it! -
A strong body is not strong without an equally strong or even stronger mind! As Ive said before mindset is everything and I am living proof of that...

OFF TO LONDON🇬🇧
Got my last workout done before heading to London.💙
Training has been amazing this week and I‘m extremely motivated to keep it that way.💪🏼
I‘ve mentioned this a severall times, but going to a Gymshark event is something I wanted to do for so long and it is finally time to do so. •

Eine weitere Diät Woche ist fast vorbei🤓.Donnerstag geht es wieder zum Coach...bin sehr gespannt, was er sagt🙊. Ich werde euch natürlich auf dem laufenden halten wie es gelaufen ist

В четверг еду снова на Stuttgart к тренеру .Очень интересно, что он скажет .На данный момент ощущаю себя очень худой и постоянно хочется есть 😏Вчера был срыв 😏.Съела 70 г на ночь арахисового масла с хлебом 🤢.Это было ужасно сухо .Не знаю зачем С ХЛЕБОМ 🤣.Не пишу об этом на немецком, чтобы тренер не прочитал 😄. Желаю вам хорошего дня ❤️.

We often hear about the positive health benefits of exercise, generally coupled with the negative effects of inactivity. But what people fail to mention, is the importance of REST DAYS. 🤨 —————————————————————————
In the past, I thought that training everyday meant continual progress. I almost felt guilty for having a day off - associating rest days with “laziness”. 😬 ————————————————————————
Let me give it to you straight - Taking a rest day is being SMART.. Not lazy! —————————————————————————
To simplify things.. working out is stress on your body. As a result, your body then tries to compensate for that stress by adapting. However, the catch is that these adaptations cannot be made unless your body is in a rested (non-stressed) state. Meaning that your rest day plays an equal role in the process of achieving your goals. Flip the switch, and think of your rest day as a “growth day”. 💪🏽 ————————————————————————
Trust me, I’ve learnt the hard way through over training, spells of back to back injuries / niggles, and lack of progress. Simply getting through training, and dismissing being tired is NOT OK! 👎🏽 ————————————————————————
Moral of the story, never underestimate the importance of implementing a recovery day into your programme! 🙌🏽 ————————————————————————

Alles passiert aus einem Grund. Menschen ändern sich, damit du lernst, loszulassen. Dinge gehen schief, damit du zu schätzen weißt, wenn es gut läuft. Du glaubst einer Lüge, damit du lernst, nicht jedem blind zu vertrauen. Und manchmal bricht etwas Gutes auseinander, damit etwas Schöneres zusammenkommen kann. Geh einfach weiter deinen Weg und vertraue darauf, dass am Ende alles so kommt wie es kommen soll. 🙏🏻 . #wеnееdspriiiing .🖋 @printerest_p
