2 uurtjes radiomaken geeft mij energie voor 10.
De minder leuke dingen van de week glijden van me af. Ik ga uit mijn hoofd en stap het hier en nu in. Ik lach veel en voel me ontspannen.
Iets doen waar je blij van wordt verminderd stress.
Vaak is het 1 van de eerste dingen die geskipt worden als iemand last van (werk) stress heeft. Daardoor verkrampt hij nog meer en nemen de klachten toe.

Ik spreek zoveel mogelijk met mijn cliënten af dat ze iedere week iets doen waar zij zelf blij van worden.
Niet hun gezin, collega of werkgever maar zij zelf.
Door het in hun agenda te zetten creëren ze er ruimte en tijd voor.

Dansen is een soort uitlaatklep voor mij. Ook al doe ik het met plezier, en kan ik er even mijn rugzak aan de kant zetten het blijft beangstigend om telkens naar de les te gaan. •
🌷Mijn vermoeidheid speelt een grote rol als ik naar de les moet. Ik heb er al een hele dag opzitten, dat ik energie nodig heb om mijn concentratie te zoeken.

🌷Mijn lessen vallen elke week op dezelfde dag en hetzelfde uur. Toch zorgt het ervoor dat ik met stress naar de les ga: hoeveel mensen zijn er al aanwezig? In welke zaal zullen we deze week dansen? Zal ik vragen durven stellen? Wie zal er deze keer tegen mij praten? En deze vragen en vele andere gedachten maken het stressfactor net dat tikkeltje hoger.

🌷De angst om uit de boot te vallen, niet goed genoeg te zijn, achter te blijven op de dans en vooral het traag oppikken van wat er wordt aangeleerd zorgt voor heel wat prikkels.

🌷In de dansles word ik ook heel vaak met de neus op de feiten gedrukt als ik mij omring met leeftijdsgenoten. Ik voel het harder dat ik niet ben zoals hen, alles trager en anders ervaar, en mij meer moet inspannen.

Maar ondanks alles wat hierboven vernoemt wordt en ik mijzelf vaak moet verplichten naar de les te gaan, haal ik toch voldoening uit mijn dans om het te blijven volhouden.

Chocolate cravings were so out of hand today! It's been a stressful week with my son and husband both getting injured (in separate incidents!), lots of driving back and forth to hospitals and having to reschedule clients.

Är det kärlek eller stress? Människans behov av att bli bekräftad av en hund är så stor så vi blir blinda över vad som pågår. Om en hund kastar sig över en människa med pussattacker så skrattas det och gullas med hunden. Jag menar riktiga attacker inte en slick i ansiktet eller på handen. Det finns hundar som är så blockerade av vad de gör så det över går till en mani. Om du möter på en hund som kastar sig på dig med pussar så kan du hjälpa den genom att inte gå in i den sinnesstämningen. Är det din egen hund så kan du jobba djupare med problemet, för det är ett problem även om vi gärna vill se det på ett annat sätt. Alltså när hunden pussattackerar. En del hundar kan bli frustrerade om du lugnt tar bort dem. De kan spänna kroppen och hålla sig fast i dig och vägrar att släppa ditt personliga space. En del övergår till nafsande om du inte godkänner pussattacken. Det handlar inte om kärlek... det handlar om status och krav med stresspåslag. Questo ci fa capire quanto purtroppo il cemento e la tecnologia abbiamo preso il sopravvento nelle società moderne.

Purtroppo con non pochi effetti sul nostro “essere animali”. L’essere umano si è evoluto in migliaia di anni a contatto con la natura.

Immerso nel verde delle montagne, vicino ai laghi, fiumi, ruscelli, vicino a colline o zone di mare.
I rumori e i colori della natura ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la nostra esistenza.

Oggi viviamo, invece, immersi tra monitor, cemento, rumori assordanti.

Traffico cittadino, smog e ritmi elevati che assorbono non solo energia fisica ma soprattutto mentale.

Assorbono la nostra vitalità!
Non bisogna sorprendersi se la pressione del sangue è alta, se il mal di testa è all’ordine del giorno, se vi sono squilibri nei cicli mestruali.

Problemi di impotenza sessuale, astenia, irritabilità, ansia, depressione, dolori muscolo-scheletrici e malattie metaboliche.
Il corpo non è indistruttibile e ad un certo punto cede.
Sono tanti i medici che consigliano il ritorno alla natura.
Alle persone fortemente stressate, esaurite o “spente” viene consigliata la montagna, la pace della naturalità delle cose.
Viene consigliato il “verde”. Studi in merito hanno dimostrato che la combinazione sinergica di esercizio fisico ed esposizione alla natura è vincente.

Gli spazi aperti potrebbero essere usati come un potente strumento per aiutare a combattere la crescente incidenza sia di inattività fisica che di malattie non trasmissibili.
Evita di rifugiarti nei centri commerciali per passatempo.
Appena puoi scappa nella natura, immergiti nel verde.

“Het is ongelofelijk. Ik kan weer vrij ademen na mijn acute bronchitis aanval”

Gisteravond kwam een lieve vrouw binnen bij ons in de kliniek. Ik merkte dat zij een piepende ademhaling had. Zij had een acute bronchitis aanval waar zij normaal 3 weken van moest herstellen. Na een uur in de zoutkamer, was het helemaal weg! Haar stem veranderde in een totaal andere stem.
Wat ben ik blij voor haar dat de zoutkamer haar heeft geholpen! -

Idag fortsätter inlägget om den första byggstenen i effektiv stresshantering:

Anpassa din stressnivå som består av de två stressnivåerna i kroppen: - Akut stressnivå i kroppen vid en viss tidpunkt - Grundstressnivån som är den stressnivå som man igenomsnitt upplever under en längre period.
Igår beskrev jag 3 Vanliga symptom på en förhöjd grundstressnivå.  Här är ytterligare 3:
4 Har under dagtid en snabb takt i rörelser, forcerat tal och gång, kanske har någon i omgivningen till och med påtalat det
5 Upplever snabba förändringar i känslostämningar med reaktioner som är mycket starkare och svårare att kontrollera än normalt, det vill säga volymknapparna på känslorna upplevs som skadade.
6 Problem med att komma ihåg saker och har svårigheter att koncentrera sig.

Hi from the sauna! Sweating it out to compensate for sitting in the home office all day studying 💦 Recently, life’s looked like this: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sunday: study + work
Monday: study + work
Tuesday: study + blog work
Wednesday: class + study + gym
Thursday: study + gym + GRA work
Friday: gym + study + wedding work

And I also try to sleep at least 7 hours on nights I’m not working 🙈 Needless to say, I need some way to relieve stress and show myself some appreciation. I also found some ways to sprinkle in some “fun” to make sure I stay sane, like going to a concert or see a movie. So happy it’s Friday! Studying all day today, working a wedding tonight, and dinner with friends tomorrow 🙌 Hope you all are finishing the week off strong 💪❤️

Always #travelling? ✈️ The answer is no. Always #working. Don’t let #socialmedia fool you... It only shows half of what is real. Don’t be deceived by instagram newsfeeds! Picture perfect moments do exist, but they exist amongst the real-life moments - those that don’t get captured or documented.
My own Instagram profile only shows the moments of travels, when in real life I am working my butt off to grow professionally (and make those travels happen too). Beyond the #pictureperfect lie #stress, hard work and busy #lifestyle. So the only message I would like to send across is - don’t compare yourself to others and don’t be intimidated. Be #authentic and live YOUR life. 🧁
