    So today I've restarted cycle 1 and gonna a get back on this properly again! After finishing cycle 3 I'm halfway back to my start weight again, so I'm not too happy with that and want it back off! My fitness has dropped, energy levels dropped and slightly back into old eating habits. @missdee_w_fitness is starting again but sadly not feeling great tonight so she didnt workout. Workout 1 has killed me but I'll get back to it! #90dayplan #joewicks #thebodycoach #cycleone #cardio #workout #fittness #weightloss

The last few weeks I’ve been spending less and less time on my phone scrolling through Instagram.
To be honest it’s been so refreshing and I have found that I’m spending more time on making memories than being stuck to my phone.
So I thought I’d share what I’ve done.
1. move Instagram icon to another page and don’t have it on your first page. This means I have been less inclined to look at it and I’ve almost forgotten completely that it’s there.
2. I have been religious in not looking at it as soon as I wake up in the mornings. I either make sure I get to the gym first or have breakfast before I do the morning scroll
3. Do a digital detox, this all stated when I did a 48 hr instagram detox thanks to @48hourchallenge 
4. Realise that scrolling does you absolutely no good and adds no value to your life.
5. Understand that you’re not missing out on anything!! Don’t get FOMO - there’s nothing to be FOMO about! 
Hope these tips help you a little in spending a bit less time on the square grid and enjoying your life more 😘

Travelling makes following the plan more difficult but tried to make the right choices today 💁‍♀️ Arrived home this evening and did W04, killer!! 😓

Hotel Breakfast: scrambled egg, tomato & bacon. Natural yoghurt with fruit & nut.
Canteen Lunch: Pork skewer with wild rice & broccoli
Dinner: Mac 'n' Cheese 😍

    Day 20 of the 90 day challenge.

Hooray!!! I finally found a pair of high waisted shorts that fit perfectly, after already sending 2 different brands back 🤦🏻‍♀️ Todays HIIT session has taken it out of me, don't you hate it when you lay down...knowing you have to get back up at some point 😂

Only 10 days left off this cycle now, I can't wait to see the food changes and different workouts for the 2nd! 🏋🏻‍♀️

    Shape of the day after a full week of the 90 day plan from @thebodycoach 
Session du jour done ✅ 💪🏻j’ai fait la session 5 du programme, et mon bilan après avoir essayé toutes les sessions proposés par @thebodycoach, est que se sont des sessions très variées, avec des rythme très différents, et qui sont très physiques 🥵. Aujourd’hui la session était composé de 10exos en 40/20 en 2 tours puis d’une session d’abdos de 4 exos en 20/10 en 2 tours 🤪🥵💪🏻 Je suis plus que KO, mais la sensation à la fin en vaut le coup. 
J’ai commencé le HIIT avec une douleur au genoux gauche qui heureusement c’est atténué au cours de la séance 🙈

    Not had a stir fry in ages so I dusted off the wok and knocked something up. Stir frys are a great open for you non-training days as they can be low carb and high protein as this one is. I went easy on the sauce as I wasn't having it with rice or noodles.

    Leftover broccoli in the fridge couldn't be left for any longer so here I come with this simple and healthy recipe inspired by @thebodycoach for broccoli cakes, fritters, burgers whatever you call them there absolutely worth to try 💚 
I love #nowaste food recipes and this one calls for whole broccoli not only florets. 
I'm serving my broccoli cakes with garlic and dill sauce and simple salad.
So let's get started ❤
• Pre heat the oven to 200°C
• Steam your broccoli, allow to cool a bit and chop well into small pieces • In the large bowl combine chopped broccoli, grated carrot, finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, handful of grated cheddar cheese, 2 eggs, 2- 3 spoons of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and fresh parsley. Mix well together.
• Scoop a spoonful of the mixture in your hand, shape it and cover with breadcrumbs. Lie the cakes on the baking sheet, brush with some olive oil and bake for 15 min.
□ Garlic and dill sauce
2 cloves of garlic
handful of fresh dill
4tbsp of natural yogurt
2 tbsp of mayo
Salt and pepper .

We often classify foods as healthy or unhealthy, but this is often not really fair. It is all about the way it is prepared, when it is eaten and who is eating it. 🤔⠀

For example: protein is good for muscle mass, weight loss and is really satiating. Sounds good right? But for some with kidney problems it is recommended to avoid protein. 🍽️⠀

Also the way you prepare your food is really important, when you are eating out it if often not as healthy as home made! 🍳⠀

2. Honey, some quick carbs good for pre workout for example!⠀

4. Pork meat. Try to go for the leanest source you can find. ⠀

5. Eggs, they are demonized by the media. But eggs are really nutritious. ⠀

6. Red meat. Again go for some lean sources that are full of protein!⠀

7. Popcorn. Best home made!⠀

8. Chocolate, did you know that dark chocolate is good for you? Full of antioxidants. ⠀
