Uso minha força pra ajudar e proteger os meus amigos, mesmo que acabe derrubando e quebrando algumas coisas pelo caminho. Sou um pouco atrapalhado sim, talvez seja pelo meu tamanho. É difícil não causar algum pequeno acidente, entrando em ruínas e cavernas tão apertadas. Mas se você não se importar com isso, pode vir comigo!

Syksy lähestyy 🍁kesä on ladattu motivaatiota , oon miettinyt kunnon treeni tavoitetta ja yhtenä vaihtoehtona on flägin maailmanennätys mikä on tällä hetkellä 1 min 6 sekunttia.

    Hit a new 1 rep max PR on strict Overhead Press of 185lbs🔥💪 Never really been strong on Overhead Press for my bodyweight but something I'm definitely going to work on🏋️‍♂️ The goal is 225lbs for 1 rep so stay tuned for that lol😅

    Yup, I fucked up. It's out of focus the whole time, and I dunno why, so yea... Enjoy...? Anyhow, those I feel are V6 and V7. Despite sending them, I felt weak and not on top of my game, so I called it a day after those.

Our gym got a slab, so I spent an hour trying to implement youtube tutorial tips on improving slab climbing, but alas, to no avail. My shoes were a problem; and however bad this sounds, tight and agressive shoes are really painful on slabs. Next time I'll give it a go with far more mellow Miuras, and then, if I don't send that god-fucked V4, I'll quit slabs once and for all

If someone asks me to go slabing, I'll politely explain that I'm not interested im cheese-grating face first down a rock, and instead, propose an overhang crag with real climbing. Afterall, best boulders are overhangy, and I doubt there'll be a comp climber out of me so I don't feel a need to waste time doing something I, wholeheartedly, despise.

Ljeto se lagano završava i uskoro ulazimo u fitness sezonu. Sve više ćemo slušati o “promjenama” do Nove godine, a kasnije i o “promjenama” nakon Nove godine. Koliko puta ste čuli da neko počinje sa vježbanjem od 1og u mjesecu, ili od idućeg ponedjeljka?

Kada ljudi žele smršati, prva stvar koja im se savjetuje je da krenu sa dijetom i sa vježbanjem. To je dobar savjet, ali… Sad se sjetite koliko ljudi ste čuli da kažu da su skinuli veliki broj kilograma pa ih ponovno vratili?
.
Sad se vratimo na savjet o dijeti i vježbanju, to je dobar savjet ali postoji problem sa takvim pristupom. Dijeta i vježbanje su učinkoviti alati za skidanje kilograma, ali to ne rješava stvarni problem. Gotovo svaka dijeta će na početku djelovati i davati rezultate ako je poštujemo. Međutim, jeste li se zapitali, šta je debljanje ustvari? Opišimo to kao nuspojavu načina na koji neki ljudi žive svoj život. Ono što će vam stvarno pomoći da smršate i da zadržite teško stečenu liniju su promjene životnih navika! Tek kada promijenite svoj životni stil, događaju se stvarne, trajne promjene!

Problem kod velikog broja ljudi je što ne žele mijenjati loše životne navike, žele nastaviti jesti brzu hranu, ogromne količine šećera, piti nezdrava kalorična pića, a pored svega toga izgledati dobro. Veliki problem predstavljaju i nerealna očekivanja ljudi i želja za brzim rezultatima uz što manje truda i zalaganja. Zbog toga danas i imamo ogorman broj fitness prevara gdje nam nude određene preparate ili šejkove pomoću kojih  ćemo izgubiti veliki broj kilograma u rekordnom roku. Sad se sjetite one priče o vraćanju kilograma nakon nekog vremena! Tijelo nakon velikih deficita postaje kao spužva koja sve upija ako ne pratimo ishranu na pravi način!

Ne čekajte ponedjeljak, januar ili šta već da biste se pokrenuli, pokrenite se odmah! Pojačajte fizičku aktivnost, pojačajte kretanje tokom dana, očistite ishranu od nezdravih namirnica, povećajte broj obroka i unos vode tokom dana i učinite nešto dobro za sebe i svoj život!

    Often talked about for its benefits, rarely executed on. .
Sleep is arguably one of the, if not the most easily modifiable performance/health/wellness enhancing intervention you can do. .
The laundry list of enough sleep benefits goes on for days. It is my number one ☝️non-negotiable when it comes to my health and wellness. .
Sleep isn’t just going to bed... it’s actually sleeping while in bed (quality versus quantity). .
Bedroom temperature (64-68)
.
Dark room (block out small lights)
.
Ambient noise if needed .
No water before bed .
Limit room actives to sleeping and sex (don’t watch TV in it, don’t play on your phone)
.
Have a bedtime routine
.
Have a regular bedtime .
Self meditation or belly breathing can help
.
Supplementation if needed (glycine and magnesium)
.
No video games or high CNS stimulating events before bed .
.
Sleep is extremely important - we like to throw that out there and just assume people follow up with it. If you are out of practice when it comes to sleeping well, get back into it. Small steps go a long way. Make it a habit to better your health. .
