    Which recovery method is for you?

A common shortcoming we find with some of the ultra running population is the lack of focus on appropriate recovery and rest! 
To succeed during a multi-stage race, being able to go again is one of the most important factors for success, and to do well in your training it is exactly the same. After managing load, nutrition and sleep there are lots of things we can do to keep our bodies in check. 
The Ultra X team has been spending the last couple of months trialing some of the various methods out there - everything from cupping to cold baths - with a simple method - Hammer ourselves in training and then try one of them! Check out the latest media piece (link in bio), where we discuss what's out there.
