    Caesar Salad by Bella Vita

The overall food at Bella Vita was delicious and I believe if compared from Defence branch, Sindhi Muslim branch is better in taste.

As I had lack of appetite that day so I ordered something light, a salad, which tasted very good. The vegetables were fresh and chicken was good. However, there was still a little space for improvement. 
Since I was made to taste the food of almost every of my friend who was there with me and this wasn’t the first time I have been to Bella Vita, I can say indeed their food is really good in taste and presentation.

    Different sort of breakfast bowl this morning: - Unsweetened @foragerproject yogurt (aka my favorite #dairyfree yogurt) mixed with almond milk and 🥜🥜 flour
- Cinnamon-vanilla zucchini - Freshly made #vegan blueberry cornbread, recipe by @emilieeats. The recipe is for muffins but I cooked it in mini bread pans instead — this is seriously the best sweet cornbread ✨

    It isn’t too early to start planning your patch. Spring is on its way 🌻. Growing your own food is actually quite simple. Yes it takes a little time, but things like tomatoes, lettuce, capsicum — basic kitchen crops — are very forgiving. You will be amazed by how much fun gardening can be, and the pride you take in sharing healthy food nurtured by your own efforts.

    🌱Cauliflower ‘Hot Wings’ with oil-free and gluten-free options🌱

🌱Recipe: Wash and cut 1 cauliflower head into bite-size florets. Prepare batter:mix dry ingredients 🥄3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or rice flour for gluten-free), 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, several turns black pepper, pinch of salt (to taste). Mix wet ingredients🥄1/2 cup plant milk + 1/2 cup water. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients gradually while mixing to remove any lumps. Dip cauliflower florets into batter one at a time, shaking of any excess. Place on lined baking sheet. Roast at 400F for 20 minutes, flipping half way. While cauliflower is roasting, prepare sauce. 🌱Sauce: Whisk together 2 tbsp tamari, 2 tbsp sriracha, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1+1/2 tsp tapioca starch. (Optional: Heat 1 tbsp vegan butter in saucepan until melted. Remove saucepan from stove and whisk sauce into melted butter while saucepan is still hot. Keep whisking until sauce thickens.) For oil-free version, transfer mixed sauce directly to saucepan and whisk while heating until starts to thicken. Dip roasted cauliflower florets into sauce one at a time, using your hands to generously coat each floret. Roast on lined baking sheet at 400F about 30 minutes, flipping half way, until florets start to darken. Enjoy!

    I’ve been on a taco kick lately and I am not mad about it 🙌🏻 This is one of my favorite recipes, which is the perfect mid-week lunch (and dinner 🙊). I’ve also recently discovered the magic of heating up the @sietefoods tortillas in a pan to get them justttt crispy enough to add a slight crunch. I got a lot of other great finds at Sprouts yesterday that I’ll share in my stories too. Happy Wednesday! ✨

    🥳I only went and did it,  I sowed the seeds, I whinged about the pricking out, I saved them (lost a few) through an attack of onion root fly but would I do it again? YES!! The proof is in the pudding look at those beauties 🤩I even have twins 👀 they’ve now budged the others off the drying rack and will hopefully get a bit more of that sunshine that decided to show up again and I won’t have to be like a yo yo with the polythene cover (just as I typed this the heavens opened 🙄) happy soggy Saturday eve from our corner of Cornwall 💚#gyo #onions #fromseed #kitchengarden #allotment #greenthumb #gardening #growyourownfood #growyourown #organic #veggies #allium #harvest

    Ajjj, nie nadążamy z podawaniem Wam obiecanych przepisów 🙈 My tu pędzimy dopiero z przepisem na ziemniaczane kotleciki ze szpinakiem, na które czekacie już od zeszłego tygodnia (ich zdjęcie w pierwszej wersji znajdziecie w poście z 5. sierpnia), a przecież Wy już zacieracie rączki na kolejny przepis - na chlebki z patelni z poprzedniego zdjęcia🙏

Wiemy, że wielu z Was już rozgrzewa patelnie🍳 żeby szybciutko wrzucić na nie chlebki, tylko że... my zgubiliśmy kartkę z zapisanym przepisem 🙈🙈🙈 Ajjj🤦‍♀️ wybaczycie? 🤷‍♀️ Musimy teraz jeszcze raz od nowa kombinować ze składnikami (na szczęście pamiętamy, co użyliśmy). Jak osiągniemy efekt z poprzedniego zdjęcia, to przepis na chlebki od razu do Was poleci 💕

Na pocieszenie łapcie ten przepis na ziemniaczane kotleciki. To jest ich wersja ulepszona. Są cudownie delikatne w środku, a chrupiąca skórka z zewnątrz ukoi Wasze zmysły. No i ta szpinakowa nuta - ona dopełnia całości, która na pewno przypadnie Wam do gustu.
