Bom, tudo depende da forma como você organiza a brincadeira. Pra ilustrar isso, da uma olhada nesse "preview". Os dois primeiros exercícios executados por Dimitri Koklov, russo, 1.83m, 105kg.

Sabe aquele negócio de Tabata? 20:10? Então, ele levou isso para um outro nível, rsrsrs. .
Durante 20s ele executa o maior número de repetições de um exercício, nos 10s restante ele descansa. Faz isso sem interrupções... e acaba absurdamente ofegante no final. Só pra você ficar com raiva, o treino foi assim:

1. Muscle Snatch 93kg 7 repetições
2. Dead Lift 184kg 8 repetições
3. Remada Alta 75kg 16 repetições
4. Desenvolvimento 93kg 7 repetições
5. Extensão Lombar 44kg 10 repetições 
6. HSPU 9 repetições 
7. Thruster 143kg 5 repetições 
8. Back Squat Jump 52kg 13 repetições .
Só isso!

    bc I guess deficit deadlifts it where it’s at, coach had me hit 3 sets of 10 with overhand grip @ 220lbs/99.8 kgs (this was taken the same day as the squat video that’s why I have the same outfit on lol) #marathoncontinues 🏁🏁

    Super proud of my client Alex we’ve been training for 9 weeks he’s super dedicated does 3 sessions a week. His goal is to gain size and strength.
When we first started he wasn’t very mobile and found it pretty difficult to get in the right position to squat and deadlift but perseverance has paid off.
Some people will massively criticise his technique but it’s his first time lifting 100kg so I was expecting some not so pretty reps. But nonetheless the power and strength is there.

So much for a rest day you guys. 😂 I was this 👌🏻 close to not going to the gym today. I went...and today makes day 26 in a row that ive worked out in the gym! 💪🏻 I could telllll that my body needed a break from lifting, so I just did some chill cardio today(as chill as it can be when youre watching your team get their butts kicked on the Tv) and let me tell you, I feel so much better than I wouldve felt if idda stayed on my couch.  ALSOOOOO...This PF shirt just keeps getting looser and looser! I remember when I couldnt even squeeze into this sucker! I told the person when i signed up that I was an XL because idk, i was embarrassed to say I actually needed a 2X? 🤷‍♀️

    The variety in this program is crazy! She's got me doing moves that I never even dreamt of, and each one challenges me to my very core (no pun intended😜).

I knew this thing would be different, and part of me didn't want to try it because of that. But like they say, if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!

    All you have to do is show up 🤷🏽‍♂️ I never expect perfection, but I demand consistency. The essence of fitness was built upon mistakes, adjustments and lessons you learn along the way. Do not be afraid to challenge yourself, just show up and you will be just fine.

Growth comes from continuous action and nothing get easier by avoiding it. If you think back to any uncomfortable situation you have ever experienced I guarantee you can say you learned a lot from it regardless of the outcome. Experience is a foundation of confidence, failure is the stepping stone of success.

Don’t try to be perfect, just show up. Don’t try to do it all at once, just keep showing up. Don’t worry about what anyone thinks about you, just keep fucking showing up. And you will be just fine.

    🙌 Shoutout to @thejakegarwood for breaking even on his garage gym. He’s been building it since March and this past Monday marked the day he had made more money flipping equipment than he had buying equipment. Congrats, dude. Gym looks great! Any other flippers out there?
