This struggle is real.When you can exercise but control on diet isn't possible for you as you don't have that will power to be disciplined always.I don't say every fat person eats fat but diet has a major role in shedding extra kgs which isn't achieved by many and i too failed in it.I hope to see experiences of fat people in comments or how they changed themselves forever.

- Boerenkool taart -
Ondanks dat ik (Chantal) heb gestoeid met het maken van een goede foto, was deze boerenkooltaart zeker de moeite waard 😍 .
Deze at ik gisteren avond, ik was al om 17.00 uur klaar met werk, dus lekker wat tijd over om wat meer tijd te besteden aan het avondeten.
.
Voor dit recept liet ik mij inspireren door @ursieskeuken Mega veel groenten en ik ben dol op taart 🥰
.
Het enige wat ik veranderde was de bodem: die heb ik gemaakt van zelfgemaakte volkorendeeg en ik maakte m vega met stukjes dés.
.
Dit heb je nodig;
- voor de volkorenbodem mix je 250 gr volkoren meel met 250 gr kwark, 3 el olie en 1 snuf zout
.
- 300 gr boerenkool
- 1 bouillonblokje
- 4 teentjes knoflook
- 4 tl paprikapoeder, 2 tl knoflookpoeder, zout en peper - 2 witte uien
- 1 paprika
- pakje dés ( @quorn_nl )
- 4 eieren
- 75 gr geraspte kaas (ik deed 30+)
- 200 ml kookroom
.
Dit moet je doen;
- kook de boerenkool zo'n 30 minuten samen met het bouillonblokje,
- doe de deeg in de ovenschaal,
- snijd de paprika en ui
- verhit een beetje olie, bak de dés samen met de paprika, ui en voeg na 3 minuten de kruiden toe
- giet de boerenkool heel goed af (belangrijk!) En doe het ook in de pan en bak dit kort even mee
- mix de eieren met de room en kaas
- zorg er voor dat er bijna geen vocht meer in het mengsel zit (giet het desnoods af) en schep het in de deegvorm
- zet zo'n 40 minuten in de oven🙃

Wel iets meer werk dan je van ons gewend bent.. maar geloof me, hij is de moeite waard!❤

What I am today (almost all pictured):
1. Breakfast was coffee one day I’ll be good. (3pts)
2. Built bar and water. (3pts)
3. Lunch was 3oz of salsa chicken with cheese, 1/2 cup jasmine rice, and blueberries and grapes. (6pts)
4. A large half coffee half French vanilla from Tim Hortons. (11pts) The boys went skating and I was freezing.
5. Hubby surprised us with Family Day pizza, I caved and had 2 slices. (21pts)

I’m disappointed in myself, but I’ll do better.

👩🏻I got this!! I just officially joined WW (Weight Watchers) after binge watching many YouTubers, scouring Instagram, Pinterest, etc. for about a month or so preparing myself and I am so excited to begin my journey to exactly where I want to be again. I have been lazy and complacent with my health and I’m done with that now. I want to set a great example for my 4 girls by being active and healthy and I know I can do this. I don’t want to have an exact “number” that I’m shooting for, but I’m thinking I have around 80ish lbs or so to lose. It’s a BIG goal and quite frankly a little overwhelming, but with baby steps and small changes at a time I know I can do this. Walking, standing, working, sleeping, SITTING UPRIGHT... like⁣⠀
in this picture!!! I remember times I’d be sitting in class and dropping a pencil and knowing there was no point in trying to get it because there was NO WAY I’d be able to reach it with this belly in the way! I see pictures of myself like the one on the right NOW, and I’m shocked I’m able to move and bend the way I can now! I cross my legs when I sit down now BECAUSE I CAN💁🏼‍♀️😂 Sometimes when I’m driving I even put my foot up on the seat and there’s room! I remember all the times my thighs were so close to the wheel I thought “if I get any bigger, I literally will not be able to fit in the driver’s seat😳”. You guys know I LOVEEE celebrating the little NSV ‘s!! (Non-Scale Victories)🤩 What are some of your favorite NSV ‘s?!⠀

On Valentine’s Day my partner and I went to @sandrinocafe and got these amazing starters that we would 100% get again 😍 I started the Valentine’s Day weekend at 65.7kg and today I’m 66.2kg so I’m slowly loosing the valentines gain aha.

After being gone from home for 13 hours, ending with an 🏥 urgent care visit because my day I guess wasnt exciting enough....🙄.....I had to get creative with a quick dinner. @daksspices Blackened seasoning to the rescue! I quickly thawed some shrimp, sauteed in a pan with a sprinkling of seasoning. Threw those on a bowl of spring mix and spinach, chopped red onion, cucumber, 1T shredded parmesan and a pinch of Kirkland bacon crumbles for an amazing ✌point salad. 🥗. Dressing was zero point ranch. ⬅️ to see seasoning.

Super vulnerable post but I need to give myself a reality check... these photos are from last Tuesday. 2.11.20. I’m 195.4 lbs. I tried this bathing suit on and thought the front wAs super flattering and pretty, and then I turned around 😳😩😭. I’m 195.4 and that’s only 7.8 lbs from my starting weight. And for being 7 months in, it’s all on me. I have regained 6 of the 15ish lbs I lost. I had a cheat week for Christmas... turned to New Years... turned to January.... I’ve been doing a LITTLE better but if I’m being honest with myself, I could do better by a LOT. This photo is my wake up call. This instagram is to keep me accountable. Not pretend I’m doing great when I’m not. So here’s a bathing suit pic that made me cry. May I have an after soon that makes me grin! .

I bought this @foodstirs cookie mix a while back and made them tonight! I used apple sauce instead of butter. They came out a little spongy but not in a bad way! They taste great and are 3sp each. I’m deff going to keep an eye out for other mixes that are lower in points.

289 to 169.8. The WW topic for this week is about not obsessing over the scale. We can get so caught up in the numbers- weight, BMI, clothing sizes, etc. While those things are great when they show us the results we expected, they can be so discouraging when they don’t. Anyone doing this for a while knows that they don’t always give us the results that we worked so hard to see. The numbers on my photo tell you that I’ve lost 119.2 pounds. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good for me. What they don’t tell you is about the blood, sweat and tears that I’ve put into that 119.2 pounds and that I’m still on this journey, still working hard to get to my healthy weight.
As hard as it is, try to really put emphasis on your non-scale victories. Look at photos like these of yourself and reflect not on the numbers, but on your weight loss story. We all have one and those numbers aren’t going to tell it. So hang on to that! Don’t give the scale the power to take away your victories. saftige Rinderpfanne
Immer wenn ich beim All-you-can-eat beim Asiaten bin, gab es dort so geniales Rinderfleisch und ich hab es versucht nach zu kochen und es ist mir absolut gelungen.
Es ist total simple, aber sooooo lecker!

Beim abnehmen ist es auch sehr wichtig gesunde Fette zu sich zu nehmen, daher habe ich mir für einen Avocado Dip entschieden.

Für 2 Portionen benötigt ihr:
- 2 Paprika
-1 rote Zwiebel (geht auch weiß)
-1-2EL Soja Soße
-Salz, Pfeffer
-1 halbe Avocado
-1 Rindersteak/oder Filet
-etwas Skyr/Joghurt

1.Die Paprika in Streifen und die Zwiebel in grobe Stücke schneiden

2.Das Rind in Streifen schneiden.

3.Das Gemüse dünsten, Fleisch dazu anbraten und mit der Soja Soße löschen und köcheln lassen. Gerne eine Priese Zucker mit rein um das ganze abzurunden.

4.Die Avocado mit einer Gabel zerquetschen, mit dem Skyr cremig anrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

Es handelt sich hier um eine Low-Carb Version, anstatt der Avocado kann man auch gerne Reis dazu servieren. *Die Kalorien beziehen sich auf die Hälfte der Pfanne. Bzw. eine Portion.

/ #wwambassador/ On Sundays I typically will try a “new to me” recipe or a recipe that makes a big batch to use for leftovers for lunch. Then M-F, I keep to recipes that I’ve either made before or I know by heart. Just makes life easier after working all day 😂 But Sunday’s: that’s my day to try the new stuff 🎉 tonight’s dinner: @theskinnyishdish one pot bacon cheeseburger pasta 🥓🍔 helllooo yum! Super easy to make and for a heaping serving of 1.5 cups- it’s a winner!
