    I've been a huge fan of the wines from small batch Okanagan wine producers @BottegaWineStudio for a few years now.  Daniel and Kristine named their rosé-exclusive brand "Seven Directions" after their blended family of seven, and to represent how their lives were being pulled in seven directions (glad one of those directions was wine making!). Their rosés are sourced from single vineyard, single varietal and sustainably farmed grapes in the Okanagan. This cab franc rosé comes from the Fruitdale Ridge vineyard in Osoyoos, and only 440 cases were made, so get it while you can!  They sell out every year. Their 2018 Pinot Noir rosé from the Tractor and Vines vineyard in Summerland is already sold out. I drank this delicious, dry cab franc rosé on its own but it would also be a perfect dinner rosé to pair with a special meal. I found this bottle in Vancouver at @legacyliquorstore.  Love following (and tasting 🥂) along with these guys year after year. .

Поэтому, 30 августа мы приглашаем Вас на авторскую дегустацию эксклюзивных коньяков 𝓜𝓮𝓾𝓴𝓸𝔀 и бархатных сигар.  Золотая или чёрная пантера в прыжке — символ, знакомый всем ценителям коньяка, 🥃олицетворяющий изящество и силу хищник стал дизайнерским элементом 𝓜𝓮𝓾𝓴𝓸𝔀 в 1990 году и встречается как на этикетках, так и в виде выпуклости на бутылке — в зависимости от класса и вида напитка.
Специалисты 𝓜𝓮𝓾𝓴𝓸𝔀 убеждены, что лучшие качества их коньяка — результат смешения спиртов со всех шести регионов провинции Шаранта. Вино с собственных виноградников перегоняется в двух аламбиках, выдержка коньяка проходит в бочках из лимузенского дуба, напиток обладает округлым, шелковистым, слегка маслянистым и мощным вкусом с тонами сухофруктов и цукатов, нюансами карамели, миндаля и корицы. Послевкусие мощное и продолжительное, с оттенками ванили. 
Дегустацию будет проводить Юлия Бронникова- профессиональная сомелье, международный член ассоциации сомелье Украины. 
Также в качестве закусок от нашего шефа Игоря Бочева будет представлен эксклюзивный сет, чтобы особо подчеркнуть вкус, и раскрыть все грани напитков в этот вечер. ✔️Начало дегустации 19:00.

🍇Uva: Loureiro. Uma das uvas mais usadas para vinhos verdes. Outro vinho verde, comparamos um com o outro as cegas e gostamos mais da Arinto por ser menos doce e com mais acidez e com mais complexidade nos aromas. 👁Esse também de um amarelo palha, muito brilhante, bem claro. 👃🏻Apresentou aroma de abacaxi mais intenso, pêssego, maracujá doce (aquele roxo). 😛Na taça tinha até um pouco de efervescência, pouco persistente, baixo alcool, corpo leve. Tivemos a sensação de ser mais doce que a Arinto, para quem gosta de vinhos mais doces é uma boa opção. 🍷🍽Harmonização: Bacalhau com broa e grelos. 💰Custou R$ 39,90 no pão de açucar. . 🇺🇸President's Table, 2018, DOC Verde Wine, Portugal🇵🇹. 🍇Grape: Loureiro.  One of the most used grapes for vinhos verdes.  Another vinho verde, we compare blindly with Arinto and we liked Arinto better because it is less sweet, with more acidity and more complex aromas. 👁This is also a very bright, very light straw yellow.
👃🏻 This one have a more intense pineapple aroma, peach, passion fruit (that purple one) aromas. 😛In the glass was even a little effervescence, not so persistent, low alcohol, light body.  We had the feeling of being sweeter than Arinto, for those who like sweeter wines is a good option. 🍷🍽 Harmonization: Bacalhau with broa and greens.
