•Foundations •Performance •HIIT - Each athlete will progress at their own pace with the guidance of our trained and certified coaches - limiting injury, and maximizing the fullest potential of every participant. We are playing NO GAMES 🔥

Good Captain’s Lifting today with @ace_tuna . Doubles between 120kg-125kg in the snatch that I actually liked. Two waves of low block cleans up to 170kg/375lb which I didn’t care for very much.

Even if things weren’t perfect, it was nice cap to the best week of training I’ve had in roughly 6 months. #6weeksout today and rage training in full effect.

Today, I achieved! I am trying to make friends with running. I think we’re slowly building an amicable relationship. Though it’s not something I would ever CHOOSE to do, I do want to be at peace with it being in my workouts. So, today I ran 3 sets of 800mts without stopping or slowing to a walk once. And I’m pretty fucking wrapped with that! Yes, it was a slow pace, and yes, it hurt. But I did it! And that’s all that matters 💪🏼

So on Thursday I had to get up earlier than normal but I wasn't able to eat anything till 12 so I decided to go by @hobbsburgerco for a burger resembling the double down from kfc.

Later in the day I had some chicken and rice and for dinner I had a aldi pizza because I was busy in the hospital with my mum.

The gym session felt great which was good after the past few days not being great

Bei mir ist momentan ganz schön der 🦠 drin ( #dauerkrankseit6wochen 😷). Aber auch wenn es mal nicht so gut läuft, sollte man nicht sein Ziel vor Augen verlieren. ☝🏼😌 Solange ich nicht ins Training bei @crossfit_rhein_neckar kann, arbeite ich durch tägliches Yoga (20min) und Meditation (10min) an einem anderen Teilbereich der Fitness: Mentale Stärke 🧘🏼‍♀️. Und versuche meine gesunde Ernährung weiter durchzuziehen. Krank sollte man nicht trainieren, Gesundheit geht immer vor. 🥰🥰
