    WHEN I WAS A FITNESS TODDLER I believed that protein was to be avoided because it promoted fat gain, I believed fruit could be eaten as much as I wanted and if I couldn't stick to my diet for a meal I threw the diet out the window and then ate everything in sight.

    LES MOUVEMENTS TRICHÉS

Il y a le « cheating » qui est un outil d’intensification redoutable si bien utilisé. Et il y a l’ego-lifting: prendre plus lourd, pour s’autosatisfaire.

Quand je rentre dans une salle pour m’entrainer, coacher, ou faire passer un examen, j’aime regarder ce que font les adhérents.

Et l’immense majorité trichent dès la toute première répétition.

À un point où je me demande parfois si cette personne est aidée à faire du développé couché, ou si finalement c’est quelqu’un qui fait du rowing barre qui est assisté par quelqu’un en dessous?

Ce qu’il faut rappeler, c’est que tu t’entraines pour stimuler ton corps. C’est la stimulation qui envoie un certain signal à ton corps, qui va ensuite te faire progresser.

En trichant, tu retires de la stimulation. Tu retires donc directement de tes progrès proportionnellement à ta mauvaise exécution.
-
Si tu veux devenir réellement plus fort, meilleur physiquement, rends au contraire chaque répétition de chaque série la plus stimulante possible !

Anastasia and I both started 7-year accelerated medical and dental programs in 2013. We both have been in South Florida getting through MCAT, DAT and several board exams in between! It’s crazy to think we both will be done in just 8 short months! Final push to get to graduation! 🦷 🏥 💉💊
