I get SO MANY messages from girls who tell me that they’re scared to start powerlifting or lift in general because they are scared of looking “manly”.... GURLL, lemme tell you! Things that helped me get mine:
1) Consistency with training! I started my powerlifting program with @get.jagt and @ashh117, which helped me stay accountable and motivated to train.
2) EAT MORE! You can’t expect to grow if you’re not fueling your body right!

I get asked ALOT about how I stay motivated to run/workout and here’s how...🏃🏼‍♀️👇🏼
1. I love running and being active but love my husband and family even more. I want to stay healthy for them and for my future!
2. Decisions I make now are paving the way to my future. By eating healthy and staying active NOW I am creating habits for my future.
3. Running is my way to “vent” and keep anxiety from creeping in. It is so freeing and therapeutic for me!
