    Tired, exhausted, don’t feel like it? Do it anyways!  Be a better version of you for it! 
I was tired, I was exhausted.  I Already did training today out on the range, running errands, checking on work, etc, etc. However, I may have not felt like hitting the gym this afternoon, but when you go the distance and push through, you become a better version of yourself.  I was tired by the time I finished weight lifting but knew I wanted to work on that hand speed and combo pattern...so I pushed myself to do that.  My belief, train to be a better version of you today than from yesterday and harder to kill then the previous day. 
Got to give a huge shout out to @jordanzilla and @zillatrainingnutrition for helping me develop that mindset in the gym.  I never fully understood to carry it over from the training mats and ranges to the gym until I met Jordan and seen his work ethic. Thanks for making a dim bulb brighten just a little my friend.

    Condition check... 🤔 I’m headed in the right direction. 
Always remember as your working hard to develop your physique that it takes years of time to and LOTS of discipline and sacrifice along the way. It’s not about being satisfied once you get to where you going! It’s about LOVING the lifestyle and so much more about your mindset than just physically strenuous exercise. 
If you don’t absolutely love working out then don’t chase a false image that’s not you. If working out makes you happy and you like to push yourself mentally and physically then  you will love the process and therefore you will achieve the results you desire.

Let’s begin by asking ourselves: “Did I think and act in a way this weekend that is helping me or hurting me?” You must be authentic with your deepest self.

Our life experience is always a direct reflection of our thoughts, emotions and actions.

Next, the upcoming week. How do you feel about it? Excited? Dreadful?

What things can you do to make sure you have an amazing week? ▫️
Here are 3 suggestions that will help you crush it this week:

1. Declare from this moment forward that it is going to be an amazing week. Start your day full of excitement, joy and enthusiasm.  Be grateful, not hateful. 😉

2. Know exactly what time you will get your workout in. The expression of human movement in the form of exercise is not only fun, but it is good for your body, mind and spirit. 🏃🏽😅

3. Plan to eat healthy foods that you enjoy. Visualize yourself actually eating those things and the joy it will bring you. We eat healthy foods because they fuel us on all levels. Healthy foods create a healthy body and healthy thoughts. Unhealthy foods, the opposite. ▫️
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday evening and get excited for tomorrow. It’s going to be an amazing week! 🙋🏽‍♂️🦄❤️

People will give up their dreams before they go out and do what they hate to get there.

You have to be fully prepared to do what you hate to get where you want to be. I’m not talking “I hate my job” kinda hate. No, I’m talking sacrifice, giving certain things up, discipline, getting uncomfortable.

Don’t wait for motivation. It’s too inconsistent for you to rely on. .

I don’t scream YAY when my alarm goes off at 4am for me to get up. I’m doing what I hate to get where I want to be. Which is giving up sleep. .

When you do what gets you uncomfortable enough times, it begins to become natural.

Put your goals in head of your convenience. .
.
You’re waiting for whatever is to come to you. Stop it. Achieving your goals will not be convenient. .

Never be outworked. Never settle. And go get it. .
