    time for a lil fitness update ⬇️ ~
I have been intuitive eating for a few months now and balancing working out with a cervical spine injury... I didn’t have many expectations for myself as far as fitness going into this semester, but I just wanted to be healthy and have a good life balance ⚖️ I am so proud of this physique, and this is honestly the happiest I’ve ever been with my body. Not because I am the leanest or most muscular I’ve ever been, but because I feed my body what it wants and needs, and I exercise to feel good mentally and physically 🔆

It’s easy to adopt an all or nothing mindset with fitness, especially after competing. I found myself in that spot, and decided to break the cycle! Fitness is not my top priority anymore, but it is and always will be a big part of my lifestyle. I’ve started putting more time into my studies, relationships, volunteering, and my health, and it truly is paying off in so many ways! ~
Please don’t feel like 3 days at the gym a week is not good enough because the girls you follow lift 6 days a week. Don’t think you will never reach your goals because you ate pizza with your friends after happy hour and you missed a cardio session. Fitness is a tool that can be used by everyone to achieve their personal best self! Take those little steps of drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies, or taking the stairs because they matter, and also enjoy life moments with family and friends 👏🏼 ~

Ihr benötigt für den Boden:
-	75g Mandelmehl
-	75g Magerquark
-	110g Eiklar
-	40g Whey
-	½ TL Natron

Verrührt alle trockenen Zutaten miteinander und gebt sowohl das Eiklar und den Magerquark anschließend dazu. Ihr müsst gut durchrühren damit keine Klümpchen entstehen. Der Teig sollte eine breiige Konsistenz haben. 
Backt den Teig in einer mittelgroßen Springform etwa 12min bei 150-160Grad Heißluft. 
In der Zwischenzeit kocht ihr 1 Päckchen Pudding laut Anleitung und viertelt die Pflaumen. Den Pudding könnt ihr nach Belieben süßen, vergesst den Zimt nicht :) Für die Streusel braucht ihr 25g Mandelmehl, 10g Jogurt, 10g Mandelmus und 10g Erythrit, sowie ein Süßungsmittel eurer Wahl. Das müsst ihr alles gut Verkneten bis iht die typisch bröselige Konsistenz von Streuseln habt

Nehmt den halb fertigen Boden aus dem Ofen, gebt den Pudding darauf und verteilt die Pflaumen und die Streusel darauf. Anschließend nochmal 15 min backen und fertig :) Nährwerte :

    The difference between me and you Is that I will be the lonely Dog in the pound that people will Judge right away. Everyone will say I am a joke because of my habits and the choices I make. I will not get the KO in the fight well not at first I will get bloodied, beat up, ganged up on, spit on, laughed at YES I will barely be able to open one Eye because I will almost be beaten to a pulp. Everyday I will need to watch my back and hide just to avoid conflict because I don't know how to properly interact with other Dogs with out pissing them off. I will lay there in my own blood for hours under the night sky crying and balling my eyes out Asking my creator why don't I compare WHY was I created. You won't see my scars because I will better myself with self care sleep, physical excersise, and I will absorb all the knowledge possible to outsmart life and outsmart the other dogs. I will try to implement the things I learned and again I will be ridiculed for my lack of street smarts.

I am a B*** people will say, like I said I will not get the KO but I will craw, roll, flop around to get back on my feet. I am not the baddest mother F*** on earth or in this pound. I was given the key to the castle and the golden thrown at one point. I got all my pack of wolves killed because I watched out for my interest. Let me tell you i have enginnered a pack of zombie wolves in my soul that are becoming unleashed IT took some time, Hell it took years, days, hours. NOW I tell you this if you walk into my pound or Dog yard you will beat me up you will hurt me you will have the upper hand but until all the blood in my body has drained I will flop like a fish DIG deep inside and come out with a smile on my face and my head held high... SO I ASK what is the difference between me and you.. Honestly I accept failure and Losing Can You - this message is to Life in what ever form I see it as - October 19/2019

    Bodybuilding is the toughest sport ive ever been through. One that requires 24/7 dedication and effort. Everyone trains to win and of cos with expectations comes disappointments. We can only improve by accepting criticisms and work on it. No prep is easy and we put our heart and soul into it because of the passion and love of the sport.     I'm super proud of myself for completing week 2 of Insanity! I've always been so afraid to try Insanity. I was convinced I wasn't strong enough, that the workouts were too long, that I would get discouraged because I wouldn't be able to keep up. But my friend @beechballbeatscancer convinced me that I would love it (I love @shaunt and have done 4 of his other programs) and I hesitantly started it 2 weeks ago to make her happy, and hopefully make myself happy too. (I also trusted her recommendation & judgement.) And I fell in love right away! And guess what? The workouts aren't too long, I AM strong enough, and I can keep up a lot of the time! And when I can't, it's okay! Some of the people in the video can't even keep up! Because it's hard! It's not supposed to be easy. But you get stronger and can see how much you grow. That's the point! I'm so glad Lyndsay convinced me to give Insanity a try, and I'm so glad that Shaun T has workout programs like this. He motivates me so much throughout the videos and I know I wouldn't work as hard or have as much fun if it was somebody else yelling at me. I almost can't believe how far I've come since March. I have consistently worked out 4-5 times, sometimes 6 times a week, (always 6 times a week now with insanity!!), kept a fairly healthy eating habit, can now run 5k, and now here I am! Completing week 2 of my most intimidating workout program. I feel absolutely incredible right now.
