    Maxi Dumplings w/Spicy-Ragout Filling by @vegaliciously 🧡

INGREDIENTS:
250 g All-purpose flour
2 dl water
250 g vegan crumbles/minced veggie meat alternative 
1 onion (minced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 carrots (minced)
1 can Italian pelati
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbs Chili 
METHOD
1. Heat the oil, add onion, garlic and carrots and cook until golden.
2. Stir in the “meat” and sauté for 10 minutes. Add in pelati, tomato paste and chili spice, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 1 hour.
4. For the dough, place flour and water in a food-processor und process until you get a smooth dough.
5. Roll out the dough (2 mm thick). Then cut off circles (2 inch. diameter).
6. Place 1 tbsp of ragout on each circle, form the dumplings, then Steam for 20 minutes and serve with chili sauce.

    my mom sent me her homemade carrot cake yesterday in the mail and I couldn’t have devoured it quicker 😍👏🏼🥕 it was missing the cream cheese frosting so I whipped some up: 2 T @lovemyphilly cream cheese, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix all together and refrigerate for 30 mins. ENJOY 🥰 happy Friday friends

We took @nofarmethod yesterday AM and our bodies are seriously feeling the feels right now. Here’s the scoop …

Nofar is an all-star, advanced pilates instructor who currently teaches classes out of Pilates Habitat. Essentially, her classes were so popular & quick to fill that she started renting her own space within the studio to teach her method. Not only is she tough as nails, but her personality makes this class one you’re not going to want to skip (she had us howling!). Nofar’s class is broken into half reformer, half cadillac. Expect to do a lot of different & likely new moves (with a big variety of props) throughout … this is not a class recommended for newbies! Don’t fret though, she will have people demonstrate how each move is done & you’ll never feel confused or like you’re losing out on any part of your workout. Trust us when we say we say you will feel. every. single. move. - & there will be lots of deep exhales at the end of the sets (which we were very much taking part in). She also incorporates much needed stretching throughout, and we love her for it.

PS … we have some ~inside scoop~: rumor has it Nofar will be opening her own studio in a the next 6 months in Flatiron … so stay tuned for more on that! And in the meantime, if you’re unable to snag a spot in one of her classes, don’t sweat it bc she now has NINE other instructors teaching her method, with times available on CP (and she assured us they’ve been taking her class for 5+ years & have her method down pat).     I am so grateful for the bond between my girls. 
I have been choosing to take our time in the mornings. We have stopped rushing for me to squeeze the gym in before work. Part of me is a little frustrated because I am so eager to be toned and my home workouts will not get me there. The bigger part is so happy to spend these moments with them. The extra hour in the morning helps start our day positive. 
I have had to remind myself this fitness life is a life long journey for me. There is no finish line and no deadline. I have transformed my body drastically over the past 9 months. I am amazed at the things I can do. I can play tag with Suzi for ALMOST as long as she can. I fit on kids chairs and I’m not afraid of breaking them. I can carry both girls for a shocking amount of time. I can have dance parties and not get winded. I can fit on a twin bed with both girls. 
My life today is awesome. My body today is amazing.

1/2 cup softened coconut oil
1 egg
1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pumpkin purée
2 cups @kodiakcakes flapjack & waffle mix (i've uses the protein power cake mix too & it works great)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
chocolate chips

directions:
•preheat oven to 350
•cream together wet ingredient & then add dry ingredients
•make heaping tablespoon sized balls & place on greased cookie sheet
•bake 10-12 mins
•enjoy!
