    Budín marmolado muy fácil y riquísimo!!!
La miga es tan liviana y suave que yo sin darme cuenta podría comérmelo entero!
Batir 2 huevos con 175 gramos de azúcar.
Agregar 120 gramos de leche, 120 gramos de aceite neutro (girasol, maíz) y 1 cda de esencia de vainilla.
En un bowl aparte mezclar 125 gramos de harina 0000 y 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear (pueden reemplazar por premezcla sin gluten y polvo de hornear apto, queda bárbaro!).
Volcar esto sobre los húmedos hasta que esté bien integrado. Reservar 1 taza y media de esta mezcla y a eso agregarle 70 gramos de chocolate semi amargo derretido.
Preparar una budinera (pueden hacerlo en cualquier molde si no tienen de budín) con papel aluminio enmantecado o sino enmantecar y enharinar.
Volcar primero toda la mezcla de vainilla y después volcar la de chocolate por encima. Mandarlo al horno a 180 grados hasta que al pinchar con un palito salga limpio!
Yo le puse dulce de leche arriba, es riquísimoo!
Etiqueta a esa persona que sabes que si lo ve lo va a hacer!

    Fajita Chicken Spaghetti Squash 
Okay, so this is my new favorite way to use up leftovers!  Ever cook too much taco/ fajita meat, chili, or pasta sauce? I do all the time and now I will be up-ing my left over game with this twice - baked spaghetti squash concept. 
Okurrtttt!!!! For real, The recipe... 1). Take the squash and Make a few small punctures with a paring knife 
2). Bake at 400 degrees for about 1.5 hours 
3). Take out of oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes 
4). Cut the squash in half, remove the seeds and discard.  Then you want to scoop out the rest and put with your toppings.  Tonight we did fajita. So I mixed chicken breast, black beans, peppers and onions with the squash then back into the squash bowl :) 5). Top with cheese if you wish... if you don’t wish for cheese on top.... I’ll pray for you 
6). Back into oven, I switched over to the broiler because I’m not patient :) 7). Once your cheese is melted take out and ENJOY!!!! Seriously I have all kinds of mix in ideas for this!  Can’t wait to try them! What is your favorite thing to do with spaghetti squash?
