    Hello from the gym 🙋🏽‍♀️ Da wir von morgen bis Sonntag wieder unterwegs sind und ich nicht weiß ob ich in der Zeit ins Training komme, habe ich heute einfach mal Ganzkörper trainiert. Jetzt gerade mache ich noch ein wenig Cardio und lasse euch wissen, dass mein Training absolut bescheiden lief (aber Pump war da) 😂☹️ ich bin vom Wochenende irgendwie mega platt und das hat sich heute auch im Training gezeigt. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Auch bei mir läuft nicht jedes Training bombe und auch ich bin definitiv nicht immer motiviert. 😌 Das einfach mal als kleiner Reminder an euch, wenn ihr mal wieder an euch zweifelt und denkt nur euch geht es so. Was absolut nicht stimmt! 👌

Auf jeden Fall steht noch einiges an heute: zur Post, weiter Kisten packen, Koffer für die nächsten Tage packen, Youtube Video schneiden, Wäsche und Haushalt etc. Die Liste ist lang 💪🏽

    The push pull legs split is perfect for you if you go 5-6 times per week to the gym ! Here you can see the push day where you work your chest , your shoulders and your triceps! Do Around 3-4 sets à 8-12 reps and be consistent! In a few hours I’m gonna upload the PULL DAY !     Belated post from Sunday's workout ⬆️ I really wanted to get a workout in at the weekend last week because I've primarily spent the past 4 focusing on uni work which has involved a lot of sitting down and not much movement.  However, I hadn't been to this gym on my own yet (I've only been a member for 9 months 🙈) and as you can see from my handle gym fear and anxiety is very real for me so I pretty much freaked out on the walk from the car park to the gym. But I did it and I'm so glad I did. Walking out afterwards I felt pretty proud that I stayed and did my whole session and that I didn't give up half way through as I easily could have done. 🏆
Anyway, deadlifts were in my programming and I hadn't done these in so, so long. Staying motivated towards my goals by reflecting how far I’ve made it. 💪🏻☺️ It’s all about consistency. 💯 
Not just in the gym, but about how you fuel your body. People might laugh at you, and they might say little things like “oh not fried, but battered in butter? That’s not much better” BUT it is. It is the little choices you make that actually make the difference. 99.99 % of exercises videos on Instagram are done FOR VIEWS AND ATTENTION. .
I literally have people (mostly women) come to me on a daily basis at the gym, and ask something akin to "I know this exercise looks weird, but... "

My usual answer is: "Let me just stop you right there. You answered your own question. Stop doing Instagram exercises. Do what has worked for pretty much everyone in existence who built an appreciable amount of muscle and a decent physique. "

Same goes for people who offer "daily workouts ". The ONLY reason to change your workout EVERY SINGLE TIME is to... sell a daily workout plan / membership/ whatever. .
Tldr; 
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If it looks too silly to be effective, it probably is.
