1 kg tunjang sapi,potong2 (rebus tunjang sapi bersama 2 batang sereh uk besar,seruas jahe dimemarkan & 3lbr daun salam)rebus hingga empuk,angkat,sisihkan,buang air rebusan 
BAHAN LAINNYA :
1,2 liter air kurang lebih
100 grm @fibercreme 
1 lembar daun kunyit,simpulkan
12 lembar daun jeruk
2 lembar daun salam
4 buah asam sunti
2 batang sereh uk besar,dimemarkan
Seruas lengkuas muda,dimemarkan
Cabe rawit utuh sesuai selera (jika suka pedas)
Garam & gula
Bawang merah goreng buat taburan

BUMBU HALUS :
12 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
6 buah cabe merah keriting
Seruas jahe
Seruas kunyit (bakar dulu biar ga langu)
3 buah kemiri

CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Panaskan minyak di wajan,tumis bumbu halus hingga harum,lalu masukan daun jeruk,daun salam,daun kunyit,asam sunti,sereh & lengkuas.
Lalu masukin tunjang sapi ke dalam tumisan bumbu,aduk rata,tuangkan air,masukan cabe rawit utuh,lalu bubuhkan garam & gula.
Masak hingga mendidih sambil sesekali diaduk,lalu masukan @fibercreme aduk hingga rata,koreksi rasanya,angkat,sajikan bersama taburan bawang goreng.

PER LO STAMPO⁠
Olio di semi_ q.b.⁠

In una teglia con carta forno versa pinoli, pistacchi, mandorle, nocciole e distribuiscili bene con le mani. Cuoci in forno statico a 180° per 5 minuti. Trasferisci su tagliere, aggiungi i gherigli di noce e trita grossolanamente. Versa tutto in una ciotola, unisci i semi di sesamo e mescola.⁠

In un pentolino versa acqua, zucchero e limone. Mescola e fai sciogliere a fuoco moderato. Ci vorranno 20 minuti. Quando sarà ambrato e compariranno delle bollicine in superficie, tuffa la frutta secca tritata e mescola. Lascia cuocere per 2/3 minuti.⁠

Versa poi il composto in uno stampo quadrato (20x20cm) di cui avrai oliato il bordo interno posizionato su carta forno. Distribuisci con un cucchiaio di legno e fai raffreddare a temperatura ambiente per 10 minuti.⁠
⁠
Con un coltello passa lungo il bordo in modo che sia più facile staccarlo. Ribaltalo su tagliere, togli la carta forno e taglia in 8 rettangoli uguali. Il #ccante è pronto!⁠

🕊Akiraシェフポイント
①下味で三温糖を使用する事でお肉を柔らかくします🥩
②豚肉を焼く時は中火。火の通り過ぎを防ぐためアルミで包んで火を通します❣️
③一人暮らしでは腐られがちな根生姜ではなく、ジンジャーエールを使用。気が抜けたジンジャーエールでも使用出来ます✨
ーーーーーーーーーー
<ポークステーキ丼 2人前>
豚ロース肉……………..2枚
玉ねぎ(みじん切り..1/3個
レタス(厚千切り)....1/4玉
ご飯……………..お茶碗2杯
ゆかり…………….お好みで
醤油………………………25g
ジンジャーエール……50g
鷹の爪………….…お好みで
◯下味
三温糖……………….…..40g
塩………………………….少々

作り方
①下準備
前日or半日前のうちに、お肉の筋を切り、三温糖、塩で漬けておくする。
②フライパンをよく熱する。サラダ油を少しだけ引く。
③温度を弱中火にし、脂身がついている部分をフライパンの面につけ、豚の油を出す。鍋肌全体に油が馴染んだら、面を焼いていく。中火にもどす。
④表面のみしっかり焼き色がついたら、アルミホイルで包み、鍋の近くに置いて余熱で火を通す。
⑤鍋に残った部分でソースを作る。油分を軽く取り除き、火を中火でかけて玉ねぎを入れる。
炒まって狐色になってきたら、ジンジャーエールを加えてよく混ぜ、馴染んだら醤油、鷹の爪を加えて軽くとろみつくまで煮詰める。
⑥ご飯にゆかりを混ぜて、どんぶりに盛る。奥側にれたす、手前にスライスした豚肉をのせ、ソースをかける。お好みでさんしょうやニンニクチップ、わさびをどうぞ💁‍♀️

    Honey Sriracha pork tenderloin on the bbq. I'm getting kinda good at this.  And this one was BOMB!! Its great to change up meals once in awhile. 😁 I feel like it was a "cheat meal " it was sooooo good!! Apparently the dog LOVED it too because she stole the packaging out of the garbage .... .

Nothing is better than getting to enjoy some cripsy pork tacos on my favorite themed weekday. Themed dinners help guide what I make for the week; in this case it was the usual taco Tuesday. I love trying different variations of the taco - veggie, pork, beef, chicken, you name it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉 #whatsonmyplate - low carb soft shell, pork made in the #instapot and broiled to get delicious crispiness, @heb mango pico and sour cream, with fresh avocado and cilantro

Maiz is a nourishing food that has been made into many dishes and tamales are an ingenious way to pack a complete meal into a corn husk. All over the continent there exists different versions of what Mexicans call tamales and today with food industrialization we've remained adaptable and can still create nutritious tamales with whole healthy fats. My masa is prepared with Organic masa provided by Kernel of Truth Organics an East LA based tortilleria and good fats with with complete omegas like coconut oil or avocado oil. These oils are great for metabolism, brain food and they protect the nervous system. 
All ingredients are provided and you end up taking home at least half a dozen.  This year is once again in collaboration with Nahua Libation Mixologist Jaguar Tamatini he  will have a Free pulque (fermented maguey sap) tasting and some unique pulque blends of his own to take home and to enjoy while in attendance.  variety of pulque flavors to taste and purchase brought to you by Jaguar. A wonderful night to evoke your ancient palate for the natural vital ingredients of the earth.
